Excellent location, excellent views. More comfortable than a hotel room with a cheaper price, and you have a large area to unwind and take in Vegas. Communications are quickly responded to, place was exactly as described and will be back.

I rented 2 units side by side at the end of the hall and we were able to close off the 2 entrances and make it like a foyer. I worked beautifully. Such a great place but you can tell it's rented alot. Could use alittle sprucing up but was spacious and the views were killer. Quiet! well appointed. I would book again with this owner. Don was very responsive and low key to work with.

This place was awesome! Amazing views of the mountains and the strip. The wraparound balcony is perfect!! Please note, this place is not that close to the strip, which worked for us. However, if you're looking for places walking distance to popular stuff on the strip, this isn't for you. Walgreens and multiple eateries (fast food) are within walking distance. We loved the quiet and the security (manned station all night). The rooms were clean, had plenty of linen and toiletries, and was spacious. Don even checked in with us to make sure all was good; we thought that was very kind. Simply an amazing place and we look forward to staying here for future Vegas visits!

This was the perfect spot for us. We normally stay in a two-bedroom suite on the strip, however all were booked this trip. I am so glad I found this spot on vrbo. It has an amazing view and the place was great without all of the strip traffic. Its connected to the Palms so it is quieter with all of the amenities also on site. Don was very communicative.

My family and I stayed for five days in March 2023. The suite is exactly as described and was a very nice play to stay as a off-the-strip getaway. Don was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The Palms casino, restaurants and staff were all great. Frankly, if I wasn't looking to explore the strip... I really wouldn't have a need to leave the Palms complex and Don's suite!

Renting property was quick, and easy and was property was beautiful. Being a little off the strip was also very nice as wasn’t the constant crush of people, but was also close enough if wanted to go to a show, etc. Palms casino and food was also great. Highly recommend if going to Vegas!!

Overall the place was great, we were confused at first thinking it was a 2 bedroom condo but it was really two separate adjoining rooms. That was fine as we are all adults, may not ideal for small children. The check-in process was a little slow.

A spectacular view, perfect accommodations for our needs. We needed a relaxing environment for our stay, with a kitchen. The kitchen has the basics, and the owner ordered a rice cooker per my request. 🙌 I’m a competitive athlete that with nutrition demands during travel. This made it easy! The staff was friendly and helpful! The pool accessible to the guests with penthouses was wonderful. Just the right size!!

We were overall very impressed with this condo and the owner was very easy to work with. He made sure everything was addressed promptly. View was spectacular! I guess I was under the impression this was closer to the top floor but its more in the middle which is fine. My biggest complaint was the washer and dryer which was very tiny and doesnt work very well (dryer makes terrible noises) The kitchen could also use a few more utensils for cooking bc we basically had to order out the whole time. Would've been nice to also have access to the wrap around balcony which was locked (I'm assuming for liability reasons) All very minor...overall a great stay! Would highly recommend!

What an amazing place!! Really enjoyed the weekend close to everything and what canI say!! The tub was relaxing. The only thing if I had too say negative was that the balconies were locked and there where no USB port to charge all of the electronics... Staff was friendly, THe views wow!! Everything about Paradise was luxurious! Bathing in that tub overlooking the city lights was fabulous! We rented the 2 room suite which was a little different than expected. Total privacy between the 2 rooms - only connected by a vestibule area. But both suites were wonderful.

Took my wife to Vegas to celebrate her birthday and booked this property for the week. The Palms casino was recently bought out so it is currently closed which forces you to have to drive to get to any casino or dining. The view from the room is AMAZING and the tub in the master bedroom was a big plus. FYI all the balcony's in the hotel are now locked because some idiots decided to throw things off them into the pool...

We came to Vegas to celebrate a birthday and we rented the combined units for two couples. We had other couples staying in the Palms as well, but we all hung out in our unit. Everything was top notch and I would stay there again.

First and foremost Don is an Amazing host. He made sure everything was to our liking and made sure check in was as easy as possible. The place in a 3 min car ride from the strip. From the 38th floor you can see the entire strip. The place was clean and fully stocked. We loved our experience and our trip to Vegas. Don and his place is the best. Differently the place to stay. Not one issue at all.

This condo was best place we have ever stayed in Vegas. The view was unbelievable. The property owner was great to work with. The pools beautiful. The only thing that would have been better is if shuttle to strip was running or resturants open. We took bus to strip which worked out great. There are resturants in strip mall next door that were good (noodle place). All staff very friendly, beds comfortable, nothing negative to report. Would stay here again

My family and I had a great time at this condo! The 2 separate rooms were great. The view of the city was amazing being on the 38th floor! The pool area was nice and relaxing. We highly suggest this rental!

I been to Vegas a couple of times but never stayed at the palms place, this was my first time staying off the strip and when I tell you I had a amazing stay there, it was just perfect not one complaint! It was clean, spacious, and the view was breathtaking!!!! But the beat part of staying there was don the host omg he was wonderful! Easy too talk to, understanding and willing to help in any way if there was a issue but there never was! I will definitely recommend staying here the description of the property is exactly that they didn’t cut no corners! If you deal with the host you will be in good hands!!! He is everything!!! Xoxo
