L’accueil chaleureux, la propreté de la chambre, la proximité avec restaurants et aéroport, les recommandations du jeune homme à l’accueil.

located in the middle of the inner City in a very narrow lane, not noisy, any downtown place of interest as well as the port/Seafront was in walking distance. Room was large, modern, clean, unfortunately mine did not have seaview whereas the other two rooms on my floor had. request for upper floor room was acknowledged. Nice small breakfast buffet, considering the hotel has less than 30 rooms
Access with a larger car is extremely difficult, luckily I had a small one and could stop in front of the hotel for a minute to unload my luggage. Pillows where too small and soft for me and caused me a stiff neck and headache (same as at their sister property in Hersonissos I visited later

The room was great! The hotel is centrally located big in a quiet side street. It’s easy to walk to the main shopping are and waterfront. The breakfast is absolutely amazing!
While there is parking at the hotel for loading and unloading, there is no overnight parking on site as it is in the old town. The good news is there are large city parking lots at the port just a few hundred meters away, and the staff is super helpful with explaining how to get there, and the cost is only 3 euros a day.

Breakfast was excellent. A good selection with some local specialties.
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location was not far from the bus terminal, so great for connections and near to the Archaeological Museum.
Unfortunately the view of the sea was obscured by other city buildings. It would be great to have filtered water in the rooms instead of having to refresh our water bottles in the restaurant on a regular basis.

The location was perfect for the ferries, a simple 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast was extremely varied and plentiful. Very quiet

The location is very good for a city tour.
The photos they present online are far away from the reality. The rooms are very small, bed and mattress have very poor quality. It offers poor conditions and zero comfort. Very noisy at night because of the OTE building just next to it. You can barely breath. It is highly overpriced for the accommodation they provide. We were very disappointed.

beautiful view from the room, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and inviting interior, very good breakfast (large selection of food: freshly made scrambled eggs, veggies, variety of cheeses etc)

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of food.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Very good location close to the bus station, port and City center.
Nothing to complain about.

The suite room was comfortable, stylish and well proportioned with a fabulous view over the harbour of Heraklion to the sea. The staff were helpful and the breakfast good with a reasonable variety of choice. The hotel is well located to access the centre and sea front of the city.
To be aware that parking is off site at the parking place at the harbour. This costs 3 Euro/day and is a 5-10 minute walk up a short hill to the hotel.

Modern hotel close to the museum, port area, bus station, and old town. Loved the bright, clean room with ceiling high windows. An amazing breakfast buffet with every fresh breakfast food one can imagine, including freshly baked breads, rolls, and cakes. As we stayed over Christmas, the lobby had numerous Christmas cookies available. The hotel was more than generous with their food, hospitality, and good Christmas vibe. A shout out to the small, almost hidden Greek taverna (Plani Restaurant) located right beside the hotel. Wished we had discovered it sooner; probably best food experienced during our stay in Crete.
Unfortunately, but for 2 nights only, we had a family or two with a herd of children, staying above us, the stomping of which became quite noisy late into the evening. When the children seemed to be either out or sleeping, a couple lost no time in using their opportunities which was 100% audible to us below, over and over again; we could not escape the noise thus became quite uncomfortable. Perhaps hotel owners need to look at some soundproofing options, for the enjoyment of all their guests.

My partner and I had a test to pass at the University Hospital... Our stay was for one night only... We found this hotel to be excellent... The welcome was great... so was the breakfast. We recommend it for short or longuer stay... We will be back for pleasure next time!

Been here about 5 weeks ago. Impressed by location , service and breakfast so decided to stop over on our way home from a Christmas holiday. Treated ourselves to an upgraded room from last time -nothing wrong with the room last time but we were still treating it as part of our holiday. When we walked into Heraklion centre the Christmas lights were amazing. Next year we are staying here at Christmas.
