Room not as described when booked

The second room we were moved to was large and comfortable. Night staff. Breakfast very good

We booked a room with balcony and view. No balcony just a bricked up corridor with iron bars across window. No natural light in room. No apology when room changed.

Gelungener Start in den Urlaub

Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht, um uns noch Heraklion vor unserer Kreuzfahrt anzuschauen. Es war eine gute Entscheidung. Hotel, Personal und Frühstück entsprachen unseren Erwartungen.

Fint værelse med god seng. Mulighed for sen ankomst. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Morgenmaden var med mange søde sager. Manglede helt normalt brød. Mulighed for at få cappucino ved henvendelse.

A convenient hotel close to the bus terminal and ferry port that's very affordable

Hotel was conveniently located to both the KTEL bus terminal and ferry port. The staff, especially Milan (I apologize in advance but I don't think i'm writing his name correctly) was friendly, helpful and arranged an early morning breakfast so we could make our ferry on time.

Pasamos una noche para ir al aeropuerto temprano. La habitación estaba muy bien. Moderna y camas cómodas con pequeño balcón. Baño con buena ducha y nevera. Personal muy amable. Cerca del casco antiguo de la ciudad.

Location (15 min walking from city centre), nice breakfast included, furnished room.

Bathroom (without window) smell, noise coming from the entrance and adjacent rooms (for the ground floor room), WiFi was inconsistent and parking (free street) can be difficult.

Bella struttura

Ottima l'accoglienza e la vicinanza all'aereoporto. Siamo stati accolti bene nonostante siamo arrivati tardi, la struttura è pulita e carina.

Stanze piccoline ma efficienti, l'unica cosa che potenzierei davvero è la colazione, da rendere un po' più varia.

Wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage entweder zum Hafen und ins Zentrum ca 25 Minuten oder direkt durch die Parks ins Zentrum 20 Minuten, ideal vom Airport mit dem Auto zu erreichen, für einen Ausflug nach Knossos bestens, genug Parkplatz immer vorhanden, schlimmstenfalls in einer Nebenstraße, wir hatten bei 3 Aufenthalten keine Probleme, Baeckerei 3 Minuten, tolle Konditorei bei den Parks 5 Minuten, Wäscherei um die Ecke, Tankstelle 2 Minuten, der wöchentliche Markt 9 Minuten. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr schön, der Balkon ist angenehm. Das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück sehr gut, oft mit regionalen Besonderheiten. Viel Freude beim Entspannen auf der Terrasse. Herzlichen Gruß ans Hotel, wir kommen wieder!

Nice hotel in Heraklion!

The hotel is approximately 15 mins away fron the city centre on a very busy street. The rooms were very nice and clean, the personnel was extremely kind and helpful and breakfast was really good. Overall it was great to stay here

The hotel is located on a very busy street, which means that at every hour of the day there is noise coming from outside, thus it is not recommended to sleep with the windows open. While the room was fairly spacious, the bathroom was quite tight with just enough space to move. Finally, I had booked this hotel also because it offers some parking spots: the parking area is on the main street, opposite the hotel, which makes it a bit complicated, once you reach the hotel, to u-turn and park in tranquillity.

Voor 1 nacht. Handig omdat je altijd wel je (huur-) auto kan. Dit was al de 4e keer dat we dit doen

Prettige ontvangst. Behulpzaam met zoeken restaurant. Uitstekend ontbijt. Het personeel ging iedereen langs om te vragen of wij nog wat van het buffet wilde hebben, want in 5 minuten gingen ze opruimen

Ein sehr schönes und Stadtnahes Hotel. Ein Mini-Market ist binnen 1 Min. erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und die Lage ist Top! Wir könnten uns gut erholen und die Stadt gut zu Fuß erkunden. Das Frühstück war super lecker!

Chambre propre et suffisamment grande. Personnel souriant et serviable Bonne literie Déjeuner correct,il ne faut pas arriver trop tard....

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue qui est très passante ,et l'isolation phonique n'est pas terrible.

Hotel bien situé par rapport au centre ville que l’on peut atteindre en 10 mns à pied environ. Personnel très sympathique. Propreté irréprochable.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue , l’hôtel n’est pas très bien insonorisé.

Très bon séjour.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est on ne peut plus disponible et aimable. L'hôtel constitue une bonne base de visite de la ville d'Héraklion, à une douzaine de minutes à pied du centre touristique. Avantage très précieux, il se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres à peine d'une station de bus pour l'aéroport.

Comfortable room, but very noisy all through the night

We chose the location because it was walking distance from the port. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom seemed recently renovated.

Very noisy, both from the inside (hallway, and a very noisy fridge in the room) and the outside. It is located on a big road that is very noisy until very late at night.

The location is very good, it is both near the port and also near the center of the town. The breakfast is good

The room is very old and small, with old furniture and the walls are very dirty. In the room it was a strange smell. I also had a little spider on the bed. The price was not so diffrent from the other hotels. The rating is too big

Superb

The hotel was nice and clean, with very good wi-fi in the room and comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and they help me with all information needed. The bus station is 5-7 minutes far away and you can take the bus from there in all part of the island. If you walk you can be in 15-20 minutes in the city center.

It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a good selection. There was cheese and meats. Bolied eggs, tomatoes cucumber. Different types of bread and rolls. Fresh fruit juice, coffee, croissants. Toast & jam. You can help yourself so you can choose what you would like and how much. There was a fridge in the room and shower gel and shampoo.

The patio doors to the balcony didn't close properly, so I heard traffic, , but to be honest I didn't tell the night staff as I was already in bed. The tap in the bathroom wasn't fixed properly so when I tried to turn the tap on the tap and the pipe it was fixed to , moved. Due to this it was extremely difficult to get the tap to work.

Nice stay close to the city center of Heraklion

The location of the apartment was within 15-20 min walking distance of the city center. The check-in was very smooth and the staff recommended us some very nice local Greek restaurants that we enjoyed a lot! Also one with fresh fish in the city center. The room was very clean and good in size. The buffet for breakfast was nice, maybe missing some more options like croissants or another type of eggs (not only boiled), but it was good.

The wifi was off during one day but the staff was very proactive and able to fix it asap.

We were given a non-smoking room but I can smell cigarettes in the room. I could smell it in the furniture.
