Consigliatissima!

Sicuramente ha una bella posizione. Centrale, anche se non facilissima da raggiungere. Abbiamo faticato un po' a trovare il nostro appartamento. Però è in centrissimo, a due passi dal duomo. Cosa volere di più?

Non mi è piaciuto che le due camere fossero comunicanti, sebbene non lo consideri un reale problema. Ho solo faticato ad addormentarmi, perché mio padre russa come un trattore ed era proprio sotto la mia stanza. Ma, al di là di questo appunto che non ha reale peso sulla recensione, è stata un'esperienza estremamente positiva

Bene, ma mettendo in atto qualche correttivo l’esperienza diventerebbe davvero perfetta

Casa ben pulita, in ordine e dotata di tutti i comfort (sapone monouso, spugna e detersivo imbustato)

La casa era fredda, stiamo a fine gennaio e ad Ancona fa molto freddo, soprattutto di sera. Non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di aumentare il riscaldamento e non c’erano altre coperte. Eravamo in 4 e come secondo letto avevamo un divano letto, certo ci aspettavamo che non fosse comodissimo, ma abbiamo dormito male perché si sprofondava al centro.

Posizione centrale

In posizione molto centrale. Appartamento carino, curato bene, nuovo.

Piuttosto difficile trovare la location. E' stato necessario contattare i proprietari. Su Booking il numero civico è errato. Potrebbe esserci qualche problema con i parcheggi.

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, in un palazzo bello. L'appartamento è molto grande e ben fornito. L'arrivo e l'accesso è stato facile e i proprietari hanno provveduto a mandarci tutte le informazioni necessarie già qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo. La comunicazione con loro è stata molto buona.

L'alloggio si trova al piano strada e necessita di un impianto di deumidificazione che risulta piuttosto rumoroso. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto acqua calda la sera del nostro arrivo, ma avendo soggiornato solo una notte non sappiamo se il problema (comunicato alla struttura) sia stato risolto. La struttura si trova in una via del centro, con scale e in salita, non facilmente accessibile se muniti di passeggini o carrozzine.

Disappointing

The view was amazing when we walked out in the morning and there were plenty of nice, white towels.

The facilities were the most basic and disappointing of any B&B at which we've stayed. The host knew we were arriving late but there was no hospitality at all - no tea, no coffee (let alone milk), no second blanket for the bed, no tea towel, no instructions for using the heating. I wouldn't stay here again.

further from the train station than expected. There were no rags or hand towel for the kitchen. We are a family travelling and we wanted to cook supper in the apppartment but it was inconvenient to have nothing to clean.

Basic but good value.

Good location in the centre of historic area though it was quite hilly to access. Very good communication via WhatsApp. Very spacious.

It is quite basic.. no toiletories / facial tissue. Bathroom was a bit smelly due to the old sewer system (I believe).

A great Italian experience!

The flat was great for our short stay. Very cosy and clean. Bed is comfy, had a good sleep. The communication with hosts was very good. Antonella, Raffaele thank you again for your help and patience. Ancona maybe a smaller than we thought, but it's very beautiful! Not many people speaking english, but we always found the way to buy a food or ticket. It was a quite a experience, in a good meaning. Grazie mille!

Stairs! There's a lot of hills. My legs aren't used to climb 🤣🤣

Ideal for young people

The property is high on a hill in the historic district, handy for visiting the cathedral, for views and photos. We rented room #26 partly below ground; it was cool on hot days. The host responded quickly to questions about shopping, etc.

We arrived on a rainy evening. Had to take a bus to a hotel to pick up the key, then a taxi to the bottom of a long alley of steps, then haul our six pieces of luggage up to the door in the dark. It is not possible to drive to the door of the property. It was a long walk down the hill to buy groceries and then back up with the groceries. There were no kitchen towels and no dish soap. We washed dishes with shampoo and dried them with a hand towel from the bathroom. The floor had not been properly cleaned; our slippers picked up quite a bit of hair which was not ours. There was no sofa, which was shown in the photo and listed, just two very low beach-type chairs and four kitchen chairs. We are in our 70s and should not have rented an apartment with the bed in a loft--our mistake.

I do not recommend.

Only location was good.

The apartment is very moldy, it smells damp and musty. There was no soap in the bathroom, and there was hair from previous tenants on the bed. A lot of worms in the evening. Cutting boards in the kitchen very dirty. Shower also with dirty grout. I do not recommend. Early check-in is not possible, even by 30 minutes ...

Fantastic modern Flat in a neighbourhood with a character

The flat was fantastic. The location on the top of the hill in Rione San Pietro is fantastic despite it is might seem to someone as “off-centre”, though it is absolutely the opposite. The dusk at Catredrale di San Ciriaco is amazing as well as Parco del Cardeto or Matas and Pizzeria Paolo. The design of the flat was done well. The mattress is extremely comfortable, the air conditioner is a lifesaver under 38+ hot. 3 night flew by fast in the Torriglioni’s place :) Separete great thanks to Raffaele for the instraction and additional information :)

At the morning of check out there was not hot watter at all. From the point of view that it is a flat to rent, not a hotel, it could be a couple of more things in the kitchen, like sugar, salt or coffee. some of the sockets were not working. Please, consider this as a genuine feedback, but not a nasty comments about about the property 🙂

Superb

Drinking coffee in the terrace on the top of the bulding, surrounded by 1000+ years old roman buldings is the magic moment. All the rest is just nice addition. Definitely recommend, very close to a beatiful viewpoints.

Nice stay

Nice host, easy communication. Nice, light and spacious appartment in the historical area.

The appartment smelled like it was not well ventilated. Cleaning could have been better.
