Exceptional

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Location was perfect for walking up and down Assisi. Wish we had stayed for longer. Our room felt very authentic with a modern bathroom and very clean and tidy. Our hosts were lovely and very pleasant. With limited Italian for us and there English being very good this made out stay very comfortable and made us feel very welcome. If we return to we would stay again. Breakfast was lovely with some lovely coffee. Finally they ordered us a taxi to the train station which was like a tour with a very knowledgeable driver. B&B with great local vibe

The location was amazing: B&B is placed on a calm, quiet street, but strategically close to both the Basilica of San Francesco and the city centre. The staff was also really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very rich and really delicious, offering also local products, such as rocciata. The room had a great Assisi vibe: with a wooden ceiling and stone walls, with windows looking on the typical Assisi street.

The isolation is not that great: at night we heard kids from other room making noises (probably through the ventilation in the bathroom, so it was solvable if you close the door). After check out we asked to leave our backpacks in the breakfast area (cause there is no the reception as such), but we could do so only until 1 pm.

Perfect Location

The location was absolutely perfectly right in the middle of the town so we could explore both sides of Assisi. The building was beautiful and so was our room. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable beds, great location, attentive staff, great breakfast

Nothing to dislike except the a/c doesn’t come on until June 1st. Our stay was from 5/27 - 5/28, so it was a little warm in the room. One of the reasons I picked the property because in the description it states A/C.

Very good location. Very clean and comfortable room. The owner extremely nice, kind and helpful. The breakfasts taste and various. Very good place to stay in Assisi.

The breakfast was very good........a good variety of food. The landlady was very friendly and cheerful.

The bathroom was very small. There was only one restaurant near the apartment.

Charming, attractive rooms in the old town of Assisi. All sites and restaurants in walking distance. Good breakfast. Grateful for remote parking and shuttle.

Location is at the convergence of two streets, so there is some night-time street noise, but we still slept well.

The breakfast was a continental buffet with good coffee. The location was excellent. We enjoyed the convenience it was to everything we wanted to see.

They didn’t refill the coffee in the room but that’s the only complaint.

the bed most uncomfortable could not sleep. staff non responsive and breakfast pathetic, don’t bother with it.when we checked out they tried to charge us extra and have taken extra charges without authorisation.

Great for an evening in Assisi

Location is great and the room was clean and great for one evening.

It would be very helpful to have better parking instructions and parking location details on the booking and confirmation pages. No “shuttle” was ever offered and could be a challenge if you are carrying large suitcases.

Beautiful hostess welcomed us with generous hospitality. Seriously, the best breakfast offering we had in our month long stay in Italy. The room was small but great for us as a couple. Furnishings were updated, modern and very nice. Location was perfect. We loved our stay.

Comfortable stay within walking distance to everything

Great location between some of the major sights in Assisi. Very nice and clean.

The bed was a little bouncy/squeaky but I slept well.
