Que tuviera el área de café

*El personal tiene cero tacto con la gente de todo hacían caras y se molestaban. *Hay muy muy poca variedad en el buffet. *No había agua en los baños de la alberca. *Las albercas algo sucias y salían lombrices si de alberca.

The restroom shower curtains have lots of mold and the rooms have a bad smell might be because they don’t clean then right also when you go out too eat at the buffet the waitress are reaching across from you too get empty plates also I seen a waiter putting on deodorant in front check in of buffet food was not too good

Nice hotel with great service, but pool water is too cold!

El Snack, las albercas y la mayoria del personal

Mala recepción por parte unicamente del personal femenino, te reciben con jeta. Y lo unico que hacen es cobrar (Lo hacen lentisimo) Y nunca te dan instrucciones de las albercas, habitaciones, servicios, etc.

Maten var förfärligt, musiken vid poolen alldeles för högt, dunkade halva natten då personalen glömde stänga av den. Vi byte hotellet efter 5 nätter.

Great views, drinks and activities rooms service is good and rooms are nice and cold

If your booking with booking app please book at least 6 hours before getting to the reservation we booked and hour before we got there 6pm to be exact and didn’t get our room until 11:30pm staff was not kind at all and wouldn’t do anything to help us! Very rude and they lie a lot.

We paid for a room with patio and in front of pool. several times when we opened our sliding door to sit at our patio other guest were using our patio. the staff was kind enough to ask the people who didn’t have rooms with a patio to move but there were occasions where we had to ask people to move which was uncomfortable for us and them . i assume because there wasn’t a lot of poop further available people would use the patio’s. in the evening while trying to sleep a few times people would be sitting at our patio being very loud felt like they were sitting right in our room with us

The property was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The WiFi at the beach pool didn’t work and sometimes didn’t work in our room either. it would also be great if you could book a reso at the restaurant at any point rather than 11 am on the same day.

It's not very far from the airport... The room was clean.

It's the worst all inclusive hotel we have been to. The hotel was fully booked so when we came there was no bed available. Not at the little put, not at the beach club (how they call it). So we had to just hang around and people put their personal items in order to reserve a sun bed. My partner left his flip flops in order to reserve it so we can at least enjoy our second day BUT he wasn't allowed to enter the restaurant without shoes (and let me tell you that you need yo wait 10-30 MINUTES ON THE LINE TO ENTER because there are many people and not enough tables) so he couldn't eat. The snack bar got open at 12 so only at this time we could have our first food (and we are talking about all inclusive). They have a tennis place so we wanted to play, but we were directed to the reception, from reception to a bell boy and he asked us what time we want to play. Seeing that the last possible time is 5 PM (and it's still very hot to play) we asked to book it for us. He called someone and this person said NO because he is going home. So we had to arrange it at 4, but it was again the problem of lines at the restaurant so we were not able to go and it was really a mess to change it! Also : apart from this terrible buffet restaurant the receptionist have us a paper for 1 dinner (during our 2 days stay) at their special restaurant. It was written that we need to make a reservation before 3 PM/ When we arrived at 2 PM to make a reservation for dinner we were informed that they don't have a place available. Overall, I have got an idea EVERYONE there is waiting for the tips in order to do their job and I am saying this because we had a discussion with a client there and he was well connected lol Therefore, through his waiter I WAS able to make a reservation after promising him that I will appreciate the job of the waiter (again, TIIIPS). We didn't go because we were afraid of surprises!!!

Overall enjoyable and relaxing. Spent most of our trip in our around the pool with drinks and snacks. Never had any safe

Got a big room with pool and ocean views. 2 pools with bars. Many food options on sight but quality was mediocre. Bar staff were very friendly!

Had issues with the maid services as we did not get clean towels multiple times. Also had issues with our key card which resulted in us having to go to the front desk 6-7 times from it not working. This issue was resolved eventually, but front desk staff were hostile about it. Bars by the pool close very early as well which was inconvenient. Buffet food was better some days than others, we found that a couple items (mashed potatoes, potato salad) were consistently not good.

the staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests.

the room wasn’t clean enough (cramps on the floor, hair in the bathroom, and stains on the countertops. There was no towels available in our room upon our arrival and we had to wait until 9am (day after) to get them. the coffee machine in the room was broken.

The building needs reno. It wasn’t clean. The food are not good especially the drinks, they are horrible. We did not have a chance to eat in the other restaurant coz you have to reserve at 11 am. We are out of the resort between 9- 10 am so no chance to reserve. Mostly eating out at lunch. . It’s not worth going for all inclusive.

Interesting hotel with some problems. In the past it was great, but now is on the decline.

Nice location with great view of the sea nearby. Food was mostly very good. Most of the staff were very friendly and kind. One of the large pools was fairly warm - not too cold.

The pool near the activity stage was very cool. In the past it was warm and heated! I entered the Coffee Shop at 9:90 and the big sign ourside said that it was open from 7 a.m. till 10:30 p.m. The Chief told me that the Coffee Shop closed at 10:00. I told him about the big sign outside, but he very nastily and rudely said that the sign was wrong and that the Coffee Shop wAS now CLOSED. I told him that it was now 9:90 and he said: What do you want? He translated for the server, saying that the server know NO English. I then drank my coffee and went to the front desk to complain about this event. She was a very nice lady and took my story and called for him to come to the desk to reply. Oh, well! I told her and him that I was a guest and that I was treated very badly, etc. The next day the cleaning lady knocked on the door for cleaning and I asked her if she could return in about 10 minutes. She left but did not return until very, very late that afternoon.
