A place you must visit.

I love the location, friendly staff and everyone was so social, helpful and happy. The pool, bar and food were amazing. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

I didn't like that my stay was so short.

Worst accommodation in Suva

Friendly staff

No enforcement of drinking and smoking in the compound, also good luck with getting a goodnight sleep as you'll be woken up early in the morning with splashing from the swimming pool and noise from the pool. Wifi is an extra charge and for some reason our room plumbing wasn't working properly. Room service was a disaster only the bed was made and the rest remained as it is. Never coming back here again and recommending people don't book here

No towels in room for 2 days. Was given pool towels until towels became available. I asked lady at the front if towels were in the room after our first night and she said yes- they were not. Then tried to make it out like it was my fault that I didn't exchange towels when she said housekeeping would swap them when they serviced the room. We stayed for 4 days and room wasn't serviced once. We booked 2 deluxe apartment rooms and they downgraded 1 of the rooms to make room for a larger party that was staying there the same time. Reception tried saying it was due to the rates we paid being cheaper than the current room rates. Obviously rates were cheaper when booked as we booked 7 months in advance.

We stayed in the ground level rooms and were really nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff kept entwring the room for no reason and had to keep door double locked

Service provided by staff not good at all,my partner had to stay back just so room could be secure as staff were wntering room for no reason had no way to excess my funds via atm,poolside stunk

The rooms were spacious and bathroom very clean. Beds comfortable. Food cost was reasonable

When we arrived and had to wait 4 hrs for room towels.. You will need a car to get to suva as it's located on a hill.

Convenient location but I wouldn’t stay again as just wasn’t worth the money we paid

Nice and close to town and Albert park. the Staff were friendly

when we arrived I had to go around the rooms and wipe the mirrors and tables and walls as they were so dirty . the cleanliness is definitely not a priority in this motel! the staff were nice but we were waiting for towels for 3 days etc there was no wifi available the whole time we were there . I wouldn’t recommend for families etc as the pool was very dirty too

The air-conditioning and the beds were comfortable

The furniture was much older than appears in the photos. The staff at the reception were not very helpful. There were towels hanging all over the building and even on our balcony when we arrived.

Room 305 could do with renovation considering with the price paid. Should have a lift to give access to upper floors and also make it more accessible to all people- aged & disability.

Loved our stay and will definitely come again.

The hotel location is very convenient and quick walk into the city. The staff were friendly and accomodating to requests made. We will definitely stay in the 2 bedroom apartment which seems to be recently renovated too.
