About this house rental

It has taken 10 long months to restore the beach house back to pre-Hurricane Ian condition.
Many of our previous renters have reached out to ask how the house held up in the midst of the hurricane. We appreciate all the well wishes, thoughts, and prayers. We have made several improvements to the property during the restoration. We can’t wait for you to see it!
Our family has many memories at the beach house over the last 30 years. From reading the reviews online and the sign in book at the house, it sounds like you all have made many memories there too! Milestone Birthday Celebrations, Multi-Generation Reunions, Wedding Celebrations, Guys’ Fishing Trips, Girls’ Beach Trips, Anniversary Trips, etc.…there are beautiful stories that go along with each trip.
We are so excited to start making memories there again, we hope you are too!

This Private Beach home is directly in the sand on the Gulf of Mexico on Bonita Beach, Florida. Since Hurricane Ian in the fall of 2022, we have been working hard to restore the home and now it is better than ever! It has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. There are multiple spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico including 2 screened balconies and 1 exposed deck with lounge chair and bar seating all overlooking the beach. The first floor boasts a large recreational room with kitchenette and a full bathroom. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas for your beach stay, and a Gas grill, rafts, beach toys and more. You will also find a paddle board and kayak with life jackets for your vacation fun. The home has new luxury vinyl tile throughout and kitchen with granite countertops. A separate dining area and kitchen table and kitchen counter with high chairs offer plenty of space for family dining and great views! The living room area has a 2 story high ceiling. This beautiful home sleeps up to 14 people comfortably with 6 bedrooms including 1 king suite, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin beds. Baby amenities are available upon request.

One of our family commented that we really “created a lot of core memories” this week. And they are right! To walk out the back door and be on the beach immediately was perfect. All accommodations were great for our large and diverse group. Welcome basket of goodies was appreciated. Ample stock of all supplies needed. All applicances were brand new. Plenty of fridge space in the main kitchen and downstairs in the kids room/game room/beach room. Full bath and shower as well as small kitchen with sink, cabinets, and fridge downstairs. Walk from your lounge chair on the beach for drink, rest, whatever. Beds and bedroom configuration suited us well. Multiple TVs with streaming capabilities no problem for the lightening fast WiFi. Very nice home in a very nice location. From dolphins running to manatees and pelicans, our week was the best!

First let me say Cindy was unbelievable. She would check on us to see if we needed anything. She was ALWAYS available. She made our stay wonderful. The house was clean and a great place for families. This house is a great size, not too big, but big enough for 12 of us to spread out as needed. Your steps from the beach, so no big production to lug all your stuff to the beach. The upgrades in the last year are also really nice. Still feels like you're at home on the beach when we walk in. Looking forward to booking again in the future. Plus Cindy is an awesome host and communicates very well, but doesn't hover or interfere.

We planned a guys fly fishing trip and this location could not have been better. Barefoot beach is one of the best places to catch snook. Each morning we would wander south from the house to the inlet and see tons of snook to throw a fly to. We caught snook, jacks, pompano, whiting, ladyfish on the fly and even got a shark on bait in front of the house at night. The house was roomy and the paddle boards and kayaks were a great bonus. Highly recommend this house!

We setup a trip for my Dad’s 70th. Cindy was amazing. She was communicating with us from before we arrived asking for any special requests, and she kept making herself available in case the need came up. We rented this property for Labor Day weekend with friends and family, a group of 12 adults total. This house accommodated all of us perfect! Great location and truly beachfront… a few steps from the back door and you were in the ocean. Multiple items available for use such as paddleboard, kayak, beach chairs, etc. Cindy was wonderful to work with through the whole process. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This house was beautiful! It had every single thing you could need and more. The host, Cindy, if wonderful!! She was so nice to deal with and so quick to respond to everything. We can’t say enough about Cindy!! We had a group of 11 ranging in all ages and everyone had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for everyone so nobody felt cramped and on top of each other. We got up each morning, made coffee and hit the sand. Stayed in the perfect water for hours on end each day. Saw manatees and dolphins and all kinds of fish. It was more than we could have expected. We will be back!!!!

Our family of 13 (3 generations) spent a week in this wonderful home. We had grandparents celebrating birthdays and kids ages 7-11 in our group. The house had more than enough room and things to do. Our 9 year old became an expert on the stand up paddle board provided by the owner. My dad spent his 69th birthday kayaking with dolphins on either side of him in the owner provided kayak! Amazing trip for the whole family. House was comfortable, beds were comfortable, kids loved all the games and TV apps in the evening after hours at the beach. Would definitely go back.

Our time at the beach house was absolutely beautiful! The house was furnished nicely, and stocked with essentials for cooking for a large family. We spend hours each day on the beach, sitting under umbrellas, lounge chairs provided. The kids played in the sand with tons of toys available! We even saw three mama turtles come up onto the beach to lay their eggs. What a memorable trip!

This property was huge and beautiful. It accommodated all of us comfortably. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need and so many fun things for the beach. The property manager, Cindy, was so responsive before and during the trip. She was helpful and friendly and clearly wanted our stay to be perfect. And it was! Location couldn’t have been better. What more could you ask for - a great property on a beautiful beach and perfect weather. We would highly recommend this property (and we did several times when people stopped to ask about it while we were on the beach) and would stay at this property again. We had a full group for this house with kids from 1 up to 15 and 6 adults. We even had friends visit us and hang on the beach and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house has everything you need throughout from the kitchen to the bathrooms. And the host, Cindy is so responsive with questions and help. We're looking at booking spring break next year already.

This is an excellent property directly on the beach. We have stayed at Bonita Beach often and this has been the best house yet with lots of room and beds. It’s nicely updated. The paddle boards and kayaks aren’t offered at many rentals and we put them to use with loads of fun. It’s a quick walk to Doc’s to grab a pizza. The property manager was extremely attentive to questions. Absolutely a 5 star property!

We had our family in town for a get together and this home was perfect for our 3 families plus Grandma. The kids & adults all enjoyed the paddle boards and beach toys. There’s nothing better than walking out your back door right onto the sand. Grandma felt bad for the house cleaner and made sure to leave everything in better order than the previous renters did. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms have plenty of towels. And Cynthia the Property Manager is very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. A couple minor inconveniences was all the trash bins were overflowing from the previous renters and the trash pickup was delayed due to a holiday, the rec room was very sandy from the previous people (we soon realized it’s a constant battle with the beach so close), and the grill needs a good cleaning soon.Overall very happy, though!

The location is great close to several grocery store and restaurants, never mind having the beach as your backyard. Cynthia was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house has a lot of beach "toys" and essentials, we would definitely stay again.
