The property is so clean and centrally located in Ortigia - super great location. The staff was also amazing and extremely helpful since I arrived late at night and helped me arrange taxi service too.

Fantastic hotel in a lovely area.

Very nice room and great air conditioning, which was needed as we were there in a particularly hot spell. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. Very helpful and super friendly staff in reception.

Everything about the property was great, however we did hear a very noisy family with loud kids thundering up the stairs at 1am in the morning. This happened 2 days in a row.

shower should have had a re-grout over winter. It’s a shame as it’s not a big job and would make such a difference.

So comfortable! I felt like I was at a thoughtful friend's house.

The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, efficient and offered excellent recommendations for our family. Her suggestion of visiting the seasonal butterfly house was fantastic and became the kids' highlight of the trip. Much to our surprise we had a small balcony with our room. It gave our children some extra room to burn energy earlier in the evening and gave the adults a lovely retreat later in the evening. The entire room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house and not simply in a nice hotel. Also using a valet for the car was worth every penny!

We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Walking distance to everything the island has to offer (shopping … restaurants … boat tours … and historical landmarks)

Although there are parking arrangements available… (contracted valet service ) it’s going to run you 25 euros a day … a little steep in my opinion … and you have to give them 1 hour notice for pickup or delivery. We loved the location so much we dealt with this minor inconvenience.

Located in the middle of Ortigia, only minutes away from basically anything. Very good communication with the staff which was impeccable. your breakfast is actually located in one of the nice squares of Ortigia, close to the hotel, with a view!!

Perfect location in Ortigia, polite staff at reception - the girl offered us a free room upgrade and let us leave our luggage before and after check in.

Nothing. The only advice is to use car valet service as to park nearby is impossible.

I will stay there again

Even before my trip started I sought Lia's help in sorting out a problem I had contacting another accommodation in Palermo. Lia was always very helpful and so was the other lady at the reception.

The reception staff is terrific! We felt that they really cared about us. The location is perfect to enjoy great restaurants and the beautiful sights of Ortegia.

Not related to the accommodation, but the valet car parking service used in Ortigia was a big let down. Definately do your research on how and where to store your vehicle when staying in Ortigia.
