Wonderful accomodation & great communication

The best apartment where we could have stayed for our first trip in Barcelona. It is close to all the attractions, surrounded by shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and near the metro station. We had the check-in 2h earlier and the owner, Nacho, did a tour of the apartment, provided city maps and valuable travel advice. Nacho provided us with support and advice before the check-in, calling a transport company for us to enquire about tickets and times from Reus Airport to Barcelona. He has recommended some of the best restaurants in Barcelona and we did well to listen to his advice. The apartment was clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen, iron, iron table, hair dryer, TV, balcony to the main street and back terrace with a view. There was also a large mirror on the hallway. We were a couple and two more friends and we were all very pleased with this experience and the value for money that we got. We highly recommend this accomodation.

Znakomity apartament, bardzo ładnie urządzony. W obiekcie znajdowały się wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Apartament czysty, lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Ok 5 min spacerem do metra co według mnie ma największe znaczenie. Zarządca obiektu bardzo chętny do pomocy, można liczyć na jego wsparcie i pomoc np. W wyborze odpowiedniego i najkorzystniejszego biletu do metra, fajnych atrakcji np.dla dzieci. Polecam serdecznie.

Great apartment in super locaiton / best customer service ever

Nacho (owner) was waiting for me at 1:30AM (we arrived at midnight). He was very helpful and sent plenty of useful information before our arrival. By WhatsApp I have received detailed instructions how to get to the apartment from the airport. Great customer service, that should be a best template for others. Apartment is located between metro stations (L1 / L4), 5 minutes to reach any of them. That is very convenient. Next to the apartment you can find great restaurant. Plenty of shops nearby.

La atención de Nacho fue genial, nos explico todo del apartamento y nos dió muchas recomendaciones para recorrer Barcelona. El apartamento está buenísimo y muy bien decorado. Tiene 2 estaciones de metro muy cerca con lo cual en pocos minutos llegas a todos lados. También. Tiene en la esquina un supermercado y en la zona muchos lugares para comer.

Un lloc agradable i ben situat per a moure's per Barcelona

La ubicació de l'apartament era ideal per a nosaltres, molt ben comunicat. L'apartament està molt bé, arreglat amb gust, està net i té tot allò necessari. Nacho, la persona que ens va rebre va ser molt amable i ens va donar molta informació.

Tot i que l'apartament està molt ben arreglat, hi ha un parell de detalls que podrien millorar: la taula del menjador tremolava molt perquè estava mal reparada, hi havia alguna porta dels armaris de la cuina despenjada... res massa problemàtic.

Nice apartment for one week family trip

Two families with two kids spent one week in Barcelona, thanks to the apartment. Very good location in a safe area to connect the metro to visit the sights easily. The staff gave us a lot of suggestion which was very helpful.

This is it!

If you're looking for professionalism, look no further. From Nacho's warm welcome and the tons of information provided by him to the nice cleaning lady: this is a great place to stay at. Nacho's communication is top notch and the apartment was as described. Bright, clean and with well equipped kitchen. We were provided a baby travel bed and a high chair for our one-year-old. Shops and restaurants are right outside of the door and the metro station is only a 5 min. walk away.

The bed in the master bedroom was a little too soft, however, that's personal preference.

Perfect

Ideal location with 2 metro lines and plenty of buses. The center can be reached in 10-15 minutes. The street is big with a lot of shops. The supermarket is 50 m away. The apartments are very well equipped and seem completely new. It has a large terrace with artificial green grass. Ideal for morning coffee or afternoon relaxation. The building seems new and clean with a large elevator. Nacho, the manager, was at our service from booking to the end of the trip. He allowed us to leave our luggage in one of the apartments until late in the afternoon, because we had a late flight. In any case, a great recommendation.

Excellent location close to two metro stations, loads of restaurants and supermarkets but the real star is Nacho, our host. Gave us very precise directions to the apartment from the airport, transportation tips, dining locations etc. He was practically a call away to answer any questions we had. Lovely and comfortable

The host is amazing, he was waiting for us on arrival, showed us the property and gave us lists of places to eat and about metro station. The property is at excellent location, close to metro and good restaurants. comfy beds and a terrace. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal if needed. the host also provided cot bed and highchair for our baby. Overall we had an amazing stay. Many Thanks to the wonderful host.

Great Stay

The apartment was clean and as described. We were met by Nacho, a representative for the property and he handed us the keys and answered all of our questions. He was very friendly, patient and helpful which was nice because this was our first time to Spain. He gave us a rundown of the tourist attractions, what to avoid, some of the culture items, the local transportation choices, and gave us a map of the area. We felt safe in the apartment and neighborhood. The neighborhood is family oriented, very quiet and whole families were out regularly past midnight. The area has numerous well-maintained playgrounds, and the children were on the playgrounds while the adults were enjoying their coffee and drinks. The overall area is well maintained, and the local restaurants are great. I recommend avoiding the main tourist restaurants and visit the local MOM & POP types, the food is good, and they appreciate your business, and pride of ownership shows.

The apartment is suitable for a family of up to six people, it has everything for living or relaxing. Kitchen, washing machine, two balconies, fast Internet, you can work safely. Nearby there is a covered parking for a car, which Nacho kindly booked for us. He also told us about the sights, cafes, restaurants, beaches, shopping centers that you can visit. By the way, there are two different metro stations near the apartment, which is very convenient!❤️

Great modern apartment!

The apartment was modern and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning was great! There was a good sized outdoor space at the back to eat outside and a balcony at the front to sit and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Nacho was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable host. He made lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit during our stay. He was also very quick to respond to our questions. There are several restaurants and cafes in the area and it's easy to get the metro into the centre as the station is very close. If we go back to Barcelona, we'd definitely stay here again!

Super stay!!!!

We arrived at 1:30am and Nachos was there waiting tor us. He gave as all the informations and tips for the town. He was super host. The apartment was close to metro, bus, supermarketss, bars etc. The apartment was perfect, very clean with a fantastic terrace. In 20 minutes you could be in all sightseengs of the town. Thanks Nachos!!!!!

Fantastic accommodation, would return here

Host was excellent, made us feel welcome and was always available whenever we needed any assistance. The apartment itself was in a fantastic area full of great restaurants and with easy transport links to other areas of the city. Our apartment had 2 nice views on either side and beds were very comfortable.

Great apartment, clean, well furnished and fantastic host to give you the best recommendations

The apartment was a very nice, spacious and clean two bedroom apartment with all the amenities for a nice vacation. It had everything necessary for a week's stay - a large kitchen, dishwasher, laundry. The host, Nacho, met us at the apartment to give us the keys and provide some invaluable tips on where to go around the city. We are grateful for these recommendations as it made our stay superior than what we have planned. While the apartment is not exactly close to the Barcelona center, it is within walking distance from two metro lines, and several bus lines. It really takes 20 minutes to get to downtown. Tons of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops in the area as well.

I would have given this place a full 10, had it not been for the location of the bedrooms in the apartment. They are facing the street and it seems the isolation of the room is not sufficient, we literally could hear the traffic outside each night.
