My family had a wonderful stay at this house.. The location of this property is just what we were looking for, close to lots of fun outdoor activities but in a quiet setting with fabulous views. We enjoyed spending time on the deck looking out at the mountains during the day and up at the stats at night. My teens enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the game room. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time and would love to come back to the property again.

Cozy house nestle in a woodsy area in Jackson,New Hampshire. We were very comfortable and felt at home. At night, we made a fire to add to the warmth of the place. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. Directions were clear and the owner was available at a moment’s notice. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets. Could use some extra towels and facecloths. The view of Mt Washington was outstanding with large picture windows and a wraparound porch. My guests absolutely loved the place. We would definitely return when the weather is warmer and we could hike up or drive up Mt Washington. It was a perfect weekend!

We had family visiting us from Arizona, it was the best summer vacation trip we’ve had in a long time. The only down side was the amount of ticks on the property. But that is part of nature & spring time. Thank you so much for opening your doors to our family, this trip won’t be forgotten any time soon.

We've stayed at this property a few times, and it never disappoints! The view of the mountains from the huge windows in the living room/dining room is spectacular, and the location is very private, although you're only minutes from downtown Jackson and Black Mtn. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, but they also leave plenty of space for your own belongings, and the fridge is always emptied out for new occupants. The bedrooms are very comfortable and tidy. The owners are responsive and helpful with any questions. I wish I could keep this getaway a secret, but I feel obligated to leave a review :)

Had a fantastic 3 day stay. Easy communication. House had everything you needed and what a wonderful view of mountains! We enjoyed pool table and ping pong. My pup had fun too. Took a nice walk through neighborhood and even had a cute visitor come on the deck in morning to peek at my dog. (Neighbor's yellow lab) Can't wait to come back. Thanks Orna

Me and several of my friends have been staying at the chalet for a number of years. Unfortunately, last year we were too slow to select our dates, and had to stay elsewhere. This year We made sure that we registered for this place well in advance. Beautiful view of Mount Washington, and all the amenities of home. My friends and I love the ping pong table and pool table.

My family and I spent New Years Eve here, the location was perfect and views were amazing. We thought everything went welll until we got a message a week later we were being charged and additional cleaning fee. Keep in mind we paid a cleaning fee, fees for having dogs, had to strip beds and do 2 loads of laundry to help the cleaner. I was told the cleaner had to pick dog hair out of the rug and clean nose prints off the windows, not sure why a vacuum wouldn’t pick up dog hair and nose prints were because the neighbor’s dog Lilly suns herself on the deck. What dog wouldn’t put their face up to the window when there is a dog on the other side of the window. Also told their was brown stuff in freezer which I suspect she really meant refrigerator because we found that the shelf on the door was held on with duct tape when our chocolate milk in a glass bottle came crashing down, perhaps while I was cleaning up glass I missed some splashed. Stove was dirty,, yes we cooked! Also told there were stains of couch covers, I straightened those before we left and saw nothing. Told most comforters had stains, find this hard to believe but no pictures to prove it, so lesson learned on my part to always take pics.

The cabin was very spacious and cozy. The bed (we only used the king on the main level) was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. I loved the architecture. The porch was nice. Check in was easy. It was accessible, in a great location, and had a great view.

We were there for the month of August and did not get to see and do everything we wanted to do. The home is in a great location in Jackson , NH. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, one being Mt Washington which was visible from mostly anywhere in this home thanks to the full windows overlooking the range. The house was very comfortable and we lacked nothing. The kitchen was fully stocked, the deck was comfortable for dining and sipping our cocktails while we watched the August meteorite showers and great sunsets over Mt Washington. Enjoyed our family reunion with my siblings and friends . So many other pluses to this experience. Too numerous to mention in this short review. Love to return every summer. We had a wonderful stay. The view is priceless. The area is quiet and secluded, yet a short drive to stores, restaurants, hiking, etc. We spent most of our time on that wrap around deck. Surround sound is a great touch. Will definitely rent again!!!

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO and this is one of the best I’ve stayed at. First of all it was SO clean. No weird smells or dingy furniture. Everything felt fresh. Everything was comfortable. The living room furniture was comfy and the tv was great and worked well as did the great sound system! The beds were all comfortable with nice blankets and great pillows. Fans in all the rooms made it nice too. The place is equipped with everything! We were able to cook both nights and grill and everything worked perfectly. The game room was awesome! We loved playing pool and ping pong. The teenagers especially loved being able to escape down to the basement to play. Then there’s the view. Incredible! The outdoor space was perfection. Perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end the day with a glass of wine. The sunsets were to die for both nights we were there! Definitely recommend this place and will hopefully be able to come back next summer!

The directions we received from the owner were spot on & confirmed by our GPS. The house was just like the pictures and perfectly clean. We didn't want for any kitchen needs. We figured out the smart TV with some coaching. The restaurants & shops in the area were great. We were there early in the summer season, so beware that a lot of venues were short-staffed and were opened Thurs.-Sun., so be sure to check before heading out. We enjoyed the chiminea & used the ping pong table on a rainy night. But the best thing of all: the amazing view! If we ever plan to return to the area, we will definitely look into the cottage again.

My family and sister’s family stayed here over February break. It is a great set up for two families! The views are unbeatable in the large dining/living room area showcased with large floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of supplies for making meals are provided. Easy access to all the best area attractions. We highly recommend!!!
