Enjoyed our stay very much. This little cottage was perfect for us in this well appointed cottage. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife, Scottish Terrier Skye, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful Coastal Cottage. It was exactly as described--and even more so. Very quaint, clean, comfortable, and the kind of home you enjoy going back to after the end of a fun day in Beaufort. Everything one would want or need was there. It was relaxing and totally pleasant. On top of it all ... a very good location.

Please read the entire review. I’ve stayed in many VRBO’s in Beaufort so I definitely have my share of comparisons. I’ve never had to give a bad review. Most are similar, you find a place click yes, the amount of your stay is in clear print and you are charged at the appropriate intervals and timing. This property is managed by TideWatch. A contract was sent to me, with a rush to sigh and send in. At the time ironically I was in Beaufort at a different VRBO. I signed it and sent it in. I did notice it was a little less than expected but I assumed it was due to the fact that the VRBO takes their share. I was right but learned, after the payments were taken that TideWatch took $9.75 more than was mentioned in the original price on the VRBO site. I know this does not seem like a lot but if they do this to every customer with all properties, their making extra money off of every property, at the customers expense. I called to explain and had documentation and they didn’t care a bit. So my point is, now I was locked in with a dishonest company and had to stay. So before you click yes, call them to make sure all the numbers match up.
The place was clean, the neighbor was ok, dogs barking from a nearby kennel. Bikes had no locks, so you could not ride downtown and leave them to go for lunch. Water pressure is horrible. Our coffee pot didn’t work and someone at the office brought one over in the afternoon. Overall it was ok but beware of the price difference.

We have previously stayed in this home. This is our second time staying here. We enjoy it so much we recommended staying here to our friends. They were here for the first two weeks in March and they really liked it. This home is close to town, sightseeing and shopping. We enjoy the cleanliness and privacy of this home. Everything is modern and we had no issues at all. Five stars!

Overall we loved our time here. Beds are comfortable, house is cute, deck in back is great. Would stay here again. FYI the firehall is close and you will hear sirens. There is a dog kennel on the next street, you will hear barking. There is a funeral home on one side and an empty house on the other...both were great quiet neighbors. Easy bike ride into Beaufort. Easy drive to either Savannah or Charleston. Great food near by.
The Gullah history and Robert Smalls story are fascinating

We (myself and my mother) were totally pleased with this cute house. Everything was perfect and we felt right at home. The location was ideal-just a short drive down the street and we were in the heart of downtown Beaufort. I will definately recommend this location and will probably book again for a future visit to Beaufort. We both feel in love with Beaufort!

I loved this house and the location was perfect. There was a small issue when I was there and it was quickly remedied. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Beaufort.

Stayed here for my son’s Marine Corp graduation. It was lovely and a quick 10 minute drive to Parris Island. Great location to just relax throughout the hustle and bustle of graduation week.

This gem was perfect for my spouse as well as me and our dog. It's in a quiet neighborhood and very close to everything! We enjoyed sitting on the porch with a glass of wine. I didn't get to use the bike, but wish I had. It was very clean. If I were to make a suggestion, I wish we had access to other tv channels other than the news. Maybe it was just us not navigating it well; but tv isn't a priority for our trip.

We were traveling from Boston to FL with our dog and had been on the road for 3 days. This house was the perfect stopover - it was charmingly put together and felt like home with a welcoming exterior and all the comforts on the interior. We would def stay here again. Oh, and a lovely walk to the water and downtown Beaufort. Perfect!

This is our second time staying here and my husband and I love it. We'd keep coming back. It's perfectly situated--close to downtown and the Spanish Moss Trail. Our dog loves it. We're always so happy to see the Christmas tree up when we arrive. It makes for the best post-Christmas detox!

Great location and home. Will stay again. Only thing we haven’t figured out is where a second car might park.

Loved this Vrbo. Decor was so tasteful and so well appointed with every thing we needed. Easy location to get to everything we wanted to see. Bikes were a big plus and really enjoyed the porch rocking chairs. Very clean!! Owners thought of everything. Would absolutely stay here again.

Long weekend
Never been to Beaufort so wanted to check it out. The house was clean. The beds were smaller than stated on description (full not queens). Other than that it was fine. Air worked good. Location was just okay. Would have liked to be closer to downtown.

Clean, cute & cozy!
The cottage was exactly as pictured. Had just about everything you'd need for your stay. Bring your own paper products. Beds were comfy. Water pressure in the shower could be better. Neighborhood looked concerning at first glance, but I did feel safe all week staying in the cottage alone. Neighbors were friendly. Less than 10 minutes drive or walk or bike will get you everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay. Walkable to Bay Street stores and restaurants. Had coffee on the front porch each morning. House was well appointed and comfortable. Planning another stay in October.

Awesome location—perfect little get away!
We loved our little home away from home for the two nights that we stayed in Beaufort! It is very cute on the outside and the inside is beautifully updated and decorated. We loved the fact that we were so close to the Beaufort waterfront and even the many islands close by. We will definitely look forward to a return trip in the future!

Very central location
The house was close to downtown.
The beds were very comfortable. The appliances were very easy to use, as was the tv.

Beaufort - two weeks with pet
The interior of the property is quite nice. Unfortunately, it is not located in the best of neighborhoods. Also, the backyard is a nightmare - just unkept dirt. This was problematic since we had brought our dog with us and we needed to walk the neighborhood a couple of times per day and we wanted to use the backyard.

SE Trip
This is a very cute newly remodeled home. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed with a great gas range. There were 2 cruiser bikes available to use. It is about 1 mile to the waterfront area of Beaufort. We walked there for dinner both nights.

Wonderful Cottage near Historic Beaufort!
This little cottage is just perfect for a visit to Beaufort! It's within five minutes of The Old Point and Bay Street. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities of home.
It's tiny (a great room with dining area and small kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a tiny laundry room), but it was perfect for the two of us! It would also be perfect for two couples or a family of three or four.
We loved it!

We both enjoyed our stay at the house in Beaufort. Liked everything except the backyard. It wasn’t very well maintained.
Other than that we enjoyed our vacation!

Charming, Clean & Comfortable
This cottage rental was charming, clean and comfortable. The interior decor was very tasteful. All appliances were brand new and in excellent working order. The location is right in town and within walking distance to the main shopping, waterfront and restaurant area. The street was quiet and safe. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch every morning. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We will certainly return.

Return trip for the holidays
We knew what we were getting ourselves into because we’d stayed here before. It was nice to find a Christmas tree set up! Appreciate that the listing is WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get).

LOVED this area!
Our trip to SC was too short!! We stayed for a week in June when attending a wedding in Savannah, GA. (Which was a rather short drive) The house was perfect, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house was fully stocked with spices, and kitchenware, and everything we needed. Beaufort is a beautiful town to say the least, and we cannot wait to go back. I am trying to convince my husband to buy property in Beaufort so we can retire here. Thank you!

Great Beaufort home.
We had a wonderful stay in Beaufort over Thanksgiving week. The home was great. It was clean, tastefully decorated and fully stocked with everything you might use in a home. The front Entrance was beautiful. We were out one day, and when we returned, it was fully decorated for the upcoming Holiday Season, complete with tree. Will definitely keep this home in mind on our annual visit to Beaufort.

Wonderful comfy cottage
Great house convenient to our multi-day visit to the area. Well appointed- all we needed and extra attention to details. Bikes and a pump, washer and dryer and a laundry basket. Well thought out conveniences.

Not again
Not exactly the best location in Beaufort. Was hoping to be able to walk to Bay Street but didn’t feel safe doing so. House was very well-kept and as promised. Being next to an active funeral home didn’t help.

Great little house
The cottage is very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and just the right size for us. We enjoyed having access to the two bicycles but suggest providing locks and helmets. Bring your own if you plan on riding a lot. It is a great way to see the historic homes in the downtown area. It is further out of downtown than we thought so be prepared to drive in or use the bikes.

We had a great stay. Beaufort is an amazing old town with a very rich history. We loved the old down
It was very easy to get to and in and out.

Cute little house in older but safe feeling neighborhood
Decorated tastefully, comfortable for what we needed. The house was clean but not extra clean. There was small debris on the floor that a small child/dog could ingest. A left over bone was found at the base of the couch & a chocolate wrapper stuffed behind the top of the couch. When checking out, you are asked to start dishes & a load of linens before you leave. I didn't mind; but when stripping the bed, the pillows that were used on the beds were older & stained. One even had a blood spot on it. 2 of pillows had a note penned that read 'not to be used for guest pillows /use only for sham pillows'. They were the ones that were left as guest pillows. Gross. Really Gross...
