Mujer poco profesional y sin ética culpa a huéspedes por fallos de su trabajo.

Al llegar al hotel la recepcionista lo primero que hace es informar que al momento de salir verificarán las sábanas y que si es encuentran alguna mancha, cobrarán cargos adicionales, motivo por el que verifico todo en la habitación al llegar y encontrando dos manchas en las sábanas. Había un caballero en la recepción que muy amablemente nos indica que realizaron fumigación en las habitaciones y que eso podría ser la causa de las manchas y nos cambia de habitación. A la mañana siguiente al realizar el check-out una señora mayor la cual ni siquiera se identificó, de forma muy grosera y poco profesional, empezó a levantar la voz diciendo que ella era quien verifica las habitaciones y que como tarde 30 minutos en salir a realizar el reclamo, yo era el culpable y que adicionalmente había encontrado basura en la habitación, cosa que es falsa, luego en el discurso empezó a cambiar el tiempo que tarde en realizar el reclamo de 30 minutos a una hora. El hotel tiene mucho potencial, pero si no es atendido de forma profesional y ética, estará condenado al fracaso. Por lo que no lo recomiendo

We enjoyed our stay

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was incredibly friendly.

The location caught us by surprise. The area is busy 24hours a day, but the noise did not keep us awake.

La tipa de recepción le quita el 10

La habitación es amplia, queda cerca de varios puntos de interés, el desayuno es americano pero abundante, el chico de recepción es muy amable

La tipa de recepción, está peor que un agente de migración gringo, nos pidió algo de migración que no tengo idea de que era, le dimos el pasaporte con el sello de entrada y aún así dijo que tendríamos problemas en la salida (nada que ver) fuera de eso todo muy bien.

Dormitorio limpio, amplio y el desayuno bien completo

Se demoraba un poco en calentar el agua de la ducha pero después de un rato calentaba, nada muy importante

The room was very clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with real coffee. The location is within a walk of most sites. The staff were exceptionally pleasant. We recommend the hotel.

It was noisy at night with a party close by, and the room, while beautiful, was close to other apartments, just across the roundabout, and it was not private at all unless all binds were closed. It would have been good to have screen blinds as well as blockout blinds so you could have light and privacy during the day. having said that, even the room was small it felt spacious and it was a lovely having the glass open to the tiny balcony and looking into the big tree.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Very convenient location (just 10 min walk to the main plaza and 15 min to Bella vista). The staff very friendly and helpful (especially when I asked them for an early breakfast because of my tour). Breakfast rich and healthy.

It took the water in the shower very long to get warm and I always felt guilty for washing such an amount of it. Perhaps the hotel could fix it, too prevent eating such a huge amount of water

Superb

Big room and decent sized bathroom, both really clean. Good selection of breakfast served. The staff was really lovely and accomodate my request of doing a very early check out with breakfast. 20 mins walk from plaza de armas, but there are a lot of taxis or buses if you so not want to walk.

No lift. Which I didn't mind, but being on the 4th floor with two luggages was not very pleasant. However, I recommend it.
