Friendly, clean hotel, close to everything in Da Nang

This is my second time at Belle Maison, and I think I will be back for a 3rd, that's how great of a place it is. All the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, hotel right across the road from beach, free wifi, great massages, awesome breakfast, I could live at this hotel.

Great location but pool area needs work.

Location with access to the beach.

Pool was dirty and ridiculously shallow for half of the length. Reception staff not as friendly or welcoming as other hotels we have stayed in.

very nice stay we are coming back for a couple of days at the end of our trip

loved the breakfas buffet Lisa looked after us the roof top bar was also a highlight we had an upgrade to a suite which was great we did no have an occean view but that did not mattr

Superb

Clean, comfortable bed, great rooftop bar and pool. The location was good and always could get a taxi outside, found it best to use the GRAB App When booking a taxi. Staff were helpful and friendly especially Thung who worked in the breakfast restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

It could have been better.

Proximity to the beach Nice staff at the reception

Breakfast restaurant is not big enough to cater all guests generating a caos and waiting queue. Variety of breakfast is really limited. There is a disco on the beach right opposite the hotel making loud noise until 23 at least. If you want to chill in the room after a long day outside is not possible. Of course this is not in control of the Hotel but unfortunately it did affect my staying.

Great location and value for money

The location and view of the room was excellent. Our arrival transport was late by 45 mins and the hotel did immediate service recovery before we even reached the hotel. Room was big and comfortable for a family of four.

Wanted to use their bathtub to relax but the water is not hot enough. Water turned cold when the tub is only 1/3 full.

lovely place and awsome staff. .... love the spa and massage

awsome location and love the beach front. stay there for 2 x 5 days plus golf game.

hotel toilet . have difficulties to flash down . staff are friendly and come to rescuse event at 2am. We managed to change to another room on the 2nd leg of 5 night stay.

Excellent Stay with little suggestions for improvement

This Hotel is near the beach — you just have to cross the street for reaching it. Our apartment was very spacious and clean. All the staffs were very professional. The infinity pool is a little bit tiny but it was ok because you have a wonderful view. The rooftop bar is very chilly and there are plenty of good drinks. The Spa was very relaxing and the price was very pleasant in compare to the service you‘ll get.

A washing machine would be great because it’s an apartment (that’s normally a standard) plus there is space for a washing machine. Washing price list is way too expensive in compare to other places. We‘ve got an apartment on the 18th floor and we could hear the music from the rooftop bar very clear — it was a little bit to noisy for our one year old daughter. Two elevators are not enough for a building with 21 floors — you have to wait too long.

really really helpful staff, went above and beyond. breakfast was fab, gym was surprisingly well equipped and rooms were so comfortable and clean. The pool on the roof was perfect!

Superb

Breakfast is good, the room is clean and well- organized, it has a small corner with bed for kids, my son loved it.

We need to use the card to go by elevator, it's not convenient when only have 1 card 1 room. But the staff gave us 1 more card to use, so that's ok.
