Get the keys anyway

The bed's were really comfortable. The location could not be better. Really close to the main bus station and the harbor for Soumenlina ferry's.

The online check-in did not work for us, so we weren't able to unlock the door. When we called the number, they then sent us a pre written-message, that sometimes the locks don't work and that it's wise to pick up the key. I son't know why they didn't send this before. When we came to pick up the key, the provided code also did not work. You have to pay 15€ for an hour of earlier check-in. The keys for the trash bins weren't working. The TV, Wi-Fi and a few lights weren't working. The shower was inconvenient (when showering the whole bathroom floor was flooded).

Not a pleasant time

The location of the appartement.

This place was not a good moment for my family. THERE IS A 200€ DEPOSIT BEFORE THE STAY. The lock key didn't work, we tried to call several time and no response by anyone. We could only text by Booking. In the end, no one came and we had to do a 15min walk to get them by ourselves and got no refund or anything for that. The parking is also a 10min walk. We lack a bed sheet and there were not even instant coffee or tea in the appartement.

Adequate, basic stay in a good location.

It was in a great location, close to the waterfront, the Old Market and the Esplanade.

It’s impossible to shower without flooding the whole bathroom. The beds were not made when we arrived and it appeared like the apartment had not been cleaned when we checked in. The prior guest’s toiletries were still in the bathroom. It was also quite annoying to have to pick up the keys at another location, especially when traveling with babies.

Very pleasant.

Location was excellent; apartment had 2 bedrooms and spacious living/dining room.

The apartment did not have a clothes washing machine - most unusual in my experience staying at apartments in Europe and was an inconvenience.

recomend and might use again

superb location, comfortable furniture, clean flat

no lights in entrance area of flat, sockets in bedroom are dangerous (hanging out of wall), shower area can use a bigger divider - everythign will be wet when u take shower

It was disappointed.

Needless to visit their office for check out.

- Cutleries or tablewares were not washed, so we had to give up taking dinner in the room on the first night. - Bathroom was not clean with red mold. - In the dining room dust was found. - Even though we booked as 4 people but only 3 linens were prepared, nowhere 4th one. - Some lights in the toilet did not work.
