The breakfast was one of the best we had on the trip. Very tasty eggs and toast and a big plate full of fruit
Around the hotel are many dogs barking at night which makes sleeping very hard even with earplugs
8.0
The room was very simple and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Be prepared for narrow stairs, no elevator. The integrated/adjacent breakfast restaurant has limited options and slow service. But the hotel is close to the downtown area with many dining options.

The staff were very friendly and gave us advice about where to eat
8.0
Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant on site was cheerful and inexpensive, and the quality of our breakfast was great!
It took a bit of time for the shower water to get hot ... but it did, eventually.
8.0
it was central and the beds were comfortable
it was quite noisy at night and the toilet didn’t flash properly

Everything you need for a low price. The staff was really friendly and overall tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
The hotel provides soap, shampoo, and towels, and the rooms are very spacious. AC works fine. Also, very close to the town center and taxis pass by. In the night, you can hear the dogs bark but it stops around 2 am. In the end, you get what you pay for it. If you are looking for a stay on budget, this is your hotel
The beds and especially the pillows were quite uncomfortable, so were the bedsheets. Also, the showerhead could be renewed.
The neighborhood is not sketchy, but poor (not the fault of the hotel). We still felt safe. Parking included.
Maybe repaint the hotel, not in pink.

Good A/C and wi-fi, nice check-in.
The pillows were terrible. The room was pretty bright all night from the security lights just outside the window.

I enjoyed my room, comfortable bed, nice hot water in the shower, & cable television. Breakfast was excellent, the chef was very accommodating.

We didn't have or know about the breakfast.
We loved the location and the staff.
The water flow was very weak and we had a lot of ants in the room, but no big deal.
6.7
They were honest about having trouble with their staff and why they couldn’t make breakfast happen. Staff was nice enough to not charge us for it even though we had booked it in advance. The room was very spacious and there is parking on the property.
There were visible damp spots on the shower ceiling and some stains on the bedsheets that probably don’t wash out anymore.
The hotel is in a small town but don’t expect to find anything special to eat. If you got the choice drive further until you’re in Tulum or Bacalar but if not this is an alright place to spend the night.
7.5
Spacious, clean and comfortable
Only recommend if you need to take a break from the road since the town is not pretty and there is nothing to do there..
