Lovely place to stay for a short getaway, your near everything!!

Great staff. Our first room had an issue,we reported it and almost immediately the technician responded. After he evaluated the problem, he suggested we be moved to another room, which we were. Though it is not a $500- $1000 dollar a night hotel, the customer service and care of the property elevates your whole experiance. It's a central location with wonderful amenities. It's always our favorite placee for family and friends to stay.

First room should’ve been clean

First room we got was dirty, toilet seat was splattered in urine, floor was dirty as well as the tub. We had to be moved.

First room was dirty and I didn’t like that the sink wasn’t behind a door.

Very enjoyable as always!!

It's centrally located and has always been a good travel experiance for my family and I.

Just a suggestion- the rooms on the back side need to have curbs installed as this will prevent water from seeping into the rooms during heavy rains. It would be very cost effective and spare you mold and carpet damage in the long run.

Quality Inn was clean, had great customer service, and great breakfast. Highly recommended.

We were on a road trip for about 3 days and made many stops. At the same price as Quality Inn, the other Inn were poor. Quality Inn was clean, had great customer service, and great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Hi - The location was great for the graduation event and the front desk hostess was professional and personable.

The room was unclean along with a paint stain on the linen. These concerns were not noticed until the next morning. Upon our arrival on Wednesday evening/night (10th May '23), we checked in, took our bags to the room and left. Upon our late return, we did not see the filthy and unclean areas in the room. Additionally, there was a paint stain on the linen (that I was told) that we did not see until the next morning. I reported the issues to the manager on duty. He indicated that I had to make the report to booking.com (which I did along with sending pics) on Thursday evening/night (11th of May '23) upon our return home. I was very disappointed that paying the requested "stay fee" to witness conditions of that nature. The uncleanliness is totally unacceptable on any level. We are looking forward to hearing so that the matter can be resolved. Thank you. Blessings & Smiles . . . Dr. Faye

Terrible

Tub hot water knob position installed backwards. Hot was cold water cold was Hot water. In room coffee pot not operable. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. I will NEVER stay there again. I was ready to demand my money back❗❗❗

The location for us was good.

The beds were small for 2 people and uncomfortable. The AC didn't work well. It's a small room for 2 adults and a child.
