It was overall comfortable.

I didn’t like the first room that they gave me. It did smell like smoke and I went and expressed that. The front staff, really took my concern seriously and gave me an amazing private room. I was amazed.

I didn’t like the location too much. The neighbourhood seemed a bit sketchy. There’s graffiti’s on the walls of the surrounding buildings. I got followed back to my hotel by some guy asking for s*x. Nothing is wrong with the hotel personally. Just the location.

A beautiful place by the water with great food!

Beautiful clean room, a lovely view, great facilities, lovely family owned business. The restaurant they operate downstairs has A+ quality food. This place is a must. Ill be back.

Great for this price level.

For this price range it was excellent. Better than others in the same area with the price. It’s not a luxury place obviously for this price but it was a good one.

If your affected by noise you may not like it.

avoid dangerous location. rude customer service.

many things. to start with the location is the LOCATION IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. any young couples, solo women, groups of girls, or elderly people please don’t stay here. streets are full of drug addicts, rubbish and waste everywhere, dark alleys. men stare at you and give inappropriate comments. NO TRANSPORT no busses or taxis. this neighbourhood is knock to be dangerous and unkind. so transports avoids to pass through. HOTEL STAFF ARE RUDE. only 1 English speaking staff and 3 no English speaking. this was extremely complicated and irritating to communicate and ask for support. they shout at you in Green because you don’t understand them. beds, walls, carpets specially are old. furniture is rotten and so cheap. the view from the window is scary and you should have your window and curtains closed in day time as locals stare into your room while doing crazy things. I REGRET STAYING HERE and if I can save someone from this fear or discomfort then that’s good. this ‘ hotel ‘ is more like a hostel and should only be 1 star. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The staff was super friendly and the room was good. Good airconditioning and a nice balcony.

Disappointing

I could borrow a hair dryer since the one in the room did not function. The cleaning lady did a good job, clean towels every day. There was always someone im the reception.

Neighbours on the opposite side of the street were often looking straigth into your room, had to have the curtains closed at all times. It did not feel that safe in the beginning of my stay. There was a smell of cigarettes. Chair/furniture were quite soiled and worn out. Noisy street/neighbours. A man walked straight into my room the first day. He did apologize, however keep in mind to lock the door. It could have been one of the guests, I am not sure.

Nice place for budget staying

Comfort, very helpfull mrs. recepcionist, location, hygiene.

Room can be warmer. Aircondition was weak.

Night Reception Was A Nice Caring Lady! But Hotel Had Nothing!

The night lady was kind and understanding.

Do Not Stay Here! There’s Absolutely NO Heater nor Aircon in the room! The hotel owner is so pathetic, they expect you to endure the cold at night and open the doors and window in the day! Trying desperately to save on electricity! Totally Bare! Might just as well sleep in a wardrobe or in the streets somewhere!

Would definitely book a room again.

The best thing at this hotel is definitely the staff - they were all so friendly and helpful (except of the man who is working there), it felt like family. The room was nice, I had a huge roof terrace, the bed was very comfy, everything was clean plus there is a night receptionist who always welcomes you. Lots of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants and a subway station are around.

The area is a little bit "tricky" with some homeless people sleeping at the street and dark corners but I never felt insecure.
