Nothing. Terrible place.
Horrendous experience which was so unprofessional and felt like a scam. Booked a pool view triple room. Was staying in a tiny double room in the corner. WiFi terrible in the room. Smell in the toilet. Tiny pool which is irrelevant to the whole hotel. Check in was a bizarre experience and so unsettling. Nobody knew what was going on. The bed sheets were hanging out over the walls around the hotel. I’ve never stayed somewhere more awful.
Such a waste of money. It genuinely should have been $20 for 1 night. I didn’t even bother with the “breakfast”. It was a table in what looked like a staff kitchen. This isn’t a hotel or a hostel. It’s horrible. Very loud until approximately 11.30pm.

Room was clean
Initially tried to give me a lower quality room than I had booked.
Then, around 4pm, a very drunk bunch of Nicaraguans turned up, shouting and generally being obnoxious. I advised the receptionist I would prefer to leave and she advised me the tour guide would be told that if they created any more noise after going out at 5pm for more drinks, they would be asked to leave.
Sure enough, they turned up at 2am making a loud noise and no action was taken. One of them thoughtfully left a pile of vomit outside their room!
Breakfast was average. Only place I have come across that had no fresh milk.

the staff!

They cooked my breakfast to me liking but I had to ask for an additional egg on the second day. The bed was super comfortable. The room had air (although I couldn’t get it to work great).
There were a lot of bugs in my room and on my bed. The toilet seat was broken. The room ‘‘twas on the outskirts of town. They didn’t have alternative milk and the orange juice was tang. So food was basic but not great. The air conditioner. The hot water was too hot!.

The staff were wonderful and made the best out of some unfortunate situations. We checked in and initially we were placed in a room that did not have good wifi signal so the staff tried moving the modem for better signal. When that didn't work, we changed rooms and that helped.
The other issue was that there was no water for the first few hours - not the hotel's fault, it was a problem for several city blocks. The staff did what they could to make sure we could flush toilets and have access to other water for washing face, etc.
The location is good for getting around the city and seeing the major sites.
The first room didn't have a wifi signal but it was fixed when we switched room.

Great building, tasty breakfast and lovely staff
I had the room at the end and the wifi was a bit weak. could use a booster

Staff was friendly. It was close enough to attractions but in a quiet location.
The room was a bit small and felt very closed in (windows had wooden doors on them so they were either full closed or open and they open to where people are walking by)

Very clean, spacious rooms
Decent breakfast (have the desayuno tipico every day, it’s the best)
Nice staff who patiently tolerated my halting Spanish
