Sensational accomodation

Great place to stay..fresh, modern clean spacious. Well presented room.excellent parking and the best breakfast we've experienced on our travels

A short walk down a hill to town, a bit steep but you get used to it. A bit pricey for a mid week stay.

Fabulous! Would stay there again.

We were greeted by Marvellous Maeve, and with a lovely gentle sense of humour got us checked into our perfect room. They had kindly given us an electric fan (thank Heaven!!). Our room was cozy and adequate, shower good and hot!!and the Daily breakfast was outstanding!( linen napkins and proper silverware) the staff were all Lovely and helpful!! Highly recommend!!!

We are good Canadian folk who love fresh air and it would have helped if the window opened sufficiently to get air flow.

It was a very good stay and we would chiose it again if we were coming to Kinsale again.

Breakfast food & service was wonderful. All of the staff we encountered starting with Maeve were friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable and safe and welcome. Room was good and we appreciated the fan.

Our TV didn’t work the whole time.

A lovely little hotel in a great location.

This is a lovely hotel, great location and good parking. It was a short walk down the hill to the town, with a walk back up the hill to the hotel. The room was decorated in neutral, warm colours and the furniture gave the room character - a cosy and superclean room. A really good breakfast (especially the home made bread) - overlooking the pretty courtyard. The staff were friendly and welcoming - all makes for a good experience.

What a wonderful stay we had. everything was top notch. The staff were so polite, always smiling and helpful. breakfast was superb... Nice spacious room, spotlessly clean. The whole of Blindgate House was tastefully decorated. Bit of a hike up from Kinsale town, but it was worth it

Great value, location and space - would stay again!

Great location (up the hill from town center), friendly staff, nice sized room, great breakfast.

Parking lot was full when we returned in the evening - but this was due to other guests not parking close enough together to accommodate all guests.

Everything at the Blind Gate House was perfection. Lily and Maeve and the staff were so delightful and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious with many choices. The fresh fruits were the best we've had so far. Larry and Susan, North Carolina

A quality property within close walking distance to everything makes this a perfect stay in Kinsale.

The host makes you feel at home and cares you have a memorable stay. The breakfast was beautiful with service making you feel like royalty. Such a wonderful experience! Great off street parking which is needed in Kinsale.

Since there were no family rooms available we needed to split up into two rooms but the host put us right across the hall. The novelty was actually a bit of fun for our teenage children! The walk back is uphill but took it slow and was fine.

Well appointed property in a nice location for a stay in Kinsale. Would stay here again.

Quite a good location but some people might struggle with the walk uphill from Kinsale village. Nice large bedroom with stylish decor. Very comfortable large bed. Private off-street parking. Good selection for breakfast.

Lovely homely feel to this hotel. Extremely high standard.

This is a really super hotel which is always immaculate. The breakfast is excellent and always fresh produce. The staff are so pleasant and helpful.
