Sehr schade fand ich das den Pool mit Rutschen um 17.30 Uhr zu gemacht haben. Die Kinder waren alle sehr traurig

It was a beautiful and pleasant experience! The staff was very helpful and attentive to your needs. Hoosam, Mahmoud, Mohamed very helpful. I recommend for a vacation with the family. Lots of activities to do. Wonderful people!

Відвідала цей отель сьомий раз, як завжди команда готелю на висоті. Номера після ремонту, просторі і гарні. Персонал намагається передбачити і задовольнити потреби та допомогти в любій ситуації. Їжа в ресторанах різноманітна та смачна. Лежаків на пляжі і біля басейнів достатньо. Анімація працює добре. Відвідала китайський ресторан. Дуже потішило, що меню на російській мові і всі інгредієнти вказані. Страви дуже вишукані і порівняти їх можна з високою кухнею, що раніше такого не було. Порівняно з попередніми роками суттєво покращилася концепція готелю. Я дуже вдячна команді готелю за райський відпочинок. Я дуже надіюся, що знову і знову буду повертатися в свій улюблений готель.

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, jos tarkoituksena on nauttia rantaelosta, auringosta, rentoutumisesta. Lisäksi hotelli oli kävelymatkan päässä "kaupungista".
Pidimme hotellin sisällä toimivasta Spa:sta. Hierontapaketti oli todellakin rahansa väärti, jos tahtoo hemmotella itseään.
Vesiliukumäet hotellialueella ovat mukava lisä, jos mukana on lapsia tai lapsenmielisyyttä.
Hotellialue oli rauhallinen. Ei metelöintiä yötämyöten.
Osa henkilökunnasta erittäin ystävällisiä.
All Inclusive -paketista viestiminen ei ole egyptiläisten vahvuus. Hieman epäselvää, mitä pakettiin kuuluu ja mitä ei. Ja viestintä palveluista yleensäkin todella epäselvää.
Allas-ja ranta-alueella käy todella paljon kauppiaita myymässä erilaisia palveluita, mikä oli suoraan sanottuna raskasta.
Ruoka ei ollut AI-buffassa mistään kotoisin. Aika karmeaa ajoittain suoraan sanottuna, mutta se lienee, mitä on. Juomat tarjoillaan lähes poikkeuksetta lämpimänä ja erittäin pienistä laseista tai muovimukeista. Välillä juomat olivat myös loppu lounaalla/illallisella. Onneksi kauppoja on samassa kiinteistössä.
Osa henkilökunnasta hieman töykeitä, tai sellainen kuva välittyi, lieneekö kulttuuriero.

Location was just overlooking the seaside. Amazing corals in very shallow water. Friendly people, smiling all the time. Variety of pools and slides and being able to use facilities across 3 hotels including water park. In your 7+ days stay you can book 2 a la carte restaurants. For us, Four Corners restaurant was the best to go. We tasted proper Egyptian food.
Overall very happy ... Nothing to complain about, apart of very small shower.

The restaurant is the worst thing about the hotel There is no variety in the food The food is repeated on a daily basis without any change There are no main dishes such as grills

Everything was good. It was an OK stay. We had a difficult situation were we needed Emergency help and the doctor in the hotel clinic wasn't able to deliver the right diagnosis (which was critical) and we had to finish going to the emergency room at Nile Hospital, where my husband was for two full days.
The food is good, the pool good, the aqua park fun for the kids, if you need something you might get the help in the moment, which was really nice to count on for bags of ice. To eat in another restaurant it was through a specific reservation that didn't adjust us our timing with theirs, so, we weren't able to try anything else.
The gym was ok as well.
The shower small. Everything clean.
We had an emergency and the diagnosis from the Hotel Doctor was wrong... really critical for the development of the patients health. If any emergency, go straight to Nile Hospital.

There is an amazing area to snorkel. Employees who are doing a great job: Mr. Ayman- management. Youssif- downstairs dining staff. Ramadan- lifeguard.
The facility is old and is n serious need of repair. The walls, towels, and linens had stains on them. The shower was covered in stains and rust. The food is bad and I eat everything both Egyptian and western food. Alaa, one of the downstairs dining employees (maybe a manager?) takes pleasure in telling fellow Egyptians they aren’t allowed to eat there. He very rudely told my husband, “go eat upstairs with the Egyptians” when we didn’t realize the area was supposed to be for foreigners. If anyone from hotel management reads this get ride of this racist dining system. Most hotels in Hurghada don’t do this without any issues. Additionally the morning front seat manager put us in the wrong room and gave us the wrong wrist band and was incredibly rude to us for our entire stay. I’m not sure if it’s because we’re American and American Egyptian, but I literally felt like he hated us from the beginning for no reason.
DO NOT STAY HERE if you’re Egyptian. The hotel has a racist dining system where Egyptians can only eat upstairs with a foreigner only dining area downstairs. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE FOREIGN. It’s dirty, and 90% of the employees are really rude. I am American and my husband is American Egyptian. We travel a lot in Egypt and there are cheaper resorts with better service.

Sea, beach, hotel design, beds, and a large balcony. Also, it is close to Hurghada city center, Marina, Go Bus station, and the airport. Tea, and coffee facilities in the room, welcoming fruit, and helpful staff. The room has a mini fridge. It helps for saving your water cold when you are out of the room. The sea is really brilliant. You do not need to attend a submarine tour. Take your goggles or snorkel for swimming with excellent sea life. In the afternoon there is an ice cream, juice, and coffee/tea service, I really liked the service. You do not need to bring your beach towel. The hotel gives you. And there are many activities in the brother hotel Sunny Days Palacio. You can join freely. The especially Russian dance team was awesome! Every night they have a different show.
I wrote an explanation for my reservation for a quiet room but the staff had not cared about it. My first night was really terrible. A room was given in front of the pool and has a garden. Every single people laughed and sang all night long. In the early morning gardeners arrived. I was really shocked. They changed my room after all this happened. You should be aware of free internet in the lobby only. I strongly recommend getting a sim card for your roaming at the airport. The breakfast was the same but enough. There must have more cheeses and olives.

The bar at the pool was really awesome. Had a great view from the room. And overall it was a good experience.
Sometimes the waitress were too much. They were kind and all, but they didn't understand that we don't want anymore food or sweets, and could feel that they bring all these for a tip.

the rooms were dirty when we checked in but the room service guy is very good he came and cleaned it. the reception was not helpful and the food was terrible every day. and the reps selling tours in hotel are not good and should be honest and not over charge people staying at hotel. and the beach was rubbish no one cleaned it

1) I was surprised that the receptionist requested an additional payment of 27% than i had been informed on the confirmation e-mail
2) the hotel doesn't provide sohour meal for fasting muslim so I cancelled my accommodation
