I would rather stay at a motel

Accessibility

Unaccommodating and rude staff, unsanitary place (slippery bathroom floor, dirty room floor, cockroaches inside the room), dark or not well-lit stairs.

Do not even bother with this place!

Location

I booked this room overnight so that it would be ready for when my helper landed at 5 am, however she had to wait 2 hours as they said the room wasn’t ready. She was given a different rooms (smaller) 2 hours later. The room was humid, bedsheets were wet, and the bathroom had cockroaches!!

The bed for double room is spacious. The were many stores and food stalls around the area.

6th floor and no elevator. Budget room and not so clean bathroom. 1st room given to me has a very huge hole on the wall beside the bed. Well I paid for 22 hrs stay and stayed for 12 hrs only. The water flow in the shower is poor.

We booked early and even called the property the same day prior arrival for conformation We arrived later than the usual check in time and yet we waited for 20 minutes just to make the room ready.

Worst stay ever.

1. Only location as near the university belt 2. Accessible to immediate needs

1. Room given at 6th floor without elevator. 2. Toilet lavatory sink clogged 3. Transfer to other room at 4th floor then 3rd and backfort due to defective aircon 4. Room infested with cockroaches

Very limited space for double room. Clogged toilet & drainage in 5th floor. No elevator. Old linens.

Toilet/bathroom not so clean, still have left over soap and shampoo sachets.

stiff ang stair, the door lock is not that safe, the cabinet lock is broken, the aircon is in the bottom of the bed cushion.

REDDOORZ the SUCK hotel

Nothing over all suck.

1st the reddoorz attendant is suck. He's lazy to assist us whenever I'm with my grandma(70) and grandpa(82) as senior citizens. And attendant wants us to go in 4th floor .the hotel don't own a elevator so it's a bad idea to go in 4the floor. Because my grandma has a arthritis. So the attendant ask me to cancel the booking. So I can refund it but after I cancel the room, he say ops!there a available room in 2nd floor he suck right and also the hotels owner didn't refund my cancel booking. I paid it and I also paid for the room we stay so in otherwise I paid twice for the room for me its like a scum. So I give them zero for there service

Wifi is Non-Existent, Receptionist is rude and provides no Help at all with regards to our concern, Restroom has low water pressure, Toilet bowl doesn’t flush properly.

It is not mentioned that there is no parking at the property. They also do.not have an elevator making ones luggage feel like excess baggage.

A simple and cozy facility.

No breakfast in my booking but the location is very accessible.

The bed is somewhat not well constructed because i can observe some cracking noise. I feel that anytime will collapse.
