Our party consisted of 15 people. Our 4 children and their families joined us. This is a perfect house for large groups. The house is very large, has 3 floors, large kitchen, dining room and living room. 15 people and no one was on top of each other. Plenty of space to spread out. There is also a large rear porch. The kitchen has a long table with enough seating for 12.The rear porch also has a long table with enough seating for 12. Excellent for early evening dining. Cooking for such a large group was made simple by the large selection of high-quality cooking pots, pans, Corningware, bowls, etc and enough cups, glasses, dishes and cutlery for over 20 guests. The house was immaculately clean. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The property is exceptionally clean and well-kept. The hosts, Deborah and John, are very responsive. House is also stocked with a great selection of games and puzzles.

The pictures of Nirvana Manor do not do it justice! The place is beautiful and large. We had 6 adults and 8 kids between the ages of 4 - 8, who enjoyed running around and enjoying the open space and yard. This place is fantastic for large gatherings of families and friends! Everything in the Manor was extremely clean and cozy. Everyone felt right at home!
The hosts were great and very responsive with us before, during, and at checkout. Our group has already began talks of coming back for a longer stay. Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone.
The place is a gem and would highly recommend this venue as a place for families and/or large groups who plan on going to North Conway for any of the attractions in the area.

A family getaway weekend with our 3 boys and their wives along with 6 grandchildren. Some skiers, some train riders, some brewery visitors! Plenty of room in this very well appointed home. 3 floors, plenty of bathrooms, multiple kitchens, and room enough when everyone was there to find a quiet space as well. Highly recommended if you are going with a mixed age group of 12-16 folks!

We were a group of 10 adults. The house was extremely welcoming from the moment we stepped in the door. For such a lage home, it was very cozy! There was plenty of room to spread out, but there are also areas to just sit and gather.
Too many other compliments to list. Let’s just say it was a wonderful visit to Nirvana Manor!

The property has stunning views of the mountains and is located very close to several ski mountains, shopping, dining and so much more! the hosts, John & Deborah are very easy to communicate with and tentative to any need during your stay. Wow! This property is seriously fantastic. The pictures are great, but they don’t quite do it justice. Our group of nine adults and one toddler LOVED staying here for a few nights in early October. The home is very spacious, well stocked and super clean. The property itself is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road which was perfect, but it’s still walking distance or a quick drive to great food and the local shops. I spoke to Deborah several times prior to my stay, during, and upon checking out; she is super kind, available, organized, and helpful. Nirvana Manor was the perfect place to stay for our elopement trip and everyone in my group agreed we need to book again. We all had an absolute blast here. Thank you!!

Nirvana Manor is a beautiful home that satisfies all of the accommodations you could possibly need. It offers wonderful Mountain views and is very close to eateries and shopping of all sorts. The owners were kind and easy to reach if needed. (We did not have to reach out,) The house is exactly as see on line. I would go back here in a heartbeat!

Twelve of us planned a fall golf getaway to northern New Hampshirand we were lucky enough to find Nirvana Manor to use as our home base. It is spacious yet warm and inviting. The location seems rural yet it is less than two miles from North Conway proper. It was clean and well equipped and communication with the owners could not have been better. The view from the back porch is stunning. We all agreed that Nirvana Manor was, without-a-doubt, better than staying in a hotel.

We were so pleased with Nirvana Manor! Spacious home, well stocked kitchens, beautiful grounds and a spectacular view. The location was perfect. Echo Lake, Mt. Washington, Story Land, hiking, shopping, something for everyone. Deborah was readily available, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Our family would love to return to this lovely, historic home.

Our stay at Nirvana Manor was wonderful. This is a great house very spacious, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, two kitchens and a pantry with a fridge and stove as well. Fabulous views and great location to attractions. Our large family group fit well with space for all. Outside grounds a beautiful and allowed the kids space for frisbee. Deborah was a great hostess very friendly and responsive to all our questions. I contacted her several times and she was always helpful and cheerful. My personal favorite. I loved how many hooks there were in each bathroom to hang towels. I have never found a hotel or rental house that ever had enough hooks. I did not think it existed until we came to nirvana manor. Our family loved this place. I highly recommend.

Our large family stayed at Nirvana Manor and enjoyed it tremendously. We had previously stayed 12 years ago and had such fond memories that we decided to go again. The house was as fabulous as we remember it to be. Some of our families favorite memories were created on the back porch. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again.

With a great location just off 16, Nirvana Manor checks all of the boxes for our active group. Can hike/ski into Whitaker Woods just out the door or drive to ski. The house has very comfortable beds with lots of privacy for our group of 5 couples. The kitchen is very well stocked with serving and cooking gear. The owner gave very detailed instructions and was super nice, too! Can’t wait to return!

Words can’t describe how wonderful our stay was at your beautiful home. Thank you so much for making this such a special vacation for our family. We are originally from New England, moved to Florida in 1993 and honeymooned in North Conway 30 years ago and couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. Our children & their families joined us. Your home was perfect for our family. Everything we wanted to experience was close in proximity, we had SNOW, amazing views, sledding in your yard, and were able to give our family a wonderful New England Thanksgiving experience. We can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you Debbie & John for providing us with memories that will last a lifetime! You have no idea how much we appreciate you. ❤️❤️❤️

Our group of 10 women had an amazing stay at Nirvana Manor! The house was beautifully furnished, spotless, well-stocked, and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for a group twice our size. Some of the women needed to work during our stay, and they were able to find private areas to work and make their video calls. We loved sitting on the porch eating, drinking, and enjoying the spectacular views. Deborah was a wonderful hostess. Highly recommended!

This property is well-named- it indeed is like a Nirvana! The house is beautiful, and you truly do feel like you are staying in a private estate somewhere. Although close to Rt 16 and the heart of North Conway, you feel you are far removed- with a serene view from the large porch over the landscape and mountains- my favorite spot to just relax.
The house was also immaculate- clean and well-stocked with all you can need. And dealing with the owners was a pleasure- Deborah was extremely friendly and helpful.
My friends and myself will definitely be back!

Our group of 13 fell in love with Nirvana Manor! Three generations, ages 16 - 79, cooked, ate, drank, danced, laughed, played and relaxed for a week. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location and views can’t be beat. Activities included a day at Echo Lake, tubing down the Saco River and driving to the top of Mt Washington but I think our favorite activity was just being together at the house and enjoying each other’s company and conversation. Five stars for our hostess Deborah too. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Exquisite landscaping, wonderful back porch for socializing and meals in summer. The bedroom arrangement worked great for our family of 12 spanning 69 years and three generations. The house location was great for trips to StoryLand, paddling on the Saco River, swimming at Echo Lake and the Lower Falls on the Kancamagus, and a hike to Diana’s Bath.

Wonderful house in beautiful location
The house is just as beautiful as the pictures portray it. There was plenty of room for our group of family and friends, including the many private bedrooms and the ample common spaces both indoors and outdoors. The house is close to the stores, restaurants and other attractions of North Conway, and many great sites to see and explore are a short drive from the house. The homeowner provided clear directions for all aspects of our stay, was prompt in all communications, and was very easy to work with.

Beautiful historic manor centrally located
My family and friends rented this beautiful home for a 60th birthday celebration. Home is very spacious and allows for privacy with large groups. Rental provided all necessities. Views and gardens were beautiful. Close proximity to North Conway down town. Owners very pleasant and responsive! Would definitely come back!

Family vacation
Our stay at the Nirvana Manor was wonderful. We had more than enough room for 3 families with 3-4 children each as week as grandparents. We enjoyed the privacy of the property as well as the proximity of North Conway. Spend the days swimming in different water holes, hiking Black Cap and enjoying time together. The children are already asking when we can return. Wonderful vacation.

60th Birthday
I was lucky enough to celebrate my 50th birthday at Nirvana Manor in 2012. I was even luckier to celebrate my 60th birthday in this beautiful home in April 2022.
Fifteen women shared an amazing weekend of eating, drinking, dining, dancing. Sitting in the yard and on the porch. We enjoyed hikes every day in the White Mountains. Nirvana Manor is so special. It is large and grand but feels like home. It is spotless. Everything you could need is included. We had a blast. I don’t think I will wait ten years to return.
Thank you Deborah and John!

Perfect fit for our group!
This property was even better than we could have imagined. The house was beautiful, big and had everything we needed and was in such a great location. It was nice not to be right in downtown, but close enough that it was only a few minutes to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back whenever we have our larger group gatherings.

Beautiful home for great family vacation
This was by far the nicest home we've ever stayed at for our annual family vacation. Beautiful, spacious rooms in what they refer to as a New Hampshire "Cottage", but what really is a "Mansion". So much room for everyone to get together for meals, yet plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing, reading, chatting, or just relaxing on the huge back porch with a most incredible view of the mountains. Best ever!

Outstanding house for our group of 16 - 5 families
Deborah, the owner, is very accessible and helpful. Super lady.
Everyone was very comfortable the house and there was plenty of dishes and place settings for the whole group. The setting is gorgeous! Any issues that arose were handled in a very efficient manner. I would recommend this house to anyone considering a family reunion in the White Mountains and North Conway.
