Unfortunately, the condition of unit 301 was not as nice as I expected. There were cracked and loose tiles on the floor and the couch and matching 2 recliners were so dirty and stained that we were grossed out and had to cover them with blankets and towels to feel comfortable sitting on them. As a whole, the unit could use a refresh/update. I would not rent this unit again.

The outside pictures for this property overlooking the beach from the balcony are not updated. They lost a lot of their retaining wall and the area that shows the chairs overlooking the beach and the shuffleboard court were destroyed by the last hurricane. There is a small area to the right that is still open that has access to the beach. I wish that they had disclosed this as it was a great shock/disappointment checking in and seeing that. The fan in the bathroom sounds like a train so we were afraid to use that and both bathrooms needs updating. The condo is small we had 4 adults and a child so it was tight. The door to the balcony from the master bedroom is nailed shut not sure what happened there and there are no blackout drapes in the master bedroom so it is bright in the early am. I just wished that the pictures were updated to reflect the current outside condition and balcony view of this property that we knew what we were actually renting or at least place something in the property description. Pool and beach area was great.

Our family rented five condos for the week of 6/10/23. I stayed in Unit 301 which was clean and nicely decorated. The living and dining rooms were very comfortable. The only negative was the bathrooms - they need updating. The toilets are old and too low to the ground. The bathroom used by daughter in spare bedroom had a ceiling fan that sounded like an airplane taking off - definitely needs replacing. Need some kind of shelving in the bathrooms to put toiletries on.We used the clubhouse for a family catered dinner and it was great! Donna went out of her way to help us set up this room. She was professional, kind and extremely helpful.In my opinion, WAY TOO MUCH emphasis placed on the parking situation. We never had a problem getting a visitor spot for our second car but felt like the gestapo was showing up at night to see where we parked.

Lady that manages place was very nice and helpful condo itself was nice and was well stocked with everything you could think of except food had baggies toothpicks clean supplies games only things wasn't crazy about was narrow hall and doorways wife has limited mobility and toilet was wobbly in master bedroom and door going to deck from master bedroom was nailed shut

1) Unit was smaller than it appeared in the pictures, especially the balcony.
2) Couldn't open the windows. We now understand why, but wish that would've been mentioned in the listing.
3) Door from master bedroom to balcony was broken and would not open. There was actually a sign on it, so it was a known thing but unrepaired. Should have been disclosed in the listing.
4) You are expected to keep up with towel laundry. Not a big deal but it should have been disclosed in the listing.
5) Living/dining area smelled mildew-ish, probably from couch and recliners.
6) TVs in living room and master only - none in the other bedroom. Should had been disclosed in the listing.
7) Shuffleboard court not available due to storm damage. Not a big deal to us, but it should have been disclosed in the listing.
8) We couldn't check in during business hours due to arrival time so they put a lockbox on the doorknob for us and sent the combination via email. Good plan, but we arrived to find that the numbers on the lockbox hadn't been spun around - still displayed the "open" combo - so anyone could've been in there waiting for us, or could've copied the keys for later.
9) Not in a touristy area, which was good in a way, but we were glad that we had rented a car. Note: parking was always available.
10) Listing said something about grilling out on the sun deck. Not a big deal for us, but we didn't notice any grills around.
11) The beach itself was beautiful and very clean.

Accommodations were immaculate with plenty of extras. Dishes, glassware, linens and towels were enough for a party of ten or more. The view from the balcony is worth the price. Only negative I can say is difficulty connecting the Wi-Fi to the TV. Strongly leaning toward booking same place for next year!

Excellent views of the ocean from balcony and living/dining room! Secong time staying in this unit, it has everything you need plus some unexpected comforts as well. We definitely put the blender to use making cocktails and the crockpot was a nice surprise. Perfect for throwing a meal together and having it be ready after a day on the beach. I would highly recommend SeaCoast!

Over all very satisfied as have been on previous years. Only complaint pertains to TV operation in unit 301. Numerous occasions of screen freezing or inability to turn on TV. Sometime corrected by changing battery which would correct problem for a short time, called manufacteror for trouble shooting which resulted in suggetion that I replace the remote control.I bought new batteries and they worked for a while but the problem remained. Fortunately I am not an avid TV watcher, but the experience was annoying. The condo management was no help only recomending that I contact the manufacurer. Other than that the unit was above average

Had a wonderful week at the beach. We basically had the beach and pool to ourselves (usually visit for a week in May and/or September). Love condo #301. Great furniture inside and on the balcony. The view is beautiful from the condo balcony. I have been visiting New Smyrna Beach for over 35 years and have stayed at this complex every time (excluding COVID, hurricane and closure for renovation). The only drawback is that there is no ramp to the beach - you have to maneuver down/up 7-8 steps with your beach gear. Complex has a new manager and assistant manager - both were excellent in making our stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Coast. The view was lovely, the only thing we didn’t care for was the sliding glass door to the lanai. It was extremely difficult to open and close, to the point where it deterred us from wanting to go onto the lanai. Other than that, everything was as described. If they replaced the sliding glass door we would be happy to stay here again.

The reason I am not recommending this to a friend, I don't want everyone to know about it, and I can't get a condo to vacation at.Hahahaha!!

Unit 301 had an open concept. It slept 6 very well and I would say it could sleep 7. Their were two couches in the living area with recliners at the end of each. The view was fantastic. You could hear the ocean at night. Beds were comfortable. You can see the ocean and the pool. Laundry on each floor. Never had to wait. Love this place!

We love staying in Unit 301. This was our third year renting this unit. It is the best furnished unit we have found - especially the kitchen. Furniture is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware, patio furniture is good and the views are fantastic - whether from dining area or balcony. We only had a few issues this visit. First, the toilet in the master bathroom seems especially low to floor. Second, would be nice to have a couple of really sharp knives in kitchen. Third, would be nice to have some type of hand hold in master shower. Our wish list would be for the complex to replace one set of beach steps with a ramp to beach for ease of getting beach gear to beach.

Our family has been staying at SeaCoast for 20 years for one week out of each summer, and we always enjoy our vacations here. We almost always stay in Unit 301. Sadly, this condo complex is starting to show its age. While it was clean on the surface, the bedroom carpets are badly in need of cleaning . The bathroom and hallway rugs were dirty and worn. Artificial flowers in the kitchen and den were dusty and old looking. The grounds used to be very pretty but the grass is looking scrubby and sad in many areas. The elevator was very dirty in the walls and needed a hard cleaning . The stairwells were cluttered and dirty at the bottom floors. We had a great time as always , but we all commented on how this wonderful place is really starting to show it’s age and need some TLC, improvements, cleaning, and updates .
