Brilliant, we recommend this B & B!

The welcome and introduction was excellent. Mark and Louise went "the second mile". Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very enthusiastic about their work and genuinely wanted their guests to "feel home from home".

The perfect start to our holiday!

We loved everything! Mark and Louise were very generous with their time and efforts. The property itself is beautiful, clean and in an excellent location. We can't wait to come back!

Exceptional

The location just across from the beach was great. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was a very good selection available for breakfast. Mark and Louise were excellent hosts. The added touch of freshly baked cookies/ brownies was a delicious surprise. I've already booked my next visit!! 😁

The owners we're amazing very helpful couldn't do enough for you the room was excellent very comfortable views were amazing breakfast was lovely

Overall very pleasant and enjoyable. Daily cookies treat was a nice touch.

Breakfast was great, delivered on time, piping hot just as I like it. The room was rear facing and quiet which was good.

Room was a bit obscured by the scaffolding at the rear.

TV didn't work and the shower stopped working, but hosts were very apologetic and offered alternatives.

great hosts. lovely Clean rooms. excellent breakfast. in a great location. Quiet but next to The sea easy free Parking

maybe an extractor fan in ensuite would be useful or a bigger towel rail as towels didnt fully dry between used. a minor problem

The breathtaking view, the exceptional breakfast. The bed was amazing, and we slept so well.

Maybe there needs to be another toilet roll in room just in case. You don't like to have to ask for extra. Also, on our last day, we didn't get fresh cups like we did the previous day. I like a fresh cup for an early cup of tea in the morning, but that's all.

Faultless

Mark was very professional, friendly, warm & kind with a good sense of humour. Never got to meet Louise as she was busy cooking excellent breakfasts & lemon drizzle cake. The room was spacious, extremely spotless & the bed comfy.

I didn't like ........ having to go home .

Perfect

The hosts were exceptional and went beyond our expectations and we look forward to many future visits. If you want to get closer to the sea you would need a boat. Many places fail to meet our expectations but this is certainly not the case here.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Exceptional service and spotlessly clean premises, opposite the beach with free on street parking. Spacious single room. I am gluten free. The cooked breakfast is pre-order the night before. Unsuitable Items were effortlessly substituted and each morning I was offered a brown/white toast option, a VERY RARE treat! I was even given Gf snacks, without having to ask!! Very highly recommended.

The stairs to my room, but I knew about them before I visited!

A really enjoyable short break all round. We will definitely be back.

Perfect hosts, Mark and Louise are lovely, friendly people and couldn't do enough for us. The room was also good, great size and with amazing sea views. We even saw dolphins on the last morning of our stay. Very clean and great breakfast.

Overall we couldn’t have had a better stay !!!🌞🌞🌞

We enjoyed everything about this holiday the breakfast was very very nice!! The room was very comfortable as was the bed! and was spotlessly clean!! and lastly the sea view from our window was amazing 🤩 couldn’t fault anything about our accommodation at all !!!🤩🤩🤩😍😍

Amazing stay at awel mor, the owners are some of the nicest people you'll meet nothing was to much for them, the breakfast is bang on and the rooms are clean big and comfortable, I would advise to get sea view room as the veiw really is amazing and the sound of the sea send you asleep at night. I got engaged to my other half whilst in Criccieth and when we got back to the room the owner got us a bottle some chocs and a lovely card waiting at the door, it really is the little things. 10/10 the only reason not to stay here is if it's fully booked.

It was a very enjoyable, stress-free stay in Mark and Louise's house.

Breakfast was beautifully cooked and delicious. The choice of cooked foods was almost perfect - black pudding would have made it perfect. The room was a little on the small size, although it had everything to make a stay comfortable - good storage, drinks tray, chest of drawers. Actually, the drinks tray would be more convenient on the chest of drawers, possibly. The view was not inspiring, but we knew it was the back of the building. The hosts were charming! Mark was most attentive and helpful, and ready to assist with any query or issue. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Perfect Gem of accomadation.

Perfect location! As near to the sea as we could get, the view from our room was superb and the sound of the waves gave me the best 2 nights sleep i have had for a long time! Room immaculate, breakfast perfect! Hosts so so lovely!

Exceptional!!! Fabulous value for money.

We loved our stay at Awel Mor. Very large room with sea view and gorgeous modern en suite. Breakfast was delicious. Louise gave us home made biscuits each day!! We couldnt have asked for better hosts. Exceptional in every way.

Everything was perfect.
