J'ai beaucoup aimé l'accueil, j'ai été reçu par sa femme et son fils qui nettoie les appartements, ils m'ont fait visiter l'appartement, très polis et gentils. Ce que j'ai le plus aimé, c'est la sécurité, il y a des caméras de surveillance et je me suis donc senti en sécurité car une autre fois je suis allé dans un appartement où j'ai été cambriolé et il n'y avait pas de caméras pour savoir qui avait fait ça.
Seul le chauffage rencontrait des problèmes dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre, celui du salon fonctionnait, à part ça tout était parfait.

Nada. Al verlo nos fuimos. No nos alojamos en el lugar. El propietario nunca contestó y booking no encontró ninguna solución.
No correspondía con las fotos. Sucio, arañas, viejo, rotos, oxidados, sin ropa de cama para el sofà cama, manta sucia, mal olor,…ninguna respuesta por parte del propietario ni antes ni durante ni después del viaje.

Broken taps,mold in shower water leak in ceiling,lack of pots and pans,poor bedding, toilet door did not close or lock, mold in living room. Towels with bleach marks on them.

Absolutamente nada me gustó, fue una estancia horrible. Tuvimos que cambiar de alojamiento porque no se podía ni estar.
El sofá donde tenía que dormir mi hija, estaba lleno de pelos de animal. Las mantas sucias y llenas de pelos olían indescriptiblemente. Al entrar el piso no estaba limpio ni desinfectada como indicaba el anunciante. Además las sábanas sucias una funda de almohada con mancha de sangre. Baño horriblemente sucio, un ventilador continuamente en funcionamiento sin poder cerrar puerta de baño no se podía dormir con el ruido.
Había menos de medio rollo de papel wc, ducha sucia y oxidada. No funciona cafetera, perdí una capsula dentro de la cafetera, microondas no funciona, cocina no funciona. Escribo al anunciante y no recibo respuesta. UNA ESTAFA. Nos tuvimos que ir a otro alojamiento porque era insalubre. Sin productos de limpieza. Una autentica vergüenza

Einige Sachen in der Wohnung haben nicht funktioniert. Z.b. das Licht im Wohnzimmer, im Kühlschrank und der Abzugshaube. Zudem waren zwei von drei Herdplatten außer Funktion und in den Sitzflächen der Stühle hat es dir Spitzen von Schrauben durchgedrückt...

The apartment was very spacious. The bedroom and bathroom were modern and very comfortable.
No air conditioning, only one fan- it was very hot. No bedding left out for the second pull-out bed. The hallway/entrance to apartment was unsatisfactory. The yoghurt from the breakfast hamper had been left out in the heat and was inedible.

Parking was only free after 6pm. Noisy neighbours above. Apartment in need of decoration and upgrading of kitchen crockery/cutlery. Skirting board needs pinning back on. Broken floor tile. Dirty shower curtain.

What did I like? Returning the keys to the box on our way out of the pig sty 10 minutes after arriving.
What didn't I like? Erm the €300 I spent on petrol to get there fact that I drove 8 hours from Spain to Carcassonne to then turn around and drive another 8hours to go back because we couldn't afford another hotel and the owner of this rotten stinking of waste and urine excuse of a rental apartment was illusive from the second I made my booking, I am still waiting to hear back from him and i am simply just asking for a refund, the photographs do look good.... Please do not be fooled.... As ugly from the outside it is ten times worse inside... Before I finish writing this review I noticed underneath it ask how comfy were the beds? I couldn't tell you as I didn't even want to sit on it.

Very well situated, with many windows helping ventilate and cool down the place.
The floors and showers were dirty, the air fan didn't work correctly, and the street was very loud early in the morning. Part of the shower also didn't work correctly.

Convenient for walking in city
Strong damp smell. Floors dirty . Bed covers smelt of stale sweat.oven didn't works on/off switch was missing. Large hole in wall of bedroom. Heaters hanging off walls and wouldn't switch on. Cooking pans had not been washed. Mattress on bed dipped in middle so only one person could sleep on it. People running up and down stairs til very early morning meant very little sleep was had.
This place could be made habitable for very little cost. A good clean of all surfaces and clean fresh bed linen would make a huge difference.

Did Jeffrey Dahmer live here because it smell like someone's died in there!!! The drains stink and it's got a bad damp problem
Need to fix that smell ,I literally went out and bought a pack of incense sticks to try and mask it ..
Also for sure the bed linen wasn't clean..kinda gross..

I didn't meet the owner, but they were helpful and replied promptly.
The high seats at the table - I didn't use them.
It would be helpful for other visitors, to have instructions about how to use the cooker - I had used a similar one before, but if I hadn't, it might not have been obvious.
More toilet paper would have been appreciated.
Maybe a microwave would be helpful.

What was the best thing about this apartment? Leaving!
It was so filthy & unfit for my exhausted family to stay in that, after a 14-hour drive, I booked another apartment.
We didn't stay here and can not recommend anyone else do so either.
The smell, as if a body decomposed on the mattress, in the toilet, and in the fridge.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It is uninhabitable. I booked for 3 nights. I arrived to find the property really dirty, large damp patches on the wall and worst of all, an unbearable stench of damp and dirt (bearing in mind this was peak heatwave!). As it was late and I had my young daughter, it was too late to move elsewhere. I wish that I had tried to find somewhere else that night however as the smell was such that neither of us were able to sleep it was so overpowering. I informed the owner that night I would be moving out the next morning, which I promptly did. Both the owner and Booking.com have refused to refund not only the sleepless night I spent in this disgusting place, but the 2 nights I was not even in the property! According to them, my only remedy is to write a review! Looking now at other reviews (I wish I had done this before!) it is clear that Booking.com are aware of the issues with this property but continue to list it and support the owner in ripping off tourists who are foolish enough to book into this place. This is hugely disappointing of Booking.com so I shall not be using them again. See photos of dirty shower, damp patch, filthy cushion cover (yuk!!) and general state of furniture!

The location is Good
The furniture in the Appartment, did not match any of the photos in the site.
There was very little toilet paper and no Shower gel nor Shampoo. I think these are the very basic for any accomodation. Especially because I was travelling with a family.
Worst part was, there was a fan on the floor which was not covered(refer photo attached). So careless on part of the host to leave it there. Kids could get hurt really badly. And then It was making so much noice, We couldn't use it even if we were ready take that risk with my kid, and it was so hot outside!

The location was good and the apartment size was good.
We booked this particular apartment due to working kitchen/oven.We spent money on food to cook, but the oven did not work ( button missing - this was already noted on previous reviews but the owner had not sorted). When we messaged the owner the owner was rude, unsympathetic and uncaring. He did eventually say he was going to come and check on the oven which he did not. We ended up throwing out food which we could not cook and also had to go out to eat.
The apartment also smelled of sewerage ( from the bathroom ). This has been reported many times on the reviews.
The door handle was also loose and faulty. This was also reported on previous views.
This was disapointing as the apartment was big and in a good location.
My advice to the owner is fix the oven and door handle and find and fix the cause of the sewerage problems.
Also as a guest your response to problems identified could be managed better.
I absolutely do not recommend this place and suggest people read through the reviews.
If the owner reponds to this review in a negative way then again is trying to pass off responsibility yet again.

Everything else. Dust everywhere. Sofa broken. Broken oven. Door handle fragile, not very reassuring. No free parking in front of the flat. No soap provided. NO TOILET PAPER provided (well... just a few sheets, great when you arrive late and everything is closed!) We had to go shopping first in the morning to buy the essentials supposedly included in the price. Impossible to reach the owner and he did not answer our emails/calls. Leaking shower which meant the bathroom floor was often wet. Bad smell in the flat. Unacceptable... Nothing to do with the pictures shown in the description

The location was perfect. Right in the centre, just minutes away from everything.
The smell in the apartment was vile. If I had enough money we would have left and stayed somewhere else. The bathroom smells like the sewers and if you open the bathroom door the smell floods the apartment. It was beyond disgusting. We couldn't even take a shower there as the smell was too unbearable to be in the bathroom that long. We were in room 3. I'm sure if we would have been in another apartment then it would have been fine.

received a message about a fine for “damage” to the property. no damaged occurred whatsoever. I have questioned the property regarding this and received no response.
towels provided were inadequate and unclean, no shower gel, shower tray is mouldy, sheets were not washed but still clean enough.
