Amazingly relaxing experience

Great atmosphere, for a very relaxing and calm holiday. Pool was clean, jacuzzi was working. Nice kitchen as well. Some showers/bathrooms maybe need some work but the overall experience was so good that it did not bother us. Manos explained everything very well including the lighting system. Sea is very close and warm. Beds are comfortable. Internet is also very fast.

We had a break in but its our mistake, someone left a sliding door open upstairs. Police came by because of other break in the street. They gave us some tips and Manos too. Luckily not much of value was stolen.

Burgled and Broken

Spacious villa with good size private pool.

The villa could have been cleaner, also pool had algae coated on the sides. No nearby bars or restaurants, you need a car for everything. A lot of broken items - toilet seats - shower doors - toilet roll holders - front door handle - lights not working - safe broken/unusable - broken lock on main patio door - dishwasher didn't work that well. No parasols for shade around the pool - Iittle or no shade if wanting to eat breakfast/brunch outside. We were BURGLED about 4 nights in. The group had over £500 stolen after a break in. Also taken perfume and a bag. The worst of all was the lack of response from the owners and agents. The owner on the first night said he would bring us some parasols (villa is advertised with parasols) but failed to do so. I contacted the owner a few days later to remind him of his promise but he chose to ignore us - not even a reply. We didn't get the parasols. All our requests to the agents and owner to fix the barbecue lighting etc were ignored. From reviews from months ago we learnt that the safe (also villa advertised as having one) and other items were broken back then, so it seems the owners are not interested in maintaining the property.

The VILA was perfect! looked amazing at first sight , Manos was so nice and friendly , explained everything and was very patient! the view, the pool, the rooms , incredible kitchen! will defenetly come back again!

Amazing stay in a place that felt like home in a peaceful and beautiful setting

Large living space, amenities, very welcoming host, convenient location close to airport, yet private and secluded enough, waking up to an amazing view every day and direct access to the beach for walks and dips. Would definitely return at a warmer time of the year to fully take advantage of the pool and beach access

Perfect place to stay with family

Absolutely fantastic property and excellent location for us.

The pool water features and lights were not working correctly, and the garden could have been more landscaped with plants etc bit bland but perfectly functional. Few sunbeds were broken but replaced within a couple of days. Sandwich toaster handle screw kept falling out but all other facilities in the house were excellent!

Fantastic villa, great location, friendly owners. Highly recommended!

This villa is stunning in all aspects. The pool alone is worth the visit. Spacious rooms, all with their own bathrooms. We've stayed in the area a lot, and when we found out it was available to book we jumped at the chance. Met the owners when we checked out, nice people who were very accommodating. Highly recommended, we will visit again as soon as we can find a spare week or two!

I can't honestly think of anything that would have improved our visit.

Huge villa, quiet location

The property is very large, bigger in real life than the photos can explain. It has beautiful views out to the sea. Very comfortable beds, sofas and nice outdoor furniture. There is a well equipped kitchen. Everything you can need in terms of crockery, cutlery, utensils, etc. It is in a quiet residential location. The AC and hot water worked well. Good TVs. Pool is large. Nice fish restaurant nearby.

The property could do with a little maintenance and updating - it will have been absolutely stunning when it was first built but is now showing signs of wear and tear, especially in the kitchen, bathrooms, pool area. I think this is reflected in the price though so it is good value for money.

The house is beautiful even nicer in real life. The pool was large and luxurious . The beach is right in the back yard and the neighbourhood was quiet and peacefull

fantastic property and location for the perfect family holiday. keep this one a secret!

An exceptional villa, spacious, clean, modern decor….simply everything you need for a perfect family beach holiday. The infinity pool is amazing but the view of the sea is even better…and warm enough for a morning swim in April! The communication from Manos was quick and nothing was too much trouble…including great recommendations for local restaurants….we are already planning for a return visit!

only four sun loungers for six of us but plenty of other outdoor seating to enjoy and the shaded terrace was perfect for eating and escaping the heat!

Beautiful Villa with stunning view

The Villa is big, modern and feels fresh. The pool is fantastic and everything gets better with the beautiful view over the sea. The rooms are really nice and big, beautiful balconies with sea view and comfortable beds. Many bathrooms in the house, and they were all really clean and fresh.

It was hard to reach the staff from time to time. And for example, promises to come and fix the pool lights was not met by them and heavily delayed. It would be appreciated if the staff were listening better to the guests interests. However, don’t let this stop you from booking this villa, I’m sure they’ll improve in this area and everything else was so amazing that this just felt like a minor negative aspect.
