A great find

Fantastic location. A room with character in a building with character right next door to the cathedral. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy to get a bus into or out of Palermo

The stairs might be a challenge for disabled or pushchairs. We are late 70's and managed fine.

Awesome Monreale room.

The location of this room is fantastic. You walk out the front door and straight to the left is the beautiful backing of the cathedral. You are practically in the cathedral! Cafes and bars just outside the apartment. Great great value. And the hosts I met are very nice.

It's quite petty and stupid of me but the only thing I would have liked was a TV service with some international English programming. There was like 400 channels but all in Italian.

Vista cattedrale di Monreale

Posizione non solo comodissima ma con terrazzino vista cattedrale, incredibile. Camera accogliente, curata nei dettagli. Helen che ci ha accolto gentile e dispensatrice di tanti utili consigli

Non adatto solo per chi ha difficoltà a fare le scale, che peraltro sono anche queste ristrutturate con molto gusto.

Perfetto per vedere la cattedrale

La locanda è dietro il duomo di Monreale. Il paesino è piccolo però pieno di ristoranti, bar e altri negozi.

Parcheggiare è un problema dovuto ai lavori in corso. C'è un parcheggio a pagamento abbastanza caro vicino e strisce blu.

Buena ubicación con habitaciones cómodas pero con escaleras sin ascensor.

Una localización excelente, casi se puede tocar el Duomo y cerca de todo lo interesante de Monreale

Las escaleras son estrechas y cuesta trabajo para subir el equipaje, si van a acudir personas con dificultad en la movilidad les costará trabajo subir a las habitaciones sin opción de ascensor.

Beautiful yet noisy at night.

This place has a fantastic location with some rooms (including ours) having a great view of the cathedral. The rooms are great, with nice beds. Vibrant vibe.

This isn't the place for light sleepers, especially on Friday and Saturday. On Friday the bar downstairs was very noisy until 1:30 am and the next night they added a band in the street below our balcony. Pretty good music and a lively street scene. Younger people might dig it.

Good location in Monreale

This hotel is very well located in the centre of Monreale. We were met by the owner who showed us our room and helped us park the car in the hotel car park which is 5 minutes away.

It was very noisy outside at night because there are two restaurants directly underneath the rooms. The windows are not sound proofed and so we didn't sleep very well because of the noise.

Perfect, I recommend!

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Perfect localization with a direct view over the cathedral. Very quiet at night. Helene was very nice, available, gave many useful advice and even helped carry the luggage in the stairs. The neighborhood is pleasant to wander around.

A small bemol could be the shower that is a bit old but it's still fine. For those who have a lot of luggage or who cannot use the stairs, please note that there is no elevator.

spacious & clean!

arrival, not so welcoming or helpful staff that was running a restaurant at the same time. Bit noisy on a Friday night, people drinking right on the doorsteps. The staff promised free parking but wanted 10€ anyway….

This is NOT a hotel!! Not even breakfast!!

Location was excellent only a stones throw from the Duomo.

We were shown our room then that person disappeared and locked up reception - we didn’t see her again until check out time. So there was no way to report the broken shower door, broken toilet seat and bidet that didn’t drain for over an hour. The commute to Palermo starts at 5.30 am right past the room. Breakfast was only available at one of the nearby cafes (coffee and croissant only) as the only seats were outside we were glad it wasn’t raining!

Great location, great atmosphere!

The location was very central, right next to the cathedral. The room was quite big and perfectly airconditioned, and the bathroom had a really gold shower. The decoration of the room was nice as well. It even had a little balcony and a refrigerator!

The bed was perhaps a bit too hard, and it was a bit unclear where we had to check in.

Very good location with parking

You can easily drive to the door, the google.maps knows the way. The location behind the cathedral. Our room was quiet, clean and the design was nice.

Just for your information: parking costs +10 euros but it is close and very convient and safe. Check-out was early: they sent sms after 10. So please don't make any plans in the city in the morning.
