Sehr laut und unangenehm!

Lage war gut Die super liebe Rezeptionistin!! Die uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat und die zu jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich war. Sonst hätte ich nur 1 Stern gegeben.

Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Straße hin- wir hatten Bauarbeiter vor unserem Balkon die ins Zimmer geschaut haben! Die Fenster waren so undicht dass du die Straße die ganze Zeit hören konntest. Aber nicht nur das. Auch die Bar daneben bei der eine Band spielte die ganze Nacht. Es war so laut dass wir mit Kopfhörern schlafen mussten. Selten so schlecht geschlafen. Das Bett ist auf rollen- man kann es nicht bis zur Wand schieben - gibt immer einen Spalt dazwischen.

Völlig In Ordnung für eine Nacht bei Durchreise

Lage sehr gut und Preis-Leistung völlig in Ordnung für eine Nacht, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat, um eine Nacht zu überbrücken

Lautes Gebelle von Hunden in der Nacht; nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche, sehr spartanische Einrichtung

Aus unserer Sicht und mit unseren Erlebnissen nicht empfehlenswert.

Es ist ganz nett gemacht mit dem Innenhof, dem dort befindlichen kleinen Pool und den darum angeordneten Zimmern.

Die erste Nacht war unsere letzte mit unserer Reisegruppe. Leider hatte das Hotel die fix gebuchten und bezahlten Zimmer einige Stunden vor unser Ankunft an eine andere Gruppe gegeben und es dauerte Stunden diese armen Leute nun wieder aus den Zimmern zu räumen und diese zu reinigen. Wir hatten noch eine weitere Nacht in dem Hotel gebucht und dies vorher schriftlich und beim Check-In mit der Rezeption besprochen. Trotzdem hämmerte man am ersten Tag mittags an unsere Tür und forderte uns äußerst unfreundlich zur Abreise auf. Wir mussten dann zur Rezeption und dort klärte sich alles auf. Darüber hinaus war unser Zimmer enorm feucht. Nichts trocknete sondern fing an zu muffen. Beim Thema Gestank sind auch noch die Kopfkissen zu erwähnen, die nach dem alten Schweiß von vorherigen Gästen rochen. Wäre die Stadt nicht wegen einem Festival so voll gewesen, wären wir spätestens am Mittag des ersten Tages gerne der Aufforderung gefolgt auszuziehen.

Fair place. Close to ADO bus. Good budget And very good bed and linens

Don’t search WiFi. There is no WiFi … It’s like you’re always annoying the reception, a smile sometimes might be good … Pay more for AC but power cut so … Fair pool but badly maintained

great hotel, clean and picturesque

clean, great location, daily housekeeping, affordable, pet friendly. kind staff. i forgot my wallet in the common areas and I could get it back at the reception.

shower is a bit tricky, you have to ask them how to regulate the temperature of the water. the pool was closed when I was there.

Good hotel in the center

They were so nice and wanted us to upgrade, but the better room was directly next to the main road, so we took the normal room, which was in the back. The hotel is in the center, walking distance from the bus station. Next door is a very good pizzeria. The room was clean and big.

worst hotel I’ve ever stayed

the location was good. in the Main Street of Tulum

WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED. the staff were rude and unhelpful. we arrived late because our flight was delayed and we tried to call the hotel to let them know and they didn’t answer to phone. when we got there they told us they had cancelled our booking because we were late even though we tried to call. the staff didn’t even bother to show us to our room or help us with our bags. the room was damp, freezing and not completely clean. the shower was freezing no hot water. barely any facilities and no complimentary water or anything. you can stay in much nicer hotels nearby for the same price or even cheaper. Tuluna Tulum is an amazing hotel nearby we stayed the rest of our time there.

Disappointing

Very central location, nice decor, very clean rooms, bike rebtal for 150mxn per day

No air conditioning! This made my stay very uncomfortable... At night i had to leave the window open and was afraid somwonw might come in... Also VERY low pressure of water in the shower...barely anything coming out, which for me was troublesome as I have long hair to wash...

Lovely setting with great value for the money.

Loved the courtyard with a slow steady consistent breeze. The staff was absolutely fabulous. Room is simple, hot without an air conditioner, but a great value for the money.

No food or drink available on premise.

Location is really good. At the center of Tulum main street and next to ADO bus terminal. The staff was friendly staff but they didn't speak English very well. With the google translate app they tried explaining everything, so that was nice. Also nice that you can rent bycicles for 24h with a basket and lock. The bed was very comfortable. There is AC in the room if you go for the deluxe room.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel if you need a good nights rest/sleep. You could hear very loud music all night long, i used ear plugs which were noise cancelling, but wothojt it you wouldn't be able to sleep. The bathroom was very old, maybe fots to the vintage vibe but there was no hot water in the shower, the toilet didnt flush properly and the shower drain was very dirty. They first pit me in a different room where the shower didn't work at all, and in the second room the toilet didn't work properly.

Good, but hot

Great location, nice pool and friendly/helpful staff, you can also rent bikes by the day and leave your luggage in a storage room.

The rooms are incredibly hot, much hotter than outside, the air is not circulating so you end up sweating the minute you come in. There is no air con, only a manual fan, which certainly helps but still feels like hot air. The bathroom is quite old and run down, the toilet leaked on the floor.

They didn't have the room what we booked. Second day they asked us to move or we should pay extra money for the room what they gave to us. We decided to move in the morning and the lady from receipcon told us that we can check in at 3 pm. After long descussion the manager arrived and we were able to move after 15 minutes. This shoudn't have to be part of the family vacation.
