La struttura è citatissima in ogni dettaglio: mobili di recupero di altissimo design, dettagli tessili artigianali prodotti dai telai storici del monastero di San Leucio, letti comodissimi, un terrazzino privato strepitoso e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno da Hotel!

Consigliatissimo!

Nonostante il check-in sia a distanza, la proprietaria è stata sempre presente e disponibilissima al telefono. L'appartamento è molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo. La stanza bellissima, spaziosa, molto comoda e dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione al bar semplice ma molto comoda.

Forse al primo approccio il check-in potrebbe sembrare complicato ma le indicazioni sono chiare e Silvia è un'ottima proprietaria (anche a distanza!).

Ok for one night but read the reviews

Location central and access simple and instructions clear. Room a good size and quiet. Bed comfortable. Parking (extra paid to attendant) was fairly convenient but a 5min walk from the residence.

Room not quite as described: no bidet, no coffee maker (just a kettle), no separate entrance, not what I would call a landmark or city view from balcony. The pictures were accurate. Bathroom cramped, safety deposit box too small for 13" laptop. Breakfast at nearby cafe was disappointing. The voucher allowed for tea/coffee, croissant and juice. Between us we had 2x coffee, 1x small tart and 1x fruit salad and were charged extra. The room is on the 4th floor and there is a lift but it is very small - the host recommended one person at a time or to just use it for luggage and take the stairs. We managed to fit two in plus luggage but it was intimate.

Highly recommend

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful little town. Family, tourist trip and we all enjoyed in Caserta. Very clean. Great location. Very hospitable hosts. Very modern room like on the photos...Everything was perfect!

Room and location

Owner charged us € 190 for a missing renote control that never was in the room. Not one single reaction on our reply. Room is nice, owner is terrible.

Perfect room in the middle of the city

The bed, the cleanliness, the bath. Very nice bath-products with shampoo and hair-mask. Great location, safe part of the city. The air-condition was modern and silent. I slept veru well. It was cleaned every day. Tv with netflix etc. Very modern room, exactly like on the photos. Would always come back.

Great room in a very nice area close to the Reggia. Full of restaurants, bars, and shops.

A nice start! Clean up some of the issues and you will do well.

The room itself was very comfortable. The linens and quality was outstanding! I slept very well. This is a property trying hard and the work/design was appreciated.

The check-in was messed up. I didn’t receive the email to check in until the day of check in. Traveling I never got the email until in the room. The bathroom smelled of mold and I had to air out.

great location!

Perfect location just in the center of Caserta, close to restaurants, walking distance from the palace and from the Main Street. well designed and very comfortable Silvie was a great hostess. helped us when we stuck in the elevator, booked a table in a great restaurant and connected us to a local in order to get tickets to a football game.

- the apartment located on the 4th floor with a very inconvenient, small elevator. we had to carry our luggage up by ourselves - it’s actually a complex of 3 apartments with a small lobby. thin walls, hear everything from the outside - the garage is about 5-6 minutes walking, not very comfortable with luggage and kids.

CASERTA Pizza Napoletana town

The place where breakfast is served is close, it was a good service the only bad thing for me is that I am use to eat protein in the morning, like eggs, not used to eat bread and coffee only. It is the custom though, in Italy. The owner helped us with several needs she was very helpful. The beds were good, comfortable enough to have a good night sleep. Room number two is beautiful decorated !

The lift is a bit of a challenge if you are afraid of heights, but you can figure out how to send your suitcases without you going in to the fourth floor. From anywhere in Italy, when using a Taxi please ask for a note with the fixed price in it and be sure that it is a fixed price with or without traffic etc.

Superb

Very nice room with a modern design, all clean, comfortable shower. Very stylish entrance (there are 3 rooms, completely separated)

The parking is 5 minutes away and costs 13 EUR / day. The elevator in the building is very small.

Would highly recommend.

Location was perfect for moving about the city. Breakfast was a convenient typical Italian breakfast. The bed was sooo comfy. That makes a world of difference in a great night sleep and the rating of a stay. Loved the little balcony in room #1. Surprising how quiet the room was. The elevator was easy to use even though we chose the stairs most of the time. Loved the use of a refrigerator and an excellent cooling system that not only worked efficiently but was ultra quiet. Great shower! Wifi signal strength was great.

Recommended, modern and quirky stay.

A very well kept room, with a beautiful design. The Taj Mahal room was spot on for us! New and comfortable, followed covid safety protocols and was clean, with tech-enabled check-in. It's in the centre of the old town - convenient for an evening stroll and to reach the Regency. We stayed one night. I would definitely return. The BnB liaises with a local parking facility for safe and affordable overnight parking.
