Host and porter were great... super responsive and helped with taxis and reservations. Location was right in central Oai. Best feature was the patio and hot tub and the view of the Caldera.
Air conditioning was average in bedrooms and no air conditioning in common areas. Wifi was not available in bedrooms. Also doorways were super low so my husband hit his head several times. Only gave us 1 key and 1 towel per person.

I like everything about the place ❤️
Absolute nothing

Nice location. Friendly staff. Mary was great and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent
The rooms were a bit dark and there were tiny flies and bugs in the room.

The location, the view, the quaintness
No air conditioning in common area like the family room or kitchen .

Fantastic views in front of the Caldera, at the heart of Oia. Very convenient for a stay in the island. Mary was a super host taking care of every requirement in a very efficient way

The views
The bathrooms had mold and there was not air conditioning in all of the rooms. Santorini is a tourist trap with overpriced transportation, food and shopping. It looks not has pretty views and photos. There is little to do on the island with kids. It’s hot and the beaches are terrible compared to other islands.

Best location in Oia and best view!

Position is central Oia - can’t get any closer. Our room was off the street with just a few stairs only to access. The view was second to none. And the pool/ hot tub was perfect.
When Oia is super hot and town is busy - the balcony and pool overlooking the whole Caldera is the perfect place to relax.
Breakfast is served and is huge _ it will likely cover lunch as well.
The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you need.
Mary and Tim took excellent care of us and organised all transfers and porters to carry our luggage.
Nothing.

It was central, of course had an amazing view and the interior was beautifully done.

Location was prefect and views of the caldera were stunning.
The pool was green and dirty the whole stay. The height of the doorways was dangerously low.
While breakfast was provided, it was never delivered at a consistent time and was much later than we would have liked (often after 9am).

It was a beautiful and comfortable suite. Location was amazing ,right in Oia but still away from the noise. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely.Hot tub with the view was a charm. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival which was a sweet surprise, Mary was responsive in whatsapp mostly.
on our day 2 when we returned in the evening , it looked like no cleaning was done, floors not swept/mopped properly, beds not made , dishes washed but were put back without wiping so next morning when we took the plates out for breakfast, it was dripping and looked dirty :( There was some confusion with creamer and shampoo, we were told that the cleaner thought we were using ours so dint leave any but next day we were home when the cleaner came and she cleaned everything very well and left plenty of creamer and shampoo. So bottom line ,everyday cleaning was not that great but it was nice and clean when we checked in.

Great spot with amazing views - including from the hot tub! The hotel arranged us a transfer from the airport, and a porter took our bags about 100m from the drop-off spot.
Many restaurants and scenic viewpoints in a short walk. Tourist excursions depart from the post office area about 100m walk, 2 minutes if the streets are clear, 5 minutes if the's a cruise ship in and the streets are packed. There is a phone concierge who can book car or boat trips.
Sitting on the terrace with a glass of local Assyrtiko wine, watching the caldera view, was beautiful.
The third bedroom is a loft with a steep ladder access, not suitable for small children, old people, disabled. The whole town is difficult for disabled folk, with many steps and steep hillside.
The toilet system is strange. There is a sign not to flush your toilet paper but to put it in the bin. I've travelled in many third world places like Africa and India, and haven't encountered that before. I'd heard of it from my son travelling in Mexico, but there's something unpleasant about wiping your own excrement into a bin that's 2m from your bed! The place is serviced daily so it's less of a health hazard.
The otherwise full kitchen didn't have a microwave.

The view form the hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious, cleans and comfortable. No bad point!

Top Caldera View: The location. You were right around the corner for the sunset views, less then a five minute walk to the view points of the famous blue domes, steps to many different restaurants and shops. It had a heated jacuzzi and the best part was the views of the caldera on the patio. The daily breakfast and house keeping was much appreciated.

We loved the location and hardly any stairs to get to the apartment. it was close to everything we need and the view is AMAZING!!! The breakfast delivery and housekeeping daily was a nice added touch. The second and loft bedroom is ideal for kids. We shared the apartment with my in laws, so my husband and I had the second bedroom and my son had the loft bedroom. If you like your space, it maybe an issue. The second and loft bedroom and bathroom are pretty cozy.
the small second bathroom and not having too many towels for the floor.

Very friendly and helpful communication from Maria and she kindly arranged our transfers very efficiently.
Property was beautifully designed/well equipped and located in the best location. If you are travelling with somebody who has difficulty with steps (as we were) it is right on the main path so you literally come out of your door and you are on the main cobbled street and very close to the sunset viewing point. The property was quiet at night and had the most amazing views of Oia.

The location was perfect and as we were travelling with a 5 month old baby it was eash access to the main street and shops. The host Mary was very welcoming and the porters were very helpful on our arrival and return. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
The cleaning could be better, the first day there was someone elses hair left in the shower. Also the hot tub could have been cleaner too.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We had two teenagers with us and all had plenty of space for privacy and for hanging out. This villa is BEAUTIFUL and the views are unreal. Mary, our hostess, was helpful from the very beginning. She arranged transportation, booked excursions, answered all of our questions, and was available when we needed anything. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Right on the main pedestrian walkway of Oia. We will be back for sure! Picture is of a sunrise from the deck!
I honestly wish we could have stayed longer!

View was great as well as location. Mary was very helpful and wonderful.
Jacuzzi couldn’t get hot, was lukewarm. No bathrobes, no streaming apps on television as advertised.

The location is right in the heart of Oia, wonderful view of the Caldera and the town. Mary our concierge offered exceptional service and attention to our group she ensured we have the best time in Santorini and booked all our activities and transfers for us.

The location, It’s right at the top and is along the main walkway so you dont need to walk all the way down the steep steps. The view of the balcony is absolutely stunning and without a doubt, one of the best view of the Caldera and the cliffs.
Mary, our hostess really knows how to take care of the guest from the moment we arrived. She was very accommodating and gave us recommendation on where to eat and what activities to do. She is very responsive, one whatsapp message and she immediately replies in a few seconds.
Nothing, to be honest!

This apartment was beyond beautiful! The view to Oia was incredible and our whirlpool was always warm. Mary our host and her colleagues were always contactable via phone. She gave us a lot of information about activities and especially about where to make a rapid gene test. The transfer organized by Mary was perfect and her colleague helped us with our luggage. The breakfast was delivered every day with so much food and ingredients! We loved our stay here and highly recommend this apartment!!!
