Place was right near everything in Vail, great balcony. Very minimal stuff but that was fine because we weren't home often. Parking $25 a day, uncovered. In and out permitted. Building was super easy to get in and out of during the day and night. Great communication from host. Expensive but typical for Vail and worth it.

Perfect Lionshead location. Not the fanciest, most updated, but for the price it was very fair. If your looking for luxury (Keurig, entertainment system USB's all over, spend more and then some more for Vail) Location, location, location. Would stay again.

Perfect location, a short walk to the lifts. Easy access from the gondola and express lift to Pride Express (26) lift with small crowds. Close to the market, shops and restaurants. A quick shuttle ride between Lionshead and Vail Village. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a shuttle.

Fantastic location. As advertized, 1 min walk from the Lionshead gondola. Right in the heart of Lionshead village. Perfect location for a Vail ski vacation.

Older property in Lionshead Village. Convenient to lifts and village amenities as well as Vail shuttle. Very clean. Efficiency kitchen is minimally equipped. No staples except coffee. Could use more lighting or brighter bulbs. Fireplace did not operate. TV remote did not work. VRBO should require disclosure of $50 per day parking fee.

Stayed in this room with 2 buddies and we really enjoyed it. Location was amazing. Pull out coach was super comfortable and the staff & owner were helpful. Only thing we werent aware of was the $50.00/day parking and that was a bit annoying you would think that the “private lodge parking lot” was included in the room price since it’s the only private parking for the building. Even with that it’s still an easy 5 star for me.

The kitchen chairs are shabby buy not sheek! the kitchen is not designed for cooking. I suppose most people eat out, but this was not a vacation for me so not a lot of extra money. Parking although available was not included and was expensive . Laundry although available was also to be paid for. The elevator to the 3rd floor was out of order for my last 10 days. Bath and bed very comfortable. Being in Lionshead was convenient but very noisy till 10PM on weekends.

I confess i was not favorably impressed when we arrived...the building is one of the oldest it seems in Vail and not particularly well maintained. inside the unit, was surface clean, but not thoroughly...dirt in the drawers, dished were oily and crusty....No Air Conditioner and it was 90+ degrees outside....and no screen for the slider so when it cools, you cannot leave the slider open.. Thankfully it did cool down and we, rewashed all the dishes....be awayre, the kitchen is tiny with only a half size refridg...and only freezer space to make ice. like i said, i am sure this is an great unit for ski season right in the village.. Check in is at 4pm with no flexablity.

Perfect location - Just what we needed

Great location in vail. Because of this, we didn't spend much time hanging in the room. We used it primarily to sleep, ski-in and ski-out. We parked at the property ($45/night) which was nice in case we needed to drive somewhere or get something out of the car. It has the essentials! Four adults, two on the king size bed and two on the pullout couch bed which was very comfortable. Will definitely rent again.

Better than billed!

Modest, clean, warm , comfortable (good mattress) and very functional. Easy check in and out. We paid for the Lift House parking which was very convenient (i.e. adjacent to the building). Located right in the middle of Lionshead and literally a 2 or 3 minute walk to the Gondola and Born Free chair. Antione (host) and Juan (service) were both very responsive. It was perfect for me and my wife. Will stay here again if it is just the 2 of us.

Great location. The property is a 2 minute walk to the eagle bahn gondola. It slept our group of 3 very comfortably. The pull out couch was also very comfortable. We will try to book this condo on our next Vail trip!

The place is located in a great location, the room is in good condition. However the host gives you a 3 page list of what not to do/allow in the apartment instead of instructions on how get the heater going for example. Also the toilet paper was brutal.

The location and price of this rental were wonderful. It is a bit run down & in need of updating but for the price in Vail you’re not going to find better for anything less. The parking lot is under construction (not the owners fault), so getting your things from the parking garage over is pretty inconvenient. Also, there are only stairs & no ramp to get in, so if you have a wheel chair or stroller be aware of that!! Overall, we loved the location right in the middle of Lionshead. That’s definitely the selling point of this unit.

If you’re looking for a property that is in a great location, this is it! It’s within walking distance to everything in Lionshead and not far from the bus stop to Vail Village. This condo was the perfect size and offered everything we needed for two adults. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare / heat up leftovers for breakfast and lunch. Antoine was quick to respond and provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It may be a tight stay for 4 adults but would work well for parents with young kids. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was in a great location & had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Everything is walking distance, so we parked our car at the free parking garage just a short walk over the frontage road.to save the $35/night parking charge.

Nice property for the price. Surprised by “linens” charge at check out. I have never seen that before. Stayed 3 nights and had towels for 2. Place could use some updating, but again, for the price is was great.
