Welcome to Puamana 19-1, your luxurious oceanfront townhome in Maui. This corner unit, with its breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific and neighboring islands, is a paradise for beach lovers and families. The spacious open-concept floor plan, featuring a gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining area, seamlessly flowing onto the expansive oceanfront lanai, is a unique feature that sets this property apart.

The Renovation of Lahaina is underway. Fortunately, a tropical oasis of 130 properties, including this home on the south shore of Puamana, survived the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has cleared this section of Puamana for access and confirmed that all utilities, including water, were thoroughly tested by the EPA and are in good, safe condition. As a result, we can safely welcome guests back to
enjoy stunning sunsets and soothing waves from nearly every room in this beautiful home. The four generously appointed bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom, provide ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. The primary suite on the second floor offers a private sun deck and a serene sitting room with a wet bar, creating a luxurious retreat for couples seeking privacy and tranquility. With split-duct air conditioning in every room and an internal water purification system, Puamana 19-1 offers the ultimate comfort and convenience. Treat yourself and your family to this exceptional oceanfront property and create unforgettable memories in the heart of Hawaii.

The Historic Clubhouse and 94 townhomes on the north side of the property were destroyed in the Lahaina fire. Their building sites are cleared, and their plans and permits await county approval. Access in this area is restricted. Furthermore, Lahaina Town is currently off-limits while rebuilding is in progress. You will notice the building sites as you drive down the highway and enter the gate at Puamana. Once over the bridge, you will enter the tropical oasis of low-rise homes that Puamana is famous for. Fortunately, two grocery stores in Lahaina and their shopping complexes, Safeway and Foodland Farms, survived the fire and are just a 10-minute drive away. Maui's best Hula show, the Old Lahaina Lua, also survived, along with four excellent restaurants: Ocean Tavern, Mala’s, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle.

Beach Disclosure: While there is a good-sized beach at Puamana, a winter storm with heavy rains and large waves will occasionally pull the sand away. It always returns in the summer when the seasonal south swell pushes the sand back along the shoreline. Many beautiful beaches are nearby if you find yourself here during this time.

Property was accurately represented online. We were 3 generations celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary - 2 sons, spouses and kids 14 and 17. Bedrooms with en-suite were perfect, shared space large enough and outdoor space was where everyone spent much of the time relaxing. Easy walk to Old Town and centrally located for our other activities. Beach towels were a huge plus but there was only one set of bathroom towels in each room. We were happy to have the washer/dryer to keep up. Floors were not very clean and we swept up them all the first day so it was clear they had not been washed. This could be improved by adding a mat outside the door and rug inside. Owner/manager needs to be proactive with regular bug control. We had 2 vehicles and followed all the Puamana condo association rules. They are relentless about parking and it seems petty to charge for the second vehicle after such an expensive rental. Consider working that out with the owner behind the scenes so the guest is not harassed. We brought in an executive chef for our last night and he was very impressed with the kitchen and condo (except no exhaust fan which we alleviated by having the glass doors wide open!). This was a once in a lifetime vacation and overall everyone was VERY happy with our accommodations!

What a beautiful location and close to town so that we could enjoy restaurants and shopping. Our children enjoyed surfing at the neighborhood beach. We had the best week with them and the house was very comfortable for us all. The property manager was very easy to communicate with as well.

We had a great stay. It is an end unit so it was very quiet, private, and the views were incredible. Great layout for our family and the pools within the community were great for the kids. Close proximity to downtown Lahaina. Not close enough for us to walk but a very short drive. The parking situation was very easy for both of our cars as well. The house had plenty of beach towels which was an added bonus.
