Nice beach and location
Delicious food
The water is very dirty in the bathroom, looks yellow. The room looks very old but it’s quite clean. And if you want get fast WiFi you need payment extra fees:((((

Very nice staff and the reception and in the restaurant! Good food and the massage was good as well.
The beach is not the most beautiful. And I wouldn't recommend the wine and the cocktails, stick to beers :-D

The hotel and staff are very well organized and pleased to offer their services. It is calm and quite, offering a good place for relaxation for adults. The food was very good. Everyday they offer different options for lunch and dinner. The facilities are also fine. Spacious rooms. Staff is great.
It is an old hotel. The furniture, chairs, bathrooms and mattresses are old. If they would invest a bit in renovation it would become excellent hotel. The utilities in the rooms are very basic.

We felt comfortable that the place was clean and the hygiene standards were high, like dispensers of hand gels hang everywhere; the walkways and garden are kempt.
The personnel everywhere were helpful, polite, and friendly. They did their best to make you feel cosy and enjoy the stay.
Food was tasty overall. The Christmas Eve buffet spread was marvellously beautiful, plenty and tasted equally good!
The room and balcony were spacious, and we love that there's a place to hang wet clothes on the balcony. It's also noise-proof from the side of the pool, as otherwise the noise from music and chatting people (and fighting cats at night, yes true!) would be unpleasant.
Beach was clean, enough entertainment and activities. There's enough coral in the areas where it is allowed to swim in.
The room is a bit run down. Water from the shower cabin leaks out and makes a big puddle in the bathroom. The design is just not leak-proof. The bottom of the door already swelled up, meaning it's been a long-time issue.
The curtains were a mess! It seemed that they were washed/cleaned and hung back without considering the number of hooks and loops in the rails because there were spots with long, loose drapes. But since there were 3 layers of curtains, it's just irritating to open and close them.
When you enter the hotel, it doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. It's difficult to explain, but it's how it felt for us.
The restaurants in the main building need a big freshening up. The walls, tables, and chairs are old, and you can see on the upholstery where people have put their hands on. The chafing dishes are also worn out and dented.
It's an All Adults hotel. During our stay, maybe 80% were couples aged 65+ and I heard that a lot were returning guests. Considering this, I can partly understand why the hotel has kept this nostalgic image, but to attract younger groups, the hotel needs to modernize indoors.

The resort and its facilities are well maintained and lots of effort is put by the staff to keep guests happy. The food is great with lots of variety and the access to the beach is beautiful and easy. There was a large Christmas dinner party organised which was fantastic and unique compared to the other days.
The only issue with the property is the bathroom design where you can’t close off the shower door causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor after a shower.

I was hesitant about booking an all inclusive because sometimes food isn’t good but here the food of the all 3 courses was excellent!
People at the reception seemed lost with questions regarding their proper hotel

Reading some of the reviews we were really worried about this hotel but in the end there was very little to worry about.
The food exceeded all our expectations!!! We were in awe of what the Chefs & their staff prepared for every meal. There is just so much food that if you are a picky eater you will find something to eat. Dinner was served around the pool which was lovely & every night there was a different theme.
The pizza area at the pool is definitely a winner - not so much for our waistlines though ;-)
The staff took a little time to warm up but once they got to know us they were friendly & full of life.
The hotel area is really clean & there are always staff cleaning.
The pool staff are constantly sweeping, ensuring water isn't lying around & are only too happy to help with loungers, drinks, etc
The beach area, which is a about a 400m walk away but after eating what we ate was probably for the best, is amazing!! You can choose numerous areas to lie at, each overlooking a different part of the sea & with a different view. There are plenty of loungers which staff will help you move if needs be. There are is so much beautiful sea life to see if you decide to snorkel around the little "island"
There are constant activities happening both at the hotel & on the beach - If you are bored that's on you!
The gardens are beautifully maintained & the facilities in the hotel are well maintained.
Wifi was freely available in public areas & our rooms which overlooked the pool area all got wifi, not full bars though but enough to work or scroll on social media.
The hotel is a little outdated & does need TLC.
We did notice that they have started painting one of the sister hotels next door so hopefully they will be moving over to Bel Air Azur when done there.
The rooms & bathrooms need to be remodelled - they are stuck in the 90s with dark furniture, old fashioned curtains & bed covers & yellow walls.
The linen & towels can definitely do with replacement.
One thing we noticed is that the beach staff don't remove the litter from the sea, although there are nets dotted around. When we picked up the net & scooped out the litter, staff would appear & take over but they never seemed to do this at free will.

I loved the entertaining team and the cleanliness of the facilities. The pool was quite clean. The food quality increased noticeably.
The only downside was the lunch at the pool. The weather was extremely hot to have lunch on the pool. The billiard area requires some improvements and to fix the A/C. Not all bars are active.

Pool was dirty and alcoholic beverages were like they didn't contain alcohol at all.

The dinner buffet was fantastic. The room are large, comfortable, clean and well furnished.
There is no real "beach". The swimming bays are mostly coral reefs leading to very rocky areas that are hard on the feet. Safaga, 30 mins to the south, had sandy beaches. The beach servers are also sparse, which makes ordering drinks a hassle. There is also no elevator. The staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage up and down, but fyi.
4.5
The staff are really friendly and willing to help as much as they can especially the hotel manager and the reception team. Their support during my stay and them checking regularly if we have any issues or we need anything was beyond my expectations and really appreciated.

Beautiful spot on the Red Sea. Lots of space in pools and beach. Food is all buffet and good. Room was comfortable. Perfect way to relax and end our two week Egypt tour. They were able to arrange for a doctor on site when I needed one.
More ramps for luggage would be good. Tiles around pool are slippery when wet be careful

All inclusive with good food and value for money rooms. Staff are helpful. All round pretty good place.
It is a big resort with lots of rooms but no lift. It’s all accessible really and the staff are very helpful but a lift (or lifts?) would be helpful.

Food was great (specially lunch, most variety)
Beach is very nice
Check in very smooth
Heated pool, which is great
Everything is close to each other (room, pool, restaurants, gym)
-The overall vibe (no music for example) but i guess that’s because 95% of the guests are 60+
-The rooms are a little outdated, could use an upgrade
