The owner greeted us and was very warm and welcoming. The room was pre-air-conditioned, so it was very comfortable. The accommodations looked recently renovated and everything was nice and clean.

Very welcoming hostess, comfortable large room,
Tasty breakfast but limited choices, not like a full Israeli breakfast in a larger hotel but still very nice with fresh cheeses and breads and a few salads, homemade jams, and eggs cooked to order.
It was a quiet time of year at the end of February during the week, and 1 other couple was staying there. They have a nice outdoor patio where one can have breakfast as well as the inside dining area. I believe it is much busier at weekends.
It's not a dislike but I would point out that one needs a car as the hotel is on the hillside in the village and is not a destination in itself but a good base for exploring the area.

Set at the backdrop of lovely green Gilboa Forest, place is a home away from home. everything you need is there.

The location was excellent for our purposes (we came to view the hot-air balloons' festival). We liked the fact that it is a small, quaint, privately owned hotel. The the owner-manager was outgoing and very accessible. the hotel served a fine breakfast (extra cost). It is a great location for anyone interested in visiting the Eastern part of the Jezreel Valley.
We would have liked a comfortable chair for reading and relaxing in the room and a larger desk for the times we wanted to use our laptops

In Israël we found it difficult to get in touch with local people but with this host it was easy to communicate with and we had a nice talk. Really appreciated and the room was nice

Great location. Quiet street at the foot of the mountain. Stunning view from the window of the room. The yard is very nice, with hammocks and sofas, and gorgeous view. The place is new and very clean.
There is 4 sleeping places in the room: a double bed and a folding sofa. The bed is comfortable, but the sofa is awful: very hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor...So if you are booking, remember that only 2 in a room may sleep comfortably.
Also we had some issues with a breakfast: the host removed the dishes at 9:30 without asking if we took everything we need, and when we asked to leave some dishes for us, the host behaved very unwelcoming. The breakfast was for additional fee, and the fee calculation was very strange: by room, and not by person. For the room of 4 we paid 200 shekels (50 per person), for the room of 3 also 200 (67 per person) and for the room with only one guest the host requested 100 shekels (100 shekels for a very simple, basic breakfast...) We didn't like this math...

We enjoyed the clean and bright bedrooms. The breakfast was great.
The kitchen was convenient but not very clean.

Hospitality was superb, the entire property was simple but stylish and we liked it a lot, location was great overlooking a green mountain. And the host was nice and helpful and really made us feel like home... We're definitely coming back...
The beds were not comfortable, and we had a lot of noise coming from a big family who stayed next door.
