comment area doesn’t give room for me to write how rude she was (don’t stay here) .

It is clean the room is recently painted and the tile is beautiful.

The staff is lacking. I am giving physical descriptions of staff because I hope mgmt takes the review to heart. The woman at the front deak ( a black woman approximately 35 years of age checked me in. Told me that she she could not give me a room at 2:20 pm. When explaining my wife just came home from surgery she showed no emotion or eagerness to facilitate a forty minute early check-in. Upon entering the room the first thing we noticed were there were only two very thin pillows on the bed. I went to the maid a few rooms down and asked for two more pillows. After an hour I went to the front desk and asked a white woman mid thirties for two pillows , she replied I’ll ask to see if they have any. About an hour later I left the room and saw a tall slender black woman 40ish and asked where is the ice machine , she replied we don’t have one. She added “you can buy ice across the street at the supermarket “I went back to my room to explain to my wife. When leaving again to go to the market I came across the maintenance man (black man about 40 years old he was very friendly when I said to him “ you have 20’to 30 rooms here and you don’t have an ice machine ? He replied we fix d it many times and decided not to fix or replace it again. I joked with him and said something like people want ice for their Pepsi or for their vodka or Appleton rum. I purchased my ice and returned to my room. After waiting until about two hours I decided to go to the other store across the street and I bought two pillows. The next day when entering the laundry facilities my wife and I were looking at our car because we had the windows tinted earlier the previous day. A tall white woman in her fifties approached and said in a strong rude way “can I help you?” I was shocked at her tone and replied “can I help you?” Meeting her volume level, keep in mind she is not wearing anything clothing that would appear to be in uniform nor a name badge. A dialog ensued where I told her all of the issues I had.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the office is open 24 hours a day for your convenience. You can take a short drive or hop on the cheap Circuit shuttle for only $2 to get to the beach in minutes. The Circuit shuttle is the cheapest way around and they will pick you up at Green Seas or Richards. The motel is also in a safe and quiet neighborhood, so you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The best part is that you have everything you need right across the street from the motel. There is a Family Dollar store, a supermarket, and a CVS pharmacy where you can buy groceries, toiletries, or anything else you might need during your stay. You don’t have to worry about anything when you stay at the Green Seas Motel. The only thing you need to remember is to bring a $50 cash deposit for the key when you check in. This is a standard policy for most motels and it will be refunded to you when you check out. The Green Seas Motel is the best value in town, as it offers you a high-quality service at an affordable price. You won’t find a better deal anywhere else in Miami. Location near the airport.

The personal was so nasty and unwelcome. The room looks dirty, has mosquitoes, the toilet is black, and has sticky floors. Once you turn on the A/C, the curtains begin to fly, and everyone can see thru the window.

Great rooms horrible check-in and after hours check-in is at the hotel next to it hot water sucks

The size of the room, the softness of the bed,clean linens most importantly a clean bathroom.

There's no lobby after hours, there was a line for check-in which I stood in for 30min just for the clerk to tell me it's a $50 deposit and the ATM doesn't work, you'll have to go use a ATM somewhere else, which I did but when I came back I had to wait in line ALL over again if the young sister didn't come and help him I would still be waiting. Oh and the hot water sucks as in 5min the hot water goes out

not worth the amount they charge and stayed in better hotels in the area @ lower prices

room had many things not working like the tv , the electrical outlets only a couple and also not good to charge the phone close to the bed the table by the bed was shaky , need repairs poor parking . lots of Marihuana users outside so the smell was horrible as filter throughout the room
