Perfect location for nightlife and beach, best VFM in approx 50 trips to Benidorm.

Very central location to nightlife etc. a decent size apartment with good aircon that actually works, a proper shower, again that actually works.

To be honest for the price we paid there wasnt anything that we didnt like. It's not the apartment for a quiet break.

Passable

On arrival we unpacked and as we were about to leave we realised the balcony door would not lock. The apartment was easliy accessible for the roof of a shop below. I had to repeatedly send photos and eventually a video via whatsapp to show the problem with the lock before they said they would send someone out to fix the lock. We had to move apartments but requested this for one night only as the other apartment view was not as nice. When we arrived back the next morning we found we could not open the door to the balcony so could not go out of it as the lock is from the outside in.

great value for money, would stay again!

very clean, modern and spacious. it’s also in a great location very close to the strip and directly opposite the red lion

just a couple of hiccups, the balcony door doesn’t lock, the shower doesn’t work properly and a plug socket was hanging from the wall. they were al things we could persevere with but the plug socket and balcony door are definitely security and fire hazards

Great for a few days adult only trip, not families

excellent air conditioning central clean good host communication

Balcony door did not lock Air con outside units leaking over balcony Balcony has view over flat roof which was littered with broken bottles, food, clothing and used condoms from floors above Glass on our balcony due to floors above dropping items Stain down wall when pull out sofa put up Stairwell littered with chips for several days Apartment host needs to speak with janitor of building about these issues, not his fault but affects stay

brilliant location

this property is in the perfect spot if looking to be right on the strip. it’s loud, but exactly what we needed for our stay.

not a lot, lts right on the strip so slightly noisy but this is what we wanted.

I don't recommend you to cook some food in this apartment.

It's perfect location for enjoying at the beach.

The kitchen was very dirty. The side wall of freezer was full of dirty ice so that my family didn't use it. And the oven is broke down and other tools for cooking are not good. So my family had to go outside to have a dinner.

Needed some maintenance, terrace doors did not lock which could be an issue at busier times or if we had more belongings with us. Only one outer door key between 5 people
