The room was nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. Very handy for getting into the city centre and we also had amenities close by. We were worried we would have noise from the bar/grill downstairs bit it was very quiet, considering we were overlooking the main road. Bar staff were very pleasant and friendly.
Nothing to dislike, but be aware that this is very much an Inn, rather than a hotel. This was not a problem for us at all.

Le personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute du client

The room was so cosy and clean, very well presented. Customer service was amazing and we felt very welcomed.

A bit tight in space

Everything was great.
Ran out of draught lager.

The room we stayed in was lovely, it was clean and tidy, the shower was good also quite strong, the view was not the best but we were in the middle of Edinburgh the staff were great and very helpful. The bar was really busy as it was rugby weekend the atmosphere was great it was full of banter before and after the match. Really friendly hotel.
The only down side was having to leave the hotel to go around the side to get to the rooms also breakfast was not til ten and it was only continental.

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great for the zoo but around 30mins to get into the centre of Edinburgh

Location
Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs: took a roll with bacon sausage and egg. They bun was mot fresh and seemed only reheated from three days ago
The room had a dirty towel in the bathroom when we entered the first time.
The bathroom was full of mold. The window was like it has not been cleaned for ages.
One of the lights in the bathroom over the showerhead was out/ not working so it was showering in dim light.
The lampshade light on the side of the window was not working either.

This was a great little place to stay. We needed accomodation for the final two nights on return to Edinburgh after touring the rest of Scotland, and frankly these were the best accommodations we had in the country. Staff was very accommodating,, room is completely updated, and although small, was very comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very good, parking was available next door, and advice from the barkeepers for breakfast was very good.
Not much, not elevator to second floor.

Very clean quiet room, a short bus ride from the airport. The hosts were friendly and accommodating for an early check-out.

The room was very clean with beautiful decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I only have a couple of minor issues. One was that there wasn’t a chair in the room As an older person I find a chair very helpful for putting on and taking off socks and shoes.
The other issue was the shower. Although the rain shower was great I would have liked a wand or handset with hose as well.

Everything, staff were amazing, room was great and food was exceptional

The staff were very friendly and the mood in the pub restaurant was good.
The wifi didn't work, the bed was god awful, and breakfast was described as 'morning rolls' and wasn't served until 10. I was travelling for work and so the timing didn't work out. The rooms are clearly a new addition to what seems like a lovely pub, and I don't think in their current setup are successful. The single glazed windows make noise a problem, the lack of trained and capable reception staff, and the poor quality fixtures and fittings really let the place down.

Spotlessly Clean.
Superb Shower.
Facilities said there was secure parking, but it’s on street parking (which was fine)
Booking said Breakfast included, but it wasn’t. (able to purchase Breakfast Rolls etc after 10am).

The heating didn't come on at all so it was very cold in the night
