About this house rental

Beautiful heated pool home with three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms located in a very nice neighborhood close to Pine Lakes Golf Course. As soon as you walk in from the double door entry way there are cathedral ceilings throughout and an expansive view of the large enclosed pool yard with plenty of seating and cable TV. The home’s Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 50inch TV and sliders that open up to the pool yard. The next bedroom has a queen size bed with a 32 inch TV and a large window that overlooks the nice blue pool. The last bedroom has a set of bunk beds consisting of a queen over a queen also furnished with a 32 inch TV.
The family room is opened up to the Kitchen with cathedral ceilings and a large sectional facing a 65 inch TV.
The Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and an eat in area that seats four. There is more seating at the dining room which has seating for six. The last room in our home is a game room which includes a seven foot long air hockey table and a 50 inch TV. This room leads out to the screen enclosed pool area. The pool area has an eight person sectional where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the pool and backyard or watch TV. Outside in the screen enclosure there is an outdoor patio table, a grill, two sun loungers and a swing for relaxing or reading. Ping pong table on lanai.

House is very well stocked with everything you would need. All TV's worked well and were easy to navigate. Outside pool/seating area was very nice to relax and watch the storms pass.by.and duck out of the sun.

This beautiful home was everything we expected and more. Great location and convenient to many attractions and shopping.We spent many hours relaxing and playing in the pool. Its located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways. We will be back next year.

Nice spacious home, comfortable beds, pool area private, seating area nice to have along with outdoor dining. The pool was clean and warm. The grandchildren and adults loved the pool! They did need some updating with the electrical and a new grill. Location was just 15 minutes from the ocean with many different beaches to relax at.

Great place to escape the Midwest winter. Roomy, quiet, private and the pool was terrific. Very comfortable property and quiet neighborhood. Property manager was prompt and responsive when contacted for a couple minor things.

Roland out did himself with this gem. The pool was warm and welcoming when we arrived from the arctic winds of Philadelphia. The home was spacious and allowed for a relaxing yet invigorating experience. The only thing that rivaled my amazing company on this snowbird retreat was the accommodations of the home. 🕊️

We are a small group of friends that came down for Biketoberfest. The house met every need we could have asked for. And had a garage with room to keep and protect our motorcycles. The home is located close enough to enjoy all the bike week activities yet far enough away to be able to have some calm and quiet to relax as needed. And the pool was perfect for lounging after a full day on the bikes and enjoying the area. Will book again for our next trip

The house was perfect for myself and three of my bridesmaids. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area each morning and there was so much space. Unfortunately we were too busy each day through the weekend to use a lot of the house (we were coming and going so much), but I would definitely recommend it to a small gathering or small family. Very clean and everyone complimented how much nicer it was than in the pictures.

Very spacious. House has basics & essentials needed to make your stay comfortable. Pool & beach items like water games, sand toys, beach umbrellas, ice (wheel) cooler, chairs, towels, and a even a wheel wagon were available for guests use. Although is a little bit dated, it feels nice and welcoming. AC works great. Spacious seating area by pool area. Only 10 mins from beach and most shopping areas. Had a great time.

This rental was amazing and had tons of supplies and amenities. We loved hanging out at the pool and the house is huge, much bigger than it appears in photos. With 3 teens this property was perfect. We all had our own space. Beds were super comfy. Owner was responsive and available. The price was also very reasonable for what you get. Just book it!

If youre looking for a place thats quiet but close to everything this is it. 8f youre looking for a luxury experience without paying luxury prices this is it. I cant think of anything negative to say about the house or the owner. Everything was perfect. I really didn't want to leave. The neighbors are great too, very friendly. Not a place for loud parties or being loud overall. Heated pool was amazing. Air hockey was fun, beach chairs, umbrellas,, and wagon are a nice plus. We will probably come back here again.

We had our 4 kids and this place was HUGE! The 3 toilets also came in handy, my kids were spoiled! We used to pool morning and night it was so warm! The deciding factor was the heated pool when booking but this has been the nicest, cleanest place we have stayed in Florida! The kitchen had more than everything we needed, more than enough towels, extra bedding, i could go on! It was only a 15min drive to our fav beach, Flagler. And about 30min to days worth of historical sightseeing in St Augustine! We will be back- we never wanted to leave!

This property is amazing and the perfect size for families. It has everything you need for a great stay. Roland responded very fast to any of my questions. I highly recommend this house. Beds are comfortable, pool is perfect and everything is close by and easy to get to. All the amenities that are in the house are plentiful and they have anything that you will need for your stay i.e. beach toys, beach chairs, bicycles, crib, pack n play, pool toys, etc. Definitely a place worth looking into for your family getaway.

Loved the size of the house. I stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law in the spring and decided to stay again because of the price and the great ratings. We brought my fiancés parents and sister along with my two kids. We had plenty of room for 7 people. The pool is definitely the best part!

The location was great and accessible to the highway and other attractions. Grocery and other convenience stores were nearby for any essential items. The house was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Our family of 6 had a ton of space to relax! The pool area was awesome, was well maintained, and was stocked with lots of extras for the pool and beach. Our kids were amazed with the nice large TVs in every room. It really was a nice quiet place to hang out. The house is also very close to some nice beaches that were very quiet and not crowded. Our family loved Varn Park. This was a fantastic vacation house and we would absolutely recommend it!

Pool was awesome and convenient. Neighborhood was quiet, but close to everything, ie. shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. The house isn't on the beach, nor does it claim to be, but the distance to great beaches with public access is minimal and easily located. Lastly, myself and my three adult sons are huge and we never felt cramped anywhere; not outside, inside or in the pool!

Excellent property and is everything the listing stated. The house is well stocked with small amounts of items, like seasoning to cook with, or toiletries in the event you forgot to bring your own.. The houses in the neighborhood are right on top of each other but the back yard has privacy fences and trees, which do a great job of giving you the illusion of privacy.

We absolutely loved staying here and look forward to renting it again. They had everything we needed plus extras. The pantry had extras, the bathrooms had extras, and EVERYTHING we needed for a beach day! The POOL was so warm and our favorite place to hangout! The led lights were a fun addition in the evening! You will LOVE ❤️ it!!! Definitely a fantastic place to spend time in sunny ☀️ Florida And they now have 4 additional boogie boards☺️ The owner was so helpful and very kind! Thank you again for a great week and for letting us enjoy your property!!!
