It was superbly decorated throughout. The location was great, just minutes from the coast. Also, the host was very helpful.
There wasn't anything I didn't like .

The location of the apartment is brilliant as it is very close to beautiful views of the sea. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a great shower.
Quite basic accommodation so felt a little bare. No mirror in the smaller bedroom. The blinds are quite thin so they let in a lot of light in the morning. We would have appreciated a welcome pack e.g. biscuits/milk. The outside area looks a little shabby.

Could have done with kitchen towels, water catch for the washing up drying rack. Toilet roll holder was loose.

No breakfast but it was close to the beach. It was very clean. Great size bathroom
It was a two bedroom house but not really big enough for 4 adults. The cough could only sit three at a push. We stayed for 7 nights so the smallness of the living area was an issue. Also the people above could be heard walking about so a bit noisy

Brilliant location, local to shops, restaurants and the beach. The bus to everywhere runs from just across the road every 10 minutes. We stayed in the two bed apartment located through the gate next to the garage. Great private outdoor area with table and chairs and a washing line. Lovely little conservatory with a table and 4 chairs.
Modern, well equipped kitchen.
Cozy living room area with large TV.
Big bathroom which looks quite new.
We used the larger of the two bedrooms with loads of wardrobe space and coat hangers and a huge comfortable bed with bedding that smelled lovely and laundry fresh.
If the other half of the bungalow is occupied, footfall above can be clearly heard due to very creaky floors. There must be a two-way switch for the inner hallway light in the above apartment as well as the one we stayed in below as the hall light goes on and off inexplicably if they use the wrong switch upstairs.
Nothing major not to like, just a few small things that could be improved.
The outside furniture is quite rusty.
One of the conservatory chairs needs attention as it's very wobbly, I think it was the orange one.
The 2 little coffee tables are very unsteady.
A tray to put under the dish drainer would have been useful as the water floods the worktop because there's nowhere for it to drain.
The toilet roll holder is falling off the wall.
The on/off knob in the shower falls off so watch your toes. The grout between tiles where they meet the top of the bath needs a scrub and there is green algae on the bottom of the shower screen
One knob on the wardrobe door comes off.

Clean with all that was needed for a short stay
There was a lot of noise from the room above the bedroom, footsteps and bed!
There was no heating in the day and no where to turn it on.
As this weekend it was constantly raining there was no heat to dry wet coats or shoes.

Closeness to our daughter’s house in Telescombe Cliffs and bus stop just round the corner. The house was very clean and attractive and we appreciated having 2 bathrooms. We would certainly stay here again when we come to see our daughter if the house is available.
We couldn’t get the oven to work and couldn’t find any instructions for it. Spring lever at the back of the taps in en suite bathroom basin had been broken off so it was hard to operate the plug but owner may not have been aware of the problem.

Location was good, plenty of nearby amenities.
Road noise. Hot water in main bedroom en-suite was far too hot which we couldn't adjust. Recommend that hooks be installed in bathrooms to hold clothing.

The location of the apartment was 1st class
The bed and the sofa were very uncomfortable
10.0 / 10.0
The bed was very comfortable and long enough for me (6ft) to lie without my feet hanging off the bed.
The bathroom was great the shower head had the best pressure I have ever seen, it was like standing under a waterfall.
The area is quite, private driveway beautiful location sea and cliffs a 2 min walk down the road and a park near the property.
I'd recommend staying longer than 2 days. As it was a wonderful place and gives you a great base to explore Brighton and surrounding costal towns
