Very good

Very basic accommodations. Easy access to the stadium which was the selling point for me. Price was right compared to hotels in the same area.

There is a camera in the living room!

Good parts: great proximity to Hard Rock stadium and relatively cheap given the excellent location. the room itself is cozy. The size worked for me and the host provided a little basket of toiletries and ample towels.

THERE IS A CAMERA!! Thjs older woman is running this place. She didn't provide check in info until I asked for it. The door is code operated and it is finicky! Sometimes it took me 8 tries to actually open the door. that is really nothing and I would let it go if she wasn't literally recording me while in the house! I went into the kitchen to fill my water bottle. A little later she had entered the house and scolded me for using the kitchen and leaving a light on. She said she doesn't normally allow people to use it because of Covid...that doesn't even make medical sense because the kitchen flows into the living room. also that wasn't communicated ahead of time. Then there is the fact that she kept coming in and out just creeping in to turn on lights or move things. I turned off all the lights to head to bed and she came back into the house after 10pm to turn them back on! I presume so she can see with the camera. If she removed the cameras it would be a perfectly comfortable cheaper stay, or at least put that information up front so people can make an informed decision.

Location is not bad for Hard Rock Stadium

Nothing much.

Bed is not comfortable and air draught through the door made me sleep bad. Super tiny shared shower. I booked 3 days and left after 2. Even it was a highprice weekend 100 USD per night is just way overpriced. Just to come back and take a shower I was not even allowed to let my friend waiting in the room. Owner is rude.

Not the beat expected for me, but may work for some.

The cleanliness

The rules. No smoking, no alcohol, no guests, minimal parking. It was more like a boarding house than a vacation stay

Well mostly to SUM it all up......... EVERYTHING 🙂🥲 Privacy. It smelled delicioso 💐 in the ENTIRE HOME. I will definitely stay again for a few more days that 3 🌙

Wellll....... I would say this: the only thing I didn't like is that I didn't stay LONGER!

Overall a good, quiet place slightly off main highways.

No breakfast. Told later what items I could eat/drink in kitchen. Otherwise living, bathroom, and living area good.

Restrictive and confusing about what I could do in kitchen area. Dining light inadequate.

I'll never go back!

No where in the description of this facility did it say that it was multiple room facility that would have to be shared with other people, and the bathroom facility would be shared as well. The lady running the place kept telling me and my friend had to keep a mask on and social distance while we were there, even tho we were traveling together. Made no sense!

It's smells so good and is super organized! Parking was a dream, check in was quick. It was just what I needed after a long trip. I'll be back

Comfortable

Unexpectedly very very comfy nicely decorated and very clean .... it would be nice if covid rules would go away to get the full enjoyment of cooking in the kitchen but all in all I had a very relaxing 2 day stay.

As I said if it weren't for covid the kitchen would be available for cooking although there is a microwave but it's a nice set up to cook a good meal.
