It's a fabulous hotel, beautiful, comfortable, excellent facilities, the staff is as polite and accommodating as a staff can possibly be
If you are looking for a hotel with a big fitness room this isn't it. For me it wasn't that big a deal.

Amazing view from our room balcony, delicious food and excellent service.

Beautiful spread for breakfast, The Grill restaurant also quite nice
Breakfast service very chaotic and not well staffed. A/C in the room would constantly turn off . not enough outdoor seating in pool area.

We had a great time staying at the hotel.
The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great and so the spa experience.
Our room was beautifully decorated and we got couple of treats during our stay.
The elevator had tons of issues while we stayed (and one time it seemed like we were about to get stuck between floors) the staff had tried to fix it, but each day brought a different problem.
Also, at some.point during our stay, we got the feeling that the staff on that shift didn't want the guests to hang out on one of the deck terraces (the staff member closed all the sun shads and it stays close during the next day).
Too bad, because it was a relaxing quiet place with a view to the Kinneret and the fields.

Food in breakfast and dinner is fresh and tasty, service of the staff is no less then exceptional, Nature of the surroundings is simply one of it's kind.
Gym is small, Spa is costly, no proper signs for some sites like the Organic farm(we searched almost 30 min for it)

Wonderful place and very relaxing. Food was great.
The pool and public bathrooms were not that clean. In a 5 start hotel, one expects the place always to be perfect.

The price was a bit too high in my opinion for begging of the week end of February

Wonderful place and has a great staff. The atmosphere is super. We stayed for one night so we didn't utilize the gym and/or other facilities. We wanted to take a deep into the jacuzzi tho, but it was full of guests in it, so we gave up.
Price. We paid 2,000 Israeli Shekels per night. It's a very expensive hotel, and thus the cost-effective ratio is very low. Also, there's a credibility issue, in our personal opinion. The final Booking price is far from being final, as you have to pay the VAT when checking in. So this is the only disadvantage. It's a very pricey place. For 2,000 shekels per night (including VAT) you can find a much better option.

All and all, great hotel.
The staff is partially great but part of it is clearly not properly trained for such a venue and it doesn't feel like someone is on top of it.
5.0
The view and the architecture
The food was average, I expected for much better food.
The water flow was really weak, we are a couple and the bed was from 2 separate bad combained and it was uncomfortable
