I would love to come back and stay here again and also recommend my friends.

The room was quiet, and the view of the horizon was nice and eye-soothing. The bed was nice and comfortable. I also enjoyed the cleanliness.

The water pressure of the shower seemed inadequate. A tissue box inside the room would be nice. A direction of Kibla for Muslim customers would be helpful.

Nice hotel for a short stay, price-relative OK for a short stay in Edinburgh.

Very friendly staff, generally clean, good beds, spacious room, nice bar and restaurant, perfect for a short stay. Good bus connection to city center and airport. Nice location next to a beautiful green zone.

Had to wait an additional 2 hours for check-in; hotel rooms definitely need some maintenance like paintwork, floors, small things like door closers / stoppers, windows not opening or closing easily. Bit claustrophobic hallways without clear information about what to do in case of fire / emergency.

Very bad experience.

Bathroom full of black mould. Bathroom sink has plumbing issues. Water doesnt go from the sink The rooms floor makes cracky sound while walking Anyone walks near the room the sounds echos in the room with huge noise. Doesn’t recommend this hotel.

Room cards stopped working had to get them re-valid. Could have done with robes as an extra touch but otherwise everything great!

Super short stop in Edinburgh

It was a good size room in a big hotel. There were good amenities, and it was well located for the city. The bus stop just round the corner was handy, and the no 26 bus ran frequently so we didn’t need to worry about parking. The bar and restaurant were both well stocked. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Can’t fault this hotel on anything

The room very clean & beds comfy. Great TV on wall. Pool,sauna,steam room great. Really good value for money. Got a complimentary drink each & 10% of any other food/drink.

Nice hotel shame about the noise

Lovely large triple room. Good location with bus stop near by into City

There was a wedding at the hotel and our room was above the function suite. There was loud thumping music till 1am. Breakfast was disappointing, it wasn’t particularly warm and the food was bland. Apple juice was very watery.

Our stay

The bed was comfortable, the food was okay, though the choice was small.

A wedding took place there until 1 am and the noice was unbearable. We weren't warned, they also didn't have any earplugs. We had to leave for our flight at 3 am, reception was indifferent to our situation.

lovely staff, fab hotel.

The room was incredible, wasn’t expecting it to be that huge..bed so comfy! Staff went out of their way to make sure my trip went as good as possible.

The only issue really was the people upstairs running a marathon in the rooms above me! Z

It was a really good stay which was way beyond expectation and really affordable

The service was superb - the staff are friendly and always willing to help. The hotel has good facilities and rooms are cleaned daily with toiletries replaced promptly.

The location was quite far from the city center

Very good 3 day stay.

Room good clean and comfortable. Good variety at breakfast Maggie was very pleasant and nothing to much bother for her.

The floorboards were a nightmare whenever you stood on them they they squeaked it did not mater where you stood in the room. Ladies changing rooms had so many things out of order ( hair dryer lockers and costume dryer )

Good Hotel but could be bette.

Room was very nice. Lots of space, clean and modern. Swimming pool was good. Food was good but expensive for bar food.

Dishes lying outside doors in the corridors which were there from we arrived until we left next day. Bar prices extortionate. Hotel is not near anything.

We coudnt sleep because of the noise.

Room size is very good

The floor creaks all night and can hear every footsteps or noise outside. We booked the hotel because its closer to the airport and our flight was 6am and were leaving 4am. It was suppose to be a convenient sleep but we did not get any rest or sleep! Also the reception staff was sucks at customer services

3 free drinks, room ok, pool worm water, decent distance from centre

Paid £9 for 200 grams of french fries 2 portions this after 10% discount applied.Dont think they were in the menu.

Grim spa

All the staff were all really friendly. The lad on the desk of the health spa even lent us a £1 for the lockers without hesitation. Also the bar area was nice and the breakfast was good.

The spa area itself was very tired. It was also pretty dirty. Both sides of the sauna benches were broken, there was a mould growing on the bottom of the door of the sauna. The whole 'spa' area needed a clean. Mysterious orange 'gunk' stained onto the walls. The bedrooms themselves were pretty tired too and again not very clean. We stayed here knowing it was a little distance away from city centre but hoping it was worth the extra travel. It was not. All in all very much not worth the £138 we were charged.

Wonderful staff make a wonderful hotel.

The staff here always stand out, the most friendly lovely staff I have the pleasure of meeting. A special mention to the wonderful Ana who went over & above to make sure I was looked after.

Considering overall quality, I would love to stay here again.
