Well worth a visit!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I loved the colonial style and the ambiance. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect. The breakfast waiter gave an excellent service, very different from our waiter the evening before. The breakfast waiter was very attentive and is a credit to the hotel. We really had a fabulous stay here and we will return.

The only fault was the service in the restaurant. We decided to dine there for our evening meal but the waiter was disorganized and unfortunately we had to ask for our drinks several times. The quality of the entree was also slightly disappointing. Apart from this everything else was wonderful.

A wonderful place!

Great location and very beautiful. We loved the garden! The staff was very helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The beds were comfortable and it was a perfect cool temperature in the rooms. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend!

A charming colonial hotel with very friendly helpful staff and excellent location.

Breakfast was really good. Staff Tania at the front desk and Ramon from the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Tania provided map and assisted with finding places we like to visit. Othe front desk staff was very helpful as well. Location is perfect for us, very centrally located and can walk to most places we wanted to visit.

In honor to Ramon and his service!!!

The waitress who attended us was super nice. He would accommodate anything to complete our request. Yes, we are a bit picky but gratefully😂. The waiter is Ramon, a gentlemen in about age of 45-55. He definitely makes a difference in this hotel. My names is James and I stayed there with my girlfriend Marisella from Jan 26th -Jan 28. We don't really write reviews most of the time, but this is a very much deserved one. Thanks again, Ramon!!!

the staff. everyone was so wonderful, specially Ramon. Ramon was so attentive, he took care of all our needs in the restaurant.

my complaint is the rooms. my toilet didn’t flush properly, my daughter’s room ceiling and air conditioner leaked.

Beautiful architecture and interior. Very close to the main plaza and the malecon. Great breakfast!

It is busy area and on a weekend morning thr street is dirty. Not the hotel's fault though.

For the eight days that I was there it was exceptional everybody was so helpful and there was free breakfast I could hon

Beautiful colonial hotel, with amazing interior design and stunning view. Breakfast was delicious and staff is polite and helps you with everything

I am used to loud noises and I don't have any problems with sleeping but these night was extreme.... There is absolutely no possibility that you will sleep in a room with the balcony on the side of main street. There is NO sound protection and there is night club just beneath which works until 4 am and thats when we could finally sleep ... there is NO CHANCE that anyone could fall sleep there. The hotel is very beautiful and I would recommend staying there, because of its location, design and friendly staff, but not in a room with balcony...

I felt safe because your ID was to be presented in the hotel and they would not let anyone in unless you were checked in. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The ambiance was perfect and complementary breakfast as well. Everyone was so friendly. Loved it!

Great staff and always attentive to your requests, beautiful garden. Location is very convenient.

There is a little swimming pool though it doesn't seem like you can really swim in it :) also, the hotel is located on the main entertainment street and it is noisy during the weekend.
