Value for money

Reservation was for my brother, and he shared his observations with me. The room was clean, basic essentials were provided, water dispensers were available at the alley, and staffs were friendly.

There's no available bidet in the CR, and the aircon isn't that cold but bearable.

Dobrá poloha, ale to je vše

Blízko centra, restaurací, obchodů. Možnost si vzít pitnou vodu.

Na fotce pokoj vypadal podstatně lépe. Za závěsem neotevírací okna přetřená na neprůhledná, kdoví co je za nimi? Koupelna jednoduchá, sprchový závěs plesnivý. Hotel vybírá depozit 500P, to jsem se nikde nedočetla.

COmfortable and convenient

Excellent location, though its inside China Town, its still easy and convenient plus restaurants are nearby which makes our vacation with a child very convenient. Good Job! highly recommended!

Location is good if you want to eat at the nearest famous chinese restaurant . I hope REDOORZ management will inspect this branch.

Wrong advertising/ Not the same as advertised of the site. Pictures taken or stolen maybe on the other REDOORZ Hotel. Mosquitoes at the hallway and room. No Floor Mats, Unclean Curtains. No bottle water as advertised.

The hot water is not working well and the wiring of the hot water source is a potential electric shock hazard because the wiring is not secured there is tape on it that could wet anytime. its very unsafe!!

The place is clean and the location is great! It's affordable and the staff are nice!

The elevator was not working on the first day of our stay so we had to climb up the stairs. But they did give us a heads up about it and was eventually fixed the following day.

Basically decent but Mixed Bag.

Staff was nice and helpful, carried rollator and bag upstairs Room is clean and good enough once you adjust. No problem getting deposit back. Private ensuite bathroom. Staff put me in a tuktuk (different word) with sidecar to get to port when Gru taxi didn't show up, rollator tied on top. Morning coffee vendor at corner. Dim Sum restaurant across street.

Bait and Switch. $30 instead of the $20 room I picked. Photo of elevator but elevator doesn't work. What breakfast? Oh. Starts at 7 AM. This stuff has to be in description. An email too late to cancel doesn't cut it.

Functional, no more

The bed was ok and the facilities were functional.

Very dark inside, no natural light. The windows were boarded up and covered with curtains. The aircon was too noisy to use at night time, so I used the fan instead. I had neighbors having a party in the middle of the night. Complained multiple times to the front desk, but they couldn't get them to stop. Needless to say, I could not sleep. The room was not cleaned for the duration of my stay (3 nights).
