Nice place, very much as advertised. The Charlestown location was an excellent home base for exploring Boston sights, and we found fun restaurants, bars and grocery and liquor stores in walking distance. Host responded quickly to questions.

What a cute property. Instructions were easy to find the place and the pictures were accurate. It was perfect for what we needed and we loved the neighborhood, it was our first time staying! Communication with the host was timely as well.

Townhome is nicely kept, spacious, with fantastic kitchen and back patio. Close to all the markets and restaurants you need. Parking easy to manage on adjacent streets, or nearby low cost all-day lot. Would stay again!

Great visit to Boston with the family. The Morrison Manor townhouse is part of a duplex off the beaten path in Charlestown and is within an easy walking distance to Whole Foods, cafes and Bunker Hill. The space was perfect for me and the Mrs. plus our two daughters.
On mornings, I would jog through the area and usually follow the Freedom Trail strip to historic areas around Charlestown including Bunker Hill and the Navy Yards. Then I would return to the rental for coffee out on the awesome patio.
During the day, we would take an Uber to Boston Harbor for tours and sights. We did not have a car so there was no worry about parking at the Manor.
Nighttime was the best. We would relax with the fire pit in back patio or hang out in living room playing games. The kitchen is big enough for cooking but we mostly had snacks and prepared breakfasts while at the house.
Our only complaint is the cleaning crew was still in the house at 4:45PM when we arrived long after the 3:00 check in. In addition, the security camera in the back pointing into the patio is a little odd since we were out there a lot and felt like being watched.
Overall an exceptional time in Boston!

Beautiful property and well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Informative book of the area provided by owner. Easy access to 93 Bus for heading into and back from town. Orange line in Sullivan station is about 0.4 miles. Closest restaurant is about 0.4 miles (The Waverly) Felt like a safe area.

My husband, sister and brother in law stayed for 4 nights. The property had everything we needed and they were extremely quick to respond to the few questions we had. It was a quick Uber ride (or walk) to anywhere we needed to go.

It was a nice place with exception of hearing neighbors who share a wall. Upstairs bath had a leak in sink but overall nice. The outdoor FirePit was nice as well.

Well appointed and very clean home. Great for 2-4 people. Small but cozy. Parking is on street which wasn’t difficult on the weekend. Townhouse layout so 2 flights of stairs to consider if you have someone older or mobility issues. Bunker Hill neighborhood very nice with some good local restaurants ie Brewer’s Fork and Monument.

Lovely townhome that was perfect for access to downtown while visiting Boston with my husband and children ages 9 and 12yo. Neighborhood was quiet and host was very responsive and graciously had a bottle of wine waiting for us. Bedrooms are very private from one another since one is on the 3rd floor and the other on the first. Stairs are a bit steep so may be challenging for some. Kitchen was lovely and well stocked. Air conditioning was awesome. Indoors there is only seating for 2 at the kitchen barstools (no other indoor dining area), but the patio table seated 4. About a 15 min walk to the Sullivan Square subway station. Since street parking is not permitted by renters during the week we used the MBTA parking area at the Wellington Station which was only 1 stop away on the orange line and prices were very reasonable for overnight parking. Weekend parking near the house was not an issue. Definitely review the arrival instructions emailed by the host (which were very clear) as the house can be otherwise be difficult to find initially due to a staircase interrupting the St. Martin Street cross street. If arriving by car, approach from Medford Street rather than Bunker Hill Street. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for 4 nights in Boston. Great place and location. Walked to many places and parking at night was not in front of house but very easy to find. Just need to move car during the day. People visiting from overseas really enjoyed the stay with us.

Very clean and renovated nicely. Hard to locate at first. Parking was only available down block on street then has to move car constantly.
