Highly recommend this location.

Clean rooms, nice kitchen set up with utensils; very friendly staff, good fresh breakfast , free Max TV app

Internet TV signal too weak for netflix.

Excellent hotel to stay

The room was well laid out and had plenty of counter space, especially in the bathroom area. The full size refrigerator was handy for our trip.

Home away from home for university families

Hotel had a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Staff was friendly supportive and attended to any requests, all of them! Gym was in great shape Hotel is very clean Hot breakfast with a variety of menu options was great. The grocery shopping service was the best

Pool was closed for the season kind of early. The water was not looking great and staff reported it needed to be treated. It was advertised on line that the hotel had bikes to loan and to use on local trails. This is one of the reasons I booked with Residence Inn at Lynchburg. Sadly, there were no bicycles. Hotel is not in a neighborhood where walking is easy or even safe. Your kind of bound to rely on Uber or rent a car.

Great location.

The room was a nice size and really liked the layout. The closet with the drawers and shelf opposite was excellent. Loved the fact that you have a shower and not a tub. Thank you thank you for having plenty of hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Finally, a hotel does it right! Large shower with good water pressure.

Not much variety at breakfast; no fruit. Sometimes coffee was not ready and no creamer. Why do hotels never have a fan in the bathroom? This causes the room to steam up when showers are taken, which in turn causes the rest of the hotel room to be musty and it never really airs out. This contributes to mold and musty smells.

The location was excellent. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

There were dirty wash cloths in the shower and the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The shampoo/conditioner holders were broken in the shower.

Large room with kitchen and sitting area. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Good breakfast.

Wi-Fi is not good. I think you could pay $5 for upgrade but I didn’t think that was worth it

Poor Customer Service from front desk attendant and Assistant General Mgr (Peyton)

The staff (morning crew staff (Peyton & Tamiya)) we’re very rude and unfriendly. They did not display good customer at all. My son attends Liberty University and is a member of the football team, and my husband and I WILL NOT use this facility ever again when visiting him or when attending another game due to the rudeness of these 2 employees. Residence Inn really needs to re-train their staff (especially the assistant General Mgr Peyton) on the value of good customer service.

Sensational Stay

Location and ease of access to major roadways. The breakfast was outstanding as well. Great property, staff and location. Would consider patronizing this location again in the future should I travel through Lynchburg again.
