May stay there again. When traveling back home again

Rooms large and very clean. Large lobby to eat or sit and relax.

Nice staff, but room was not great.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

The rugs in our room were all wet. We couldn’t walk in socks or barefoot. Apparently the rugs had been cleaned but we were put in a room that was not ready. Also we got a handicapped room which we did not need. The bathroom floor was all wet because of the open shower.

Simply the best bang for your buck!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every level. The staff went out of their way to insure our comfort. This is is what I expect of a $400/night hotel so I’m that much more impressed at $150/night!

VERY NICE but repeat problem with shower as last stay 3

Location , friendly checkin. Helpful young man at the front desk

Shower head in room 223 didn’t work. Almost all the water came out on the bottom tub spigot. When we told the checkout staff they asked us — “why didn’t you tell us ?” We found out in the morning when we tried to get a shower. I guess need visitors to check it FOR THEM as soon as they get in the room ? We had the same exact problem in another room last year and reported it here.

The facility was was nice but the constant fire alarms were not.

Convenient, basically clean

The dogs found grape stems by one of the beds. Thankfully no grapes! Fire alarm at 2:30 am. Having to take the dogs out during the drill and try to get them settled down after an hour and a half outside waiting for the hotel to be cleared by the fire dept. 2nd fire alarm the next morning at 10 am. Not being able to get a key check out to rest a little more before having to get back in the road after being up half the night because of the hotel. My experiences with booking have been more bad than good this year. My money should have been refunded when I was not able to get a good night’s sleep. It made me more at risk for an accident having not had my full amount of sleep.

The hotel was exceptionally clean!

We overlooked a dirt road with no view at all. The hotel was exceptionally cleanand I even complimented the housekeeping staff and the manager on how clean and fresh smelling the hotel is. I will definitely return!

I asked for a room on a higher floor, but there were no other rooms available, except fir rhe first floor . I prefer not to stay on the first floor of any hotel. There was no view except a dirt road and tractor trailer truck.

I would recommend this location 100 per cent.

The breakfast was excellent, better than all the Comfort Inn we have stayed at over the last 22 years. Location was very easy to get to from I-95. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by.

I have no complaints of in any way.

We enjoyed our stay and if we had to stay in that area again this year would not hesitate to reserve

Breakfast was satisfactory . Rooms were good. Front desk staff was courteous, friendly, and very professional.

It not something I didn’t like, but a recommendation. To maintain the excellent facility I would recommend sending in a crew to deep clean corners, grout, paint scuffed up areas, etc.

Our second stay here was not disappointing!

Location to restaurant’s was great. The room was clean.

We were placed beside very loud people, screaming and yelling. I spoke to the desk and received a new room.

Friendly staff and easy check in

Rooms felt aged and not kept up as they could have been. Fan did not work in bathroom. Breakfast was under stocked and very little selection even after leaving for 20 mins and coming back to give them time to restock.

Very comfortable beds and pillows

Place had garbage in hallway and empty wine bottle left under bed so was not cleaned very well. Need a night light in bathroom to see and better shower head with more force.

I was happy with my stay and staff was incredibly kind.

What I didn't like was the noise apparently coming from above me. I was on the first floor and sounded like someone was running back and forth. Woke me up twice but was able to get back asleep. Next time I'll complain at the time.
