Well located traditional hotel.

This hotel is a little outdated but it is well preserved and has an excellent location if you are arriving by car. It has its own parking lot and it is within walking distance from the main pedestrian street in the center.

They could do something about the interior of the building which is starting to look a little outdated.

Praktische keuze

Super goede ligging van het hotel. Historische centrum op 5 mins lopen. Gratis parkeren. Makkelijk aan te rijden. Heel vriendelijke medewerkers. Kamers schoon. Prima a la carte ontbijt. Je kiest dit hotel omdat het praktisch is.

Hotel is gedateerd en voelt niet als 4-sterren qua luxe, comfort en stijl. Kamer sober ingericht. Kleine bedden. Douchen in bad met gordijn in sobere badkamer. Slecht verlicht. Geen kluisje.

La ubicación.

Mi habitación (256) tenía un ruido permanente de máquinas que no nos permitió dormir. El restaurante podría mejorar su sazón, porque no es precisamente económico.

Tutto! Locazione centralissima, camera spaziosa ed accogliente, pulizia maniacale, cocktail di benvenuto, parcheggio privato, personale gentile

Direi nulla. Un suggerimento: Hall e ristorante con temperatura polare! Perché non alzate la temperatura dell’aria condizionata di qualche grado? Avremmo voluto provare la loro cucina ma non avevamo portato con noi il piumino :)

De locatie

Zwembad en buitenruimte onder de maat. Vieze kussens en een paar ligbedden. Restaurant niet sfeervol . Geen dekbed maar een deken ingevouwen in 2 lakens

Small pool , need new shower curtain , water on the floor after showering.

Very good

A fairly big hotel within a 10 min walk from the old centre. The rooms are good, though the bathroom deco rather out of date. Appreciated the parking facilities.

Didn't try breakfast/ hotel restaurant, as the restaurant did not look so inviting...

The hotel rooms are clean, the staff is good but the beds are horrible is like you are sleeping on a brick. The hotels need an upgrade. And the pool is very small

I loved being greeted each time I entered the hotel. They were so friendly.

Nice place for a short stay.

Parking onsite was good. Pool is very small but pleasant. Foyer of hotel is nice. Room was ok, an enjoyable stay for one night.

lovely hotel, but the food in the restaurant was terrible

Easy access from the highway and secure parking. the front desk staff were very welcoming…thank you William 🥰. The room was adequate. There is a small pool, but we chose not to use it as at least 15 people wer already in it.

This is difficult to explain as we saw that the restaurant look beautiful… so we opted to have dinner there. Arriving for our meal , we found the setting to be well appointed and inviting…service was prompt..and our pre dinner drinks were great. then we ordered a total of 4 selections from the menu…and each came so salty that we could not eat much of any. The food was so bad that we opted not to have breakfast there.

The room was very nice, large and clean. Staff were friendly and Carlos helped arrange a fantastic city tour for me.

Very nice

Very nice hotel with a colonial atmosphere and well situated near the beautiful historical centre of Campeche. Very friendly staff. Free private parking that be a bit crowed with cars.

Very good

all staff were friendly and courteous and went the extra mile when needed.. Food in the restaurant was rather good.

Some equipment (e.g. towels, shower head) could use replacement and/or modernization.

ideally located hotel for discovering Campeche Old Town

ideal location just a stone throw away from the historic centre - lobby was impressive - big room with comfortable beds - they had a nice pool to cool down - staff was very attentive and helpful - the own parking lot was a plus

a fridge in the room would have been a big plus, other than that nothing to complain about

check in is standard at 15:00 for most hotels in Mexico. We where there at 14:00 and no rooms where available

Great hotel within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

Great location, great service. Comfortable beds and a quiet room. Slept really well and felt fully rested in the morning.

Coffee to go in styrofoam cups instead of cardboard.

The property's location was pretty good, nearby to downtown, restaurants and main attractions. Also, all the staff is super nice, specially in reception . Thank you!

Maybe to updater the TV to a smart one.
