Út közben egy éjszakára megszállni tökéletes!

Az Annex szobák a főúton vannak egy kis házban, ahol a ház előtt is lehet parkolni. Kicsit régimódi, de nagyon hangulatos. És elég jól felszerelt. Szemközt van egy pékség, ahol nagyon finom a pékáru. Tíz perc sétára van a tó és az éttermek.

A zuhanykabin ajtajának a kerete olyan alacsonyan van, hogy kiszálláskor úgy bevertem a fejemet, hogy vérzett.

Tökéletes nyári kikapcsolódás a hegyen, aki szereti a csöndes zajmentes környezetet.

Az apartman a vártnál is jobb volt, maximálisan felszerelt konyha, mesés kilátás, kedves a személyzet, csodálatos a falu. A bolt árai megegyezik a lenti falu áraival. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. A gleccser felvonó 5 perc séta, a szomszéd falu kb 25 perc séta.

Pokiaľ takto má vyzerať dvojlôžková izba s výhľadom na hory, tak je to strašné.

Páčil sa mi len výhľad na hory.

Izba bola veľmi mála a jej vybavenie staré. Raňajky boli veľmi skromné. Parkovanie bolo na verejnom parkovisku. Očakával som za 149,- Euro oveľa viac. Neodporúčam toto ubytovanie.

Clean and warm room with no WiFi.

Room was clean and warm, free parking on the road at the front of the house.

WiFi didn’t work at all, no cooking facility but only micro-oven. It was raining plus snowing outside so had to stay inside but couldn’t watch Netflix or Amazon Prime because WiFi didn’t work.

Great place to stay near Halstatt

The best thing is its Location. It's walking distance from the Obertraun Dachsteinhöhlen Bahnhof ~ 400 meters. Other than this the apartment has some nice views from the apartment. The apartment that we had, had all basic amenities in the kitchen. The rooms are a bit old but clean. Before coming to Obertraun, you must keep a watch on the weather.

We only had one problem. There was a clear sound coming from the apartment next door in our room. Also a bit of renovation could work best.

Schöne Lage

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück für 10€ war gut. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer war total schön.

Die großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer/Wohnküche, in dem das Schlafsofa lag, konnte man nicht aufmachen. Es war sehr warm und stickig. Man konnte nur über das Schlafzimmer versuchen, das ganze Appartement zu lüften, was nicht genug war.

Ціна та розташування.

Від час нашого проживання проводився ремонт на балконі,та не було змогли вийти туди.А там був неперевершений вигляд з нього.Це трохи засмутило.

Overall nice experience for 1 nite stay

Location is close to hallstat. Free Car park in front apartment. Self check in is easy.

Thin walls and lack of security & maintenance drive me to look elsewhere on my next visit.

Great location. Close to restaurants and the ferry. Clean. Easy Check-In, friendly staff.

Poor security. The rooms have the large (old fashioned) keys from decades ago. There was no key issued for the main building entrance because it remained unlocked overnight. Walls and ceilings not insulated from sound. We heard loud conversations from the stairwell, and our neighbor as they locked and unlocked their door, as well as conversations next door and upstairs. The bathroom vent was too loud to use. The shower head holder was broken, and hung at approximately 1,50 meter (4,5 foot). We heard the vent in other rooms as well, uncomfortably loud. Other small maintenance issues were neglected.

Great location - great value

Very close to ferry station to Hallstatt. Huge apartment with extra room as the kitchen (self-service, so you need to wash and put the dishes back on your own). No elevator so prepare to walk upstairs with your luggage.

Bit old, kitchen door has upside down key hole and handle. Right in front of train station, so could be noisy.

The location is good. It is close to the main road and it has free parking in front, which is a huge plus in Austria.

The bathroom could be better. It is large sized, but the incluned celling makes it a bit weird. Also, the door hitting the sink was quite annoying (but this is a bit of nit picking, it was perfectly functional).

Overall an average stay experience with some plus and room for lot of improvements

The staff was very friendly and helped with the information. The location is very good (walkable distance from Obertraun railway station).

Property lacks a lift and hence difficult to carry heavy luggage to higher floors. There are no other amenities in the property and rooms are just sufficient for a family of 3+. The floors were creaking and that was uncomfortable. Also my room did not have kitchen stove and only toaster (looked very old and used)/water heater was provided. The staff was not reachable after 7 in the number shared.

The proximity to transportation (the apartment was located near the train station and was easy to find).

Despite the amount to be paid for breakfast, options available were very limited, especially for people who do not eat pork or beef. Pillows and the sofa bed were very uncomfortable. Bath soap was available only for 2 adults.

Exceptional

Location is perfect! Just next to train and bus stop, and just few steps to the lake. And it is just few minutes by bus to Hallstatt. The room is perfect for us, clean and we are able to cook. Self check in is also not that complicated.

Bit disappointed

The view was great

The bed was excessively noisy and the next door people were singing till nearly 12pm. Handing my key back to the guy in the morning was awkward as he was grumpy and didn't say a thing 😐 awful service response. Bathroom was tiny for a 6'4 person and the photos made it out like it was big so it was mega deceiving

Superb

I asked for parking permit 1 day before our arrival and it was the card was waiting for us. We arrived earlier and still the room was ready. The bed for babies was there on our request. Very customer oriented personnel.

Expected tea bags to make ourselves tea in the evening.
